They didn't make the delivery at the set time, so I had to call through their call center and find out about it. They refused to change the delivery address, although they did not manage to deliver it themselves.
They offered to come on their own the next day and pick up the parcel.
I arrive at their office the next day, at the designated time in the message in the mail and find out that my parcel has not arrived yet.
I can't wait, and they refused my request to bring the parcel to my address.
The service is terrible, take care of your nerves and time and choose other logistics services.

Terribly slow service. On April 15, I sent the documents to Taiwan, they said they would deliver on 17/18. Today is April 19, the envelope is still in Bahrain, and we are incurring unnecessary financial losses due to such "express" delivery. Disgusting.
It is very expensive to send letters to other countries, 20,000 tenge is charged for sending on weekends, which I think is not correct, since sending parcels is still on Monday, that is, they cheat for the work of their branch on the weekend, but they deliver quickly.
The worst delivery - that says it all🤡 terrible attitude towards people. They can neither deliver the package properly, nor send it. The website does not update information about parcels, so just sit for days and wait for the courier to deign to come to you. The courier never warns in advance about the arrival, they come earlier, then later with the words I have no time, let's adjust👍
The DSHL point works clearly, there are no complaints, but there is a point about which it is better to know in advance if you are going there by car. There are no parking spaces anywhere near at all, absolutely, I drove 2 times and both times got up for a kilometer and walked.
The main advantage of DHL is stable quality. "G" in one country is "G" in any country. The story of my departure is in two episodes.
Episode I. 18.10.2022. The message: "Pay 3,500 tenge for customs clearance." (This is in addition to the $30 paid for delivery, of course.) I immediately fill out everything, attach it, pay. On the 22nd (!) it turns out that, it turns out, some documents were not attached. And what did you do for 4 working days?
Episode II. On the 22nd, I reach the department in the evening, find out the status. We will immediately arrange a redirect there, the employee promises that everything will be in the department on 24.10. What is happening on 24.10 (today)? I call, and they say to me: "But we won't be able to do it today, we forgot to process your application."
If you spent only a lot of money at DHL, it means that this is not the last interaction, and there will be further stages where you will also have to spend a lot of nerves and time.
Convenient location, clean office, friendly staff. Unfortunately, tariffs are rising by leaps and bounds. For one and the same product, delivery in November 2022 was 30 euros, in January it was already 40 euros. As a result, he switched to another, less hyped logistics company for delivery from abroad.
I join the previous (negative) reviews. The operators are "still" busy, an hour of waiting on the line does not give results. Moreover, after some time, the call simply ends. The "customs clearance" of a mere trifle after paying the required 3,500 tenge "for services" has been going on for a week. "Russian Post" (anyone in the subject will understand) and it works much better.
DHL is long, expensive, and stupid. We are waiting for the result.
UPD. After the call (and dialing), additional documents were required. They worked quickly here.
As a result: The courier sent a text message. I called in the afternoon at the address, without specifying the possibility of meeting at least half an hour in advance. With grief, he handed it to his wife in half, he was rude. Thanks for the ride at least.
This is the second time I've come across this company against my will. It was the choice of a foreign sender. The parcel from Germany arrived in Almaty the next day after the order, and the order was received a week later. Now the parcel has arrived in Almaty again in 4 days from Ecuador and has been in Almaty for the third day. Today I paid 3,500 tenge for the service agreement (although I paid for DHL services when buying the goods - 29.95 US dollars). Then silence - no phone for communication, no SMS. I'm waiting for nothing. That's the express delivery.
The delivery time is far from those in the advertisement. Fortunately, the date of receipt was immediately announced when sending. The money was ripped off as for a large parcel, although I sent an envelope with a couple of A4 sheets. In the destination country, the envelope was dropped into the mailbox, and it was indicated that the recipient signed. Of the advantages, only operational tracking.
They are formalized to an unpleasant feeling of humiliation, there is no human answer to any question, if dhl does not serve the Russian Federation, then a foreign company also forbids answering a solution!? It's disgusting!
The worst delivery company. The documents were sent from abroad, the envelope was accepted. And already in Kazakhstan they face the fact that they will not deliver to the specified address and you need to drive 200 km to pick up the envelope yourself. At the same time, even for an additional fee, they do not want to send the envelope by regular mail to the specified address. They say: "Then send your man to us with a notarized power of attorney, we will give him one, and then let him send it by mail." In general, it is not clear what the problem is to deliver an envelope to the post office, if they are even offered to pay for postal services. In general, a piggy attitude towards customers and a complete unwillingness to help in any way.
It is served by excellent staff, good people!
The only drawback is the lack of a working phone number that could be reached.

Somehow I was faced with a choice - which courier company to choose in order to ship a musical instrument from abroad to Kazakhstan. There were three companies, one of them was DHL. Well, that's what I decided - DHL. As a result, they were delivered: in order, without delay, even earlier it turned out much better. I want to express my great gratitude for the work of the DHL employees who work in the office at Nazarbayev 100, in particular Aziza - she helped me to process the documents and Andrey - she also helped me to process the documents and constantly kept me informed of the parcel processing, as well as the DHL customs department, thank you to the operators, who unlike the operators of other companies they answered all my questions informatively, besides positively and adequately, which influenced my choice in the end! I hate it terribly when a lot of time is spent on banal bureaucratic procedures, in this case - I stopped by, issued, paid - cool! Everything was fast, even very fast. I visited the DHL office myself.
I was a little perplexed by one incident - the courier delivered the parcel, after some time without notifying me in any way (at least approximately, for example: this morning, evening or even today ...): neither by letter to the post office, nor by SMS message, nor by phone call. However, when I called him back, he offered to deliver the tool to where I am, but I did not have the opportunity to meet the courier, after that I had time and agreed to meet with the courier in any place convenient for both of us, it became more convenient for me, we found a solution. And this, Gentlemen, is the XXI century in our country, when even my cat has a sim card in its collar!
I have been using the services of this company intermittently for a long time. Everything is clear and coordinated with them. The last time I sent correspondence to Seoul. Not cheap, but reliable. I recommend it!

The most expensive delivery, while the courier does not call and does not arrange delivery, but simply arrives when it is convenient for him. When you ask why you didn't call and warn that you were coming, he answers - “and we don't call clients before the visit.” Bottom… They also charge money for customs clearance (4k tenge), which the foreign store does not inform you about if you are unlucky and your purchase from another country is unfortunately delivered by dhl.
I suspect that DHL's head office has no idea what kind of trash is going on at DHL in Kazakhstan.
The location is in the center, parking problems, the service is good, but very expensive.
