I have been undergoing technical inspections here for 10 years. I think it's getting better every time. Removable disadvantages, such as low beam adjustment, can be done on the spot - they will tell you how to do it and help. There were no queues of more than two cars, it did not take more than 30 minutes (but if it was in the middle of the day, as at other times, I do not know).
I arrived without an appointment at the end of the working day - there was no queue - this is a plus.
The staff is absolutely unfriendly - this is a minus. The rest is the same as everywhere else in state-owned companies.
It's a great station. It's not the first time I've passed. A normal human attitude. There are practically no queues if you are not looking for them yourself (those times when there were 50 cars at the stations).
