We have vacationed in Turkey many times, so I can objectively evaluate any hotel.
The hotel and its territory are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, they have a view of the sea, mountains or the city, the cleaning is good (the maids always smile, do their business quickly, imperceptibly and efficiently).
The bar is supplemented daily with water, fanta, cola, sprite.
The air conditioning is central, it works well. The sound insulation is very good, the neighbors, the street is not salivating at all. The plumbing is in good working order, the water is hot and cold at any time, regardless of the floor.
The furniture is of high quality, orthopedic mattresses are very comfortable.
In addition to 10 residential floors, the hotel has:
A roof terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, the surroundings and a bar with many tables, there is a toilet;
The first floor of the hotel: lobby (reception desk, bar, pastry shop, Ala Kart restaurant and entrance/exit to the city), evening concerts are held here, very comfortable upholstered furniture corners, large restrooms.
Minus the first floor:
- the main restaurant.
The restaurant is very good, just wonderful.
The chefs are just magicians!
There is enough space, there is no pandemonium, the choice of dishes is huge, they are constantly replenished, the menu changes, it does not get boring.
Dishes, furniture, tablecloths are of excellent quality.
A very good bar - serves a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, good cocktails 👍
Minus the second floor: a spa center with a heated pool, Turkish hammam, Finnish sauna, showers, massage, etc. as everywhere in good hotels, everything is clean and working properly.
They immediately give out beach towels - you can change them daily, but we changed them more often, no one refused.
Upon arrival, as usual, we received a gift massage - not bad, we did not go to the course.
There is also a gym, shops for tourist goods, souvenirs.
There are also several bars on site:
Soft drinks, cocktails, tea, coffee in the lobby.
The alcohol is good, there are 7 types of strong alcohol.
Pool Bar (cafe): in addition to drinks, you can eat fast food at this bar.
The bar in the main restaurant is described above;
Rooftop bar - described above;
Beach bar: all drinks plus good quality fast food from 12-14.
The beach is beautiful and clean, the entrance is medium pebbles, you can enter without special shoes. The sea is clear.
Sun beds, umbrellas - very tired, a lot of broken ones.
There are showers on the beach, foot wash taps, three large toilets.
There are cafes and shops near the hotel, including a large Migros.
There are several travel agencies on the way to the beach. We took an excursion to the ship for 15 euros with transfer, lunch and drinks - we were satisfied, I advise you.
Animation:
- Quiet lyrical live music in the lobby on the ground floor every day from 20.00.
During the day, there is an entertainment program by the pool: water polo, yoga, contests, etc.-nothing supernatural.
At 20:30 every day there is a children's show.
At 22.00 there are various adult shows. It is not known what kind of show will be, since the poster stand has been removed. There are also sometimes discos on the roof.
A big disadvantage, as in all such large and multi-storey hotels, is the operation of elevators, it takes a very long time to wait. Their program is very unreasonable and they have to wait a long time, but not critically.
I definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back here again!

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel and as always everything is fine. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is always clean, cleaning every day. The beach is 3 minutes away via an underground passage. The sea is clean, transparent, and it's a pleasure to swim. Unlike many hotels on the coast, access to the sea is convenient, small pebbles, someone will need corals, but I always do without them. The beach is clean, there are always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Of course, the food is like the budget five, fruits according to the season, many different sweets. Once or twice a week, delicious national dishes are prepared and sometimes various seafood is played live music. I am indifferent to alcohol, so I can't say anything. But apart from beer, everything seems to be local. On the top floor there is an open restaurant with a beautiful view of the evening Alanya. The animation guys are working great. On the ground floor there are shops, a hairdresser and a SPA complex. This year I liked the massage that Mustafa did. A very professional craftsman who likes this, I recommend it! The center of Alanya is not far away, you can take a taxi or a bus. The bus stop is within walking distance. I hope to come here again soon!

The hotel left a mixed impression…

The rooms are quite cozy, new, clean, the staff is polite, responsive..., the cleaning is mediocre, but quite satisfied, the food is varied, everything is delicious…
On the 10th floor there is a bar with a gorgeous view of the night Alanya... it's just gorgeous…
But there are small disadvantages, namely:
1. The beach - do not understand that ... the sun beds are very poor and super uncomfortable... umbrellas on the beach are kept on "honest word" - they constantly fall on vacationers, food on the beach itself leaves much to be desired.. there is almost nothing except burgers, French fries and fruits ... the entrance to the sea is stone ... the feeling that you are on the beach is far from a five-star hotel ... it was very disappointing…
2. Animation is also a separate story ... there is an information board where it is written what and when will be held ... but this board and the animation team itself live a different life ... I want to spend, I don't want to - well, okay ... just turn on the music by the pool and their mission is accomplished ... evening shows are also out of the series fiction... in short, they all either follow each other, or are "extinguished" somewhere…

Great hotel! I really liked it! The staff is polite, many people understand Russian! Beautiful views in the evening from the 10th floor, where the night bar is located! We were here in early October 2024! We arrived early, got to the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and check-in at 14 o'clock.. At the reception, I talked with Yunus and, for a separate small thank you, settled us earlier in a beautiful room on the 8th floor, overlooking the city and the sea! Every evening, a man plays a flute or saxophone in the lobby.. There is plenty of food throughout the day, it hurts, it is everywhere, even on the beach!The animation also pleased me, almost every other day something new! One minus, it was not enough disco, as it is only an hour upstairs and not loud.. And the rest is great.. And also, if the room is high, then there are moments with waiting for the elevator) but these are all such little things..This is not the first time in Turkey, this hotel has left pleasant memories! There are 50 percent of Russians present, so there is always a company! And all the other people are also welcoming and sociable! No 'skirmishes' were observed, still on vacation)) Excursions right at the hotel at Alik's) without cheating, everything is at an average price, it's not worth looking elsewhere! We had a rest at the end of May at this hotel. We liked everything. The hotel is large and spacious. I got room 323 with a view of the peninsula, the view is super. A large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly. Room cleaning and filling the mini bar with drinks in the room every day. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a private beach from the hotel with sun loungers and a bar. In general, we had a good rest, everything went fine. Let's go back again.

We rested from June 14 to June 20, 2024.This is the second trip to this hotel and everything is just as good. The staff is very good-natured.After checking in, a welcome treat (a plate of sweets) and an envelope with a welcome card were brought to our room. So attentive to your guests .

Our room was on the 4th floor (in fact 6) and we walked down because the elevators are extremely overloaded and if you sat down in the lobby and think that you will immediately go upstairs, then this is not a fact - perhaps you will first need to go -1 to the restaurant, then -2 to the spa, then back to the restaurant well and then with stops to your floor and it's extremely annoying
WiFi in the room is not bad, we watched the series on the 4th floor and nothing slowed down, but the guys who lived on the 9th floor complained a lot about the speed

Alcohol in the hotel "well, that's it", you can drink, but without pleasure, so I had to drink soft drinks))
There is a pool bar with drinks, ice cream and snacks (at certain hours), which is very convenient
Sun beds, like many places, are not enough for everyone because people occupy, they go to the sea themselves, but we always found free ones
There is always a lifeguard on duty at the water slides (they are small, but there are) and there are entertainment ala obstacle courses, foam parties and water polo in the pool
There is also a nook with a Jacuzzi and a separate mini pool for small children
In the evening, there is some kind of interactive activity on the stage by the pool, but we did not go in and we preferred to sit in the rooftop bar or walk along the embankment towards the center (by the way, it is beautiful and starts right from the intersection with the traffic light to the hotel)
Downstairs of the migros and Sok hotel are local chain supermarkets
We walked to the Alanium shopping center, the road takes about 30 minutes from the hotel towards the center

Great hotel, nice, helpful staff. There is its own beach, mostly sandy, except for tides, it throws pebbles onto the shore. According to nutrition, everything is fine too, you will not stay hungry. The hotel pulls on a strong 4 stars, if you went to Turkey again, then you would check into this hotel without hesitation.

We have been going to this hotel since 2019, we saw it before covid, during quarantine, and after it, so I think I can make an honest review about this place)

In my opinion, the restaurant is just wonderful (there were two more hotels in Turkey, which are larger and declared as luxury hotels, but here is the best table!). The chefs are just magicians! There are also several bars on site (they are even on the beach and roof) where, in addition to drinks, you can eat fast food. The beach is beautiful and clean, but it's a pity that the awning and the bridge on the approach to the bar were removed. The sea is clear. There are cafes and shops near the hotel, in short everything you need) we took an excursion to the aquarium from minister tours on the way to the beach and were satisfied, I advise. For massage lovers, there is a spa on the minus second floor, but the woman from there advertises it very aggressively, instead of calmly giving out towels.Now about the animation at the hotel, all the years that we went here, it was great, a children's disco at 20:30, then a show every day. 1. Apparently, because of us, they considered us second class and for this we were allocated a room on the technical floor, without a balcony, along with accounting, technical staff and managers, a floor without an elevator, windows directly above the reception and dining room, all the smells of the kitchen and cigarette smoke flew to us.
The windows overlooked the construction site. And this is the end of the season, when the hotel load is minimal! And I asked for a room with a balcony and sea view when booking six months in advance.
2. The beach is close, it is relatively convenient to walk, but the hotel beach itself is tiny. People smoke right on the sun beds, smoke at the neighbors. And there's garbage everywhere. I'm even afraid to imagine what was going on here at the height of the season.
3. Absolutely the same daily entertainment program. In 5 days, I got tired of it just to the point of impossibility!!! Darts 2 times a day, a children's disco every day, but the program is the same. A children's corner is a tiny playground above the area with a stage, for kids, in the shade. Dancing by the pool is the same every day. I can't imagine how the animators didn't go crazy... We got bored on the second day. But there were three dance shows. African fire, super! Cuban is average, but also generally interesting. But at the Turkish dance evening, an Asian danced a Caucasian Lezginka (!!!) )))))))))) and other dancers of the Turkish dance evening were at the level of schoolchildren at the matinee.
4. Room cleaning only upon request. I asked to bring toilet paper three times a day, only the third time they brought it. There are no shower accessories. There is only a dispenser in the shower, but it is not known whether it is shower gel, soap or shampoo. The sink has liquid soap, a cap. The room has a sewing kit and slippers. It's 5*?!?
5. The buffet is full, but all the food tastes the same. Absolutely. The vegetables are stale and wilted. The lettuce leaves were mildewed. I showed them to the waiters, and they just showed me where to throw them. Alcoholic cocktails are all sweet, colorful and taste the same.
6. And as the finale of all this: I WAS POISONED. With all the special effects that follow. Now understand my worries about the toilet paper from paragraph 4. I don't know if the food is from their beach bar or from the buffet. I ate only the food and drinks of the hotel. Three days out of five like a hangover
It looks gorgeous. One of the advantages of our technical floor is that the wifi of the reception reached our room. And since there was nothing to do there, we watched cartoons. In Turkey. We watched cartoons at the 5* hotel....

The worst thing we've ever seen in Turkey! We arrived today and I'm just arriving in shock. The room is dirty, the sunbeds on the beach are barely alive. Everyone passing by is relaxing on the beach "From the hotel", the service staff goes and collects money from people, instead of asking them to leave. There is absolutely nothing to eat.... Everyone goes around in circles and doesn't know what to put on a plate!!! From the selection: vegetables, pasta, giblets and fish. That's it!!! What they called a grilled chicken, it's all bones. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. Everyone who writes that there is a variety of food here, probably the sweetest they have ever seen. I'm in shock, my vacation is ruined

The first time I was abroad, we decided to choose this hotel.
Food. The food is generally good, omelets are cooked for breakfast every day in front of you, scrambled eggs, there are pancakes. And the strange thing is that there are practically no sweets for breakfast and a lot of pickles! It was not clear to us 😅
Lunch is always varied, side dishes, duck, fish, chicken, liver, everyone will find what they want. Dinners are always on top too! On Fridays, Turkish night, they give crayfish, squid, shrimp, rolls (only falling apart), but everything is quite edible.
The staff service is also excellent, the waiters all clean the tables on time, they are very kind and smiling. There are also wonderful bartenders at the bar, making great cocktails! We only drank them all 9 days of rest. Great alcohol, we expected the worst actually. There is a disadvantage that the hotel staff does not know Russian from the word at all. It was hard to communicate in any way, only through a translator. Everyone mostly speaks English.
But there are no complaints about any employee, all well done.
90% of the vacationers are Poles. There were practically no Russians from the word at all.
The biggest problem (as for me) this is an animation that is missing. Several times a week, some dancers come in groups, dance for half an hour and the animation ends there, even the music on the hotel grounds stops playing. At 21:00, the hotel animator entertains children with the same dances, and then not every day, and for a duration of 30 minutes. Not a single foam party, nothing like that. Once a week there was karaoke, a couple of songs were sung by vacationers and lotto) In the evenings, you don't know where to put yourself, so at 23 we were already asleep. The hotel animator offered to go to the club with him at 23:00, having bought tickets from him, said that he would take us and bring us back, but we did not take the risk.
The hotel itself is large, but the territory is small. We never swam in the pool, because there were a lot of people, and the sea was gorgeous and warm, we didn't want to go to the pool.
There is no club on the territory, there is nowhere to dance, there is nothing to occupy yourself with.
The hotel offers a spa, but the seated woman who gives out towels and tries to sell this spa to everyone is annoying. She was told several times that we don't need it, she's just aggressively trying to sell!
The area is so-so, there is nothing near the hotel except the usual cafes and tents with baklava and souvenirs. We went to the center of Alanya, about 25 minutes by bus from the hotel.
The tour was taken from Asman, who was sitting right next to the hotel, on the way to the beach. We took an evening yacht. We didn't like it, we were very seasick, promised animation on the yacht, but there was some kind of foam party, the Turks who work on the yacht danced themselves, trying to entertain tourists. Well, in general, the animation is sucked out of the finger. But the views from the yacht were fiery! I'll attach a photo! We paid $35 for a tour for two. The tour lasted 3 hours.
The beach from the hotel is good, you will always find free sun beds, going into the sea is not painful, because of the stones, and so everything is OK. Also, the sea immediately goes deep, you take literally three steps and you are already up to your neck.
Overall, I was satisfied!!!!😊

I liked everything, we had a rest in May 2023, a room on the 9th floor overlooking the sea, mountains and the city .... awesome. The food is plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly. The excursions took a direct descent from the bridge to the beach, from a very pleasant person from Baku, none of the excursions upset, it was very interesting and comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The first in May 2019, the second in October 2022. The hotel is gorgeous. If you are with children and entertainment and slides are important to you, it is better to choose another hotel.
For the second time, as a gift, they settled in a room with a sea view.
Cleaning is daily, towels seem to be changed every three days, the mini bar is replenished every day for free (water, soda).
All the staff are friendly and smiling.
The food is delicious, they just feed you around the clock, and by the pool, and on the beach, and in the lobby, and the pastry shop works separately.
The beach has its own territory, sun beds, umbrellas, everything is free. You can take a beach towel as a deposit.
There is a sauna, steam room and hammam, also free of charge.
Wi-fi is free, works in the room and in the lobby, in 2019 I even caught it on the beach)))
As for the sea, the beach is rocky, but the sea is the purest, if compared with Konakli, there is just super clear water.
In May and October, there were a lot of Europeans in the hotel.
There is also a terrace overlooking the whole of Tosmur, the views are gorgeous

For a five-star hotel, the service does not hold up. The rooms are poorly cleaned. I have to remind you every time. We had a rest with a large company (19 people). We lived on different floors, it's a whole story to get together. A large hotel, 5 elevators, but still not enough, you wait for a long time and then go for the same amount. There is a lot of food, they are fed almost 24 hours a day. I am glad that it is not far to the sea in a straight line from the hotel 300-400 meters. The beach is clean, there is a bar on the beach with drinks and food. Animations are few and so-so. The staff is polite. Air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant can be difficult. It's stuffy and hot at dinner. And so, in general, the rest was a success!

1. Linen and towels were changed daily.
2. The hotel itself is very clean.
3. The food is delicious and varied. There are a lot of sweets, salads, meat is varied daily. Fruits to choose from. Alcohol for every taste and color. But we took mostly beer. Delicious and cold.
4. You can drink and eat around the clock.
5. Near the pool, ice cream, all drinks, snacks.
The beach is 5 minutes away. You can eat and drink on the beach.

We had a family vacation in the number of three adults at the Diamond Hill Resort&Spa 5* hotel from October 19, 2022 to October 26, 2022. This is our sixteenth trip to Turkey, and the first to the Diamond Hill Resort&Spa 5* hotel.
General impression of the hotel:
We looked at this hotel back in our very first trip to Turkey, to Kestel in 2013, as we really liked it visually - its shining backlight lights can be seen from afar.)
Usually the pricing policy of this hotel was higher than that of those hotels in which we used to relax. We love Katya (Kaila) Hotel 5* very much, but this year, before the start of mobilization, the prices for budget 5's were equal and they all cost a lot. Therefore, after comparing the options, we chose this hotel.
I can't say that the hotel has 100% worked off the money spent. We paid a little more than 150,000 rubles for three adults with a flight from Sochi. The hotel seemed a little "tired" over the years and during the season as well.
Check-in:
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, around 19:00. At the reception we were met by a young Turkish receptionist who speaks little Russian. I thought that by this time the room would definitely be ready, but he sent us to dinner first. We didn't argue much, because we were very tired from the road and hungry.
After dinner, I went to the counter and we started negotiations with the receptionist. He tried to put us in a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, I don't remember exactly. I told him that I wanted to go higher. He, in turn, started trying to sell me a higher room with a sea view for $30. I explained to him that the sea view is not so important to me - I just want a higher room. I don't know if he understood me or accepted that I didn't want to pay extra money, but in the end he gave us a room on the 10th last floor. And he was very surprised when I agreed.
We were taken to the room by a messenger who also helped with our luggage.
The view from the room was simply amazing (attached photo)! View from the 10th floor towards the center of Alanya and side sea view. For the sake of this view, you can tolerate waiting for the elevator.)
Number:
The room for three of us was standard - one large bed and one standard. The room is relatively spacious, we were not cramped in it. The double bed is large, comfortable, next to an armchair, a table, a notebook for notes.
The bathroom is larger than the standard bathrooms in other hotels, and has everything you need. In the shower stall, a 3-in-1 dispenser is mounted in the wall, which is very convenient.
There was no usual replenishment of shampoo, gel, etc., the maids refilled the product immediately into the dispenser.
For some reason, the maids did not want to notice that there were 3 people living with us and constantly replenished everything for two. I had to remind you several times.
Room cleaning was often in the morning while we were at breakfast or at sea. Cleaning is ordinary everyday, we did not leave tips, as a result of which the swans were not turned to us.
The mini-bar was replenished very generously every day - cola, fanta, sprite, various types of drinking water. Everything can be safely drunk, it is included in the concept of the hotel. No one will write you a check-out bill for this.)
The only disadvantage of cleaning the room is that the carpet is not completely clean. Stains, crumbs, debris - the eye clung and it was not very pleasant.
And one more nuance about the room, which affected us specifically: one night a very strong wind rose and something was knocking very loudly in our room from late evening until morning. I went through all possible options, settled on the option of residual water in the air conditioning circuit, but in the morning, in the light of day, everything fell into place - when we went out onto the balcony, we realized that there was a technician right above us.the floor of the roof, and an antenna is installed above our room, which, from each strong gust of wind, teleported and hit the roof.
I went to the reception, described the problem, asked either to fix the antenna properly, or to relocate us, since it is unknown how long the wind will last (end of October after all).
Already at lunch, the master fixed the antenna and similar sounds did not repeat, but we spent the whole night restlessly, since even I had earplugs This knock is clearly audible.
Food:
The food at the hotel was more than at a decent level. I can't say that there was a new menu every day and nothing happened again. No, just the food in terms of the assortment was repetitive, but there was so MUCH of this assortment that you might not have time to try everything during the whole vacation.
I won't describe the menu for a long time now, but I was captivated by several positions:
- delicious and sweet cherry tomatoes, which were for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in huge quantities;
- pumpkin baked for dinner in syrup, which was in the desserts. It was the first time in my life that I saw a baked pumpkin in a Turkish hotel;
- delicate and soft pancakes for breakfast;
- Turkish baklava for dinner.
At the bar in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, you could get the same cocktails as in other bars at the hotel.
The only thing that overshadowed all this splendor was the construction site next to the hotel, namely, the restaurants just from the summer terrace.
I would like to have the opportunity to have breakfast more often with a beautiful view from a hill, but when the earth is drilled two steps away from you and the foundation of an old building is broken with special machines and all this non-stop from morning to evening.... In general, we ate mostly inside the restaurant.
Sea:
The sea is separated from the hotel by a short bridge over the road and an underground passage. It is absolutely not stressful to walk to the sea and the road takes 3-4 minutes.
The hotel has its own part of the beach, marked with a Blue flag, as indicated everywhere, but I can't say that the beach is crystal clear and there is not a single cigarette butt, for example.
There are cigarette butts, and prickly twigs, and wrappers, but this is all understandable, since a large number of locals, children, and dogs run along the beach. Locals try to occupy areas of beaches that are not related to any of the hotels, so as not to annoy the hotel staff.
Going into the sea is not very suitable for people with young children - 3 steps forward shallow and then like a small piece and now waist-deep. This will not cause inconvenience to an adult, but it will be uncomfortable for kids.
But, I note that the situation with entering the sea changes literally every 50 meters along the edge of the sea. After 50 meters in one direction or another, the approach may be smoother, you just need to explore the area.
At the end of October, the sea was already cool, not "fresh milk", as they say everywhere in all public places.
Perhaps, for example, people from Siberia will find the sea hot, but to me from the outskirts of the south, from Rostov-on-Don, the sea seemed a little cool, 24-25 degrees. But this does not mean that you can not swim. The main thing is to quickly go in and move, and in just a couple of minutes it becomes good.)
The sea is clean, odorless, without crowds of people.
It was very comfortable to be on the beach - mostly people sunbathed on sun beds, few people swam in the sea. I compare it with Georgia at the end of August this year: there was just a jelly of people in the sea, but the water was the most gorgeous, even though it is the Black Sea, which a priori is always cooler than the Mediterranean.
There are toilets, showers, changing rooms, and a foot wash faucet on the beach.
On the beach on one side there are freestanding sun beds with umbrellas, on the other side there are sun beds under a canopy. A beach bar separates them.
The bar has soft carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, ayran, beer and punch in a large container (basin) with a ladle. The punch is low-alcohol, with pieces of fresh fruit and very cold. It was a nice addition to a beach holiday.)
Animation:
My family and I are adults, without children, so we always choose urban-type hotels near the city center and are our own animation.) We don't need animators, contests, or dancing. We go mainly for relaxing holidays and shopping, so I can't say anything about the animation in this hotel, since it either wasn't there at the end of the season, or I didn't get to it.
Music was constantly playing on the territory of the hotel in the pool area with slides, there was a bar with alcoholic beverages nearby, so some of the hotel guests were constantly there.
Bars:
There are several bars in the hotel:
- in the lobby area inside the hotel;
- near the pools;
- on the beach (with a modest choice);
- inside the restaurant for lunch/dinner;
- on the roof.
As my husband, who closely monitored the work of the bars, noticed - when one bar started working, the other closed for a while. I won't argue with him, because I just didn't notice it.)
Each bar has a cocktail list with a large selection of cocktails for every taste.I really liked several species, very decent ones. My husband drank whiskey/cola, gin/sprite the old-fashioned way.
I would like to pay special attention to the bar on the roof of the hotel. There is a beautiful terrace on the roof with magnificent views in both directions of Alanya. There are many seats on the terrace and its own bar. Almost every evening there was a movement, people smoked hookahs, several times there was a disco with quite modern music and dancing on the tables. I liked this bar the most, as it has its own cool atmosphere.)
Near the pool bar at lunch you can have a snack with French fries, sandwiches, fruit vegetables and, of course, ice cream.) The ice cream is very tasty, in balls, you can take it without restrictions.
City:
There is a bus stop on the embankment near the hotel, where buses 1 and 101 stop. These buses take you to the city center, and if you take the opposite way, you can get to the new village of Mahmutlar.
If you walk along Keykubat blv. street, parallel to the embankment towards the center of Alanya, you can walk to the shopping center "Alanium" and "Neva Otlet".
There is a Sevket Tokus Cad street parallel to Ataturk Street. with shops for the locals. You can buy interesting things on it (not replicas) at very budget prices.
On Monday, about 15 minutes from the hotel, not far from the Artemis Princess hotel, there is a bazaar where you can buy both textiles and vegetables/ fruits. Sellers only accept cash, but in any currency. Some even take rubles.
Result:
The hotel cannot be called a luxury 5-bed, it is an ordinary city hotel with a standard set of services, decent food and a good location. I don't think I'll ever return to it, because I want to learn new things. But if the price of the issue is lower than the competition, then, of course, I will think about it.

I do not recommend this hotel. First of all, there is a discrepancy between the declared stardom. I would rate 3*+. It's definitely not a 5*. My relatives vacationed there in 2013 - and were delighted after the rest. The pandemic, general savings or other reasons - the fact remains that the quality has dropped very much.
1. The first and main thing that I would like to highlight is discrimination on the basis of nationality both in the hotel and in the tourist. services of the Turkish region as a whole. I have extensive travel experience (mainly Europe/Asia) - in resort Turkey and on all inc. I haven't been there for more than 12 years - and probably won't be after this trip. Noticeably to the naked eye - with guests from Britain, Germany and Turkey - the staff is friendly, they can run to the restaurant earlier, smile when going to the hammam / sauna and give out sheets, explain what is where / take you to the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, we were deprived of such a service. And on an excursion to Side (bought at the agency for an expensive trip to the beach along the prominade) - the best seats for an English-speaking group were allocated in the general bus.. !!!! They were put in front only after the scandal. You see, the Turkish guide (she gave us a tour in broken Russian - you need to write a separate review - is historical. inormation 0, service 0, horror) - that's what the boss said, that the Russians should sit at the end.
2. There are no questions about cleanliness - everything is fine in this regard.
3. The food is monotonous, there is no porridge for breakfast at all, thickeners / starch are added to mashed soups. Mainly chicken and meat, fish for 11 days of rest was 2 times. About the quality of the wine - no comments - I do not recommend using it.
4. The sea is beautiful (by itself), the beach is sandy, but very small in width, there are not enough sun beds - and then at the end of the season, the beach is not cleaned - the papers were lying in the sand at the beginning of the holiday - and remained lying by the end. There is a promenade under an active road leading to the beach - I don't see a problem here. It takes 3 minutes to walk.
5. Hamam is not a hamam, there is no steam at all.
In general, no matter how you look at it, the combination of price and quality is better than in our south, but I will not forgive the Turks for the national allocation of other countries - I will no longer go.
It is much more pleasant and guaranteed for me to relax in Greece, Spain, Italy for 2 * only with breakfast - even with a limited set of products - but each of them is of excellent quality and they are sincerely nice and friendly with you - they understand English. There is a problem with entry now, but as soon as everything opens, only there.
In general, the contingent at the hotel is very different - there are both Tagil and Petersburg, to be honest, I am amazed at the lack of basic etiquette among vacationers. Do not miss when exiting the elevator, for example / cut off on the way to the foot wash tap on the beach, smoke right on the next sunbed, etc... This is a mini-slice of our society... Raise your culture, gentlemen, and demand respect for your nation everywhere - but start with yourself.

We visited this "Super" hotel in August of this year. Did we go just because of the reviews and ratings that came from I don't know where? Fake reviews?! Or was it written by people who were in Turkey for the first time and were happy with what they had? When registering, the administrator did not tell us what and where it was , we had to go poking around ourselves to look for where that was . If it weren 't for the people who told us how to get to the sea , we wouldn 't have found it. There is only ONE room key, it is very inconvenient, really a hotel of this level cannot organize the system differently?! I especially wanted to mention the TERRIBLE KITCHEN, ultra all inclusive ?Where? Everything is not tasty , not varied , honestly there was nothing to eat . Where did the photos that we looked at before choosing a hotel come from? Every other day we went to eat outside the hotel, because we were tired of eating the same thing every day . The choice was ONLY vegetable salads , that 's about it ! This is the first time I've come across the fact that you can't take food to the room. For example, I know that an hour after dinner I will want dessert or fruit, why can't I take it to my room? They 're standing there , catching everyone , yelling . I paid a lot of money for this!!! One nectarine won 't hurt anyone ! We also got from the hotel to the airport for 5 hours , back and forth , you can't take anything with you from food at all . Night breakfast, mini buffet as it is written in the description, I did not see a trace, the Ala Kart restaurant did not inspire at all, they served the same thing as at a regular dinner at the hotel restaurant. Only here it is also paid .
With elevators, it 's generally a disaster ! You can never wait for them . Is it really impossible to come up with something and organize the work correctly ?
The sea is very far from the hotel. As it says: "easy access through the underpass." But you still need to reach the underpass by going outside the hotel. And what about those who are vacationing with children? Holding hands with them ? Since there is still a road to the underpass , then suddenly something will happen .There are constantly not enough sun loungers by the pool. The pool bar was open not until 23:30, but until 23. Soooo, now about the animation, which is just zero. This is the first time I've seen such a worthless animation, no discos, no entertainment. Oh, yes, there was a dance by the pool in the morning, darts once, a failed foam party. I don 't say anything about children at all , they painted it one day and that's it . My vacation didn't work out and it's all because of the hotel! I will never advise anyone . Only negative emotions remained ! Everything was disgusting! It was a pity for the money spent, it was much lower in terms of hotels , but it was much better than that .

We had a rest in September 2021. The impression is terrible... The food is disgusting, plus they put it on you, if you ask for more, they start to freak out. There is no fruit from the word at all (only watermelon and melon). There are only boors at the reception, they don't speak Russian or English. And if you get a room on one of the upper floors, then you will wait for the elevator for about an hour, since the hotel is not able to set up their operation. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired, they do not react to the presence or absence of a special sign in any way, once they tried to break in while they were sleeping. In general, it will be enough for 4 stars or for those who are in Turkey for the first time.

I was 18-22.08.20 with my wife. I liked everything except the hammam. I didn't find any steam there and it was cold in the sauna. It resembled a "warm toilet". The massage was done perfectly, the masseur is educated and experienced, knows the Russian language perfectly. There are no claims against other parties. The food was excellent, the staff was polite, the sea was magnificent. Beach boy Azan is just super, no one gave him a baksheesh except me. I noticed that at night in the tunnel where the passage to the beach, all the lights are on, it struck me. I remembered my homeland with a heavy heart. The hotel is new, it feels like a fresh renovation. There is a magnificent rooftop bar with a wonderful panorama. From alcohol, beer and cocktails (Malibu, green Alanya). Portakal sui (orange juice) this is a divorced upi. It was a pity there was no pool in the spa center. I liked Turkey itself in August with restaurants on the street. I even found Mexican food. I didn't want to go back. So I recommend it.

A very good hotel! It's beautiful, the food is good, it's about five minutes to the sea across the road via an air crossing. The weak point is the elevator, I had to wait a very long time. The pool is nice with slides. There was always ice cream, all kinds of snacks, burgers, pizza on the beach. We had a great rest there!
