The hotel was built in 2007, and the rooms are already in need of cosmetic repairs. Electronic keys are constantly being reset, you have to go to the reception and update them. The breakfast is delicious, but meager. The good location and diligence of the staff helps out.
It's terrible! The rooms are old, everything is falling off, the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work! There is no mattress bed, I slept like on planks! The plumbing is all broken, dirty! Breakfasts are just terrible, there are no napkins even on the tables! I wanted to make myself tea, The water is hot in a kettle with sediment and extraneous flakes! There are no waiters! Dirty dishes on the tables after other breakfast are not cleaned by anyone!
The hotel is located in the city center. A light bulb was flashing in the room, which was discovered at night when the lights were turned off. I spent 2 hours searching for the master. I went down to the reception 3 times. The restaurant accepted the order and forgot to send it to the kitchen. After 30 minutes of waiting in an empty restaurant, it turned out that they had not started cooking yet. The interns at the bar didn't know the menu. I forgot to order a taxi and I almost missed the plane. A taxi was called by a local resident who accidentally entered the hotel. The kitchen forgot to assemble the lunch box with breakfast. They didn't transfer it on shift. I strongly do not recommend it!
We booked a room by phone, verbally confirmed it, and in the morning a person arrived and said that there was no reservation and left it on the street!! It's a terrible hotel, I don't advise anyone to stay there!!!

After 30 minutes of hesitation, I was moved to another room. And getting on the plane at 5 a.m. Dirty water was also flowing from the taps that evening. They say that the breakthrough of the urban system. But what does dirty, rusty water have to do with it? As a result, they didn't even bring me a verbal apology in the morning, moreover, they made me wait 10 minutes for my number to be checked (this is the first time they checked my number so that I wouldn't steal anything). As a result, the taxi did not wait and left and I had to pay with a card for a refusal to call and call a new taxi. I waited for about 20 minutes. as a result, I almost missed the plane.

The window opens to ventilation mode in strong winds because the locking mechanism is broken. Tomorrow is extremely poor. At best, you can eat sausages. And it's not every day.
For the money that a room costs, you can find a much better option, here for these days they only sell you a view from the window and a dead room from the 90s, even the pool is not included, you still need to pay for the pool separately! The restaurant is just terrible in the morning they will make scrambled eggs in a frying pan that never washes at all, there is a centimeter layer of fat on it, ask how I found out? This is how they cook in front of you and they don't even bother that they have such a frying pan, as if they are feeding dogs! In short, he left without breakfast.

Overall, the hotel is decent, especially in size. What I can say is that the breakfasts are Good. The repair rooms are already worn out in some ways. But the place is comfortable, the attitude of the staff is good and the most important thing is that it is not expensive.
