Unexpectedly, we found a wonderful place for ourselves ...)) We stayed with a family where two children, for exactly five days, received a lot of emotions - only positive ones. Everyone will find a range of entertainment to suit their taste and at any time of the day. The staff is very courteous, which is quite rare. Everything about the description of the institution itself is consistent (indeed so). The atmosphere, like nature itself, heals! We left the center just yesterday. I thank the center for already having them and having a great time, and I'm already thinking about doing a tour next year. Good luck to everyone!

I had a rest this year in July and August. I liked everything very much, but there were some restrictions due to the quarantine. Excellent food, clean rooms, awesome water park, good medical procedures, animators work all day, so entertainment for both adults and children. I advise and recommend it to everyone.

Everything is very cool, I liked everything!
The service is at a high level. The rest is worth the money, I really liked that they work on the all-inclusive principle, and you can also purchase goods or services (additional) using a room key card. It is very convenient that you do not need to carry a wallet with you. The food is delicious and satisfying. One of the disadvantages is that there is no beach area, but this is compensated by a swimming pool and an aqua park. We were very pleasantly surprised by the service staff, very attentive and responsive, it is rare to find such a service even for a lot of money.

First, there is a kettle in the room (this is good), but the glasses are made of plastic (and this is bad), it would be nice if the beds had small mats on the floor. Room 307, the lock in the bathroom won't close... And queues to the treatment rooms...although, I understand there's nothing you can do about it.. P. S. Tell the squirrels, let them jump lower in the trees), otherwise they can't be seen high up... Thank you, everything is fine in general! The food is normal!

We had a very cool rest. They fed us so much that we regretted that we had brought kebabs with us. Fried so that the meat would not be lost. We went for 3 days on weekdays, of course, there is little time. There will be a reason to come back. The water park is cool. I liked the gym the same way. I haven't done it for a long time, but I squeezed 95. I came to Karaganda and bought a subscription to the gym.
