There are shortcomings and they are related to the staff, it depends on which shift you get on.There is order and efficiency in the dining room with some, inattention with others.The same is true in other services, in receiving procedures in one shift, you can walk around without a bathrobe and without a mask.The same thing happens in the SPA complex.Who will go there, take soap and toilet paper with you, they give you a small plate of soap, and you need to beg for toilet paper. We tried to clean the rooms when we were resting and when we were not cleaning, too.But despite all the shortcomings, you can not spoil your vacation.Still, there were tours where there are no children, we have very ill-mannered children at this hour and this generation is a MOTHER....

Perhaps the best place for a comfortable stay in Borovoye!
Live music, a lawn with pillow bags, hammocks among the pines on a wooden platform, unlimited drinks and snacks prepared in your own smokehouse, entertainment for every taste. It's a great place. I recommend it!

It is suitable only for holidays with children. It's a long way to Borovoye itself. Perhaps it's more interesting in winter. The idea is good- and the implementation is as always!!!
Pros: well-groomed green area, food, water park, sauna complex, lots of entertainment for children!! The kids won't be bored. Decent rooms.
Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages!!! 1. in the water park there is absolutely nowhere for children or adults to hang out in the water (they interfere with the descent from the slides), small Jacuzzis are crammed with adults and infants.
2. The so-called "Big" pool is colder, very small, packed with ball players.
In short, if you decide to just swim, there is simply nowhere for you to do it!!!
3. there is always water in the steam room area, the floors are slippery, the water does not come off the shower well - you stand in water up to 20 cm deep.
4. Food!!! maybe it was good once- for that kind of money, it's just nothing. There is a constant chicken, there is no choice of dishes, a typical dining room designed for it is not clear who. Not everyone eats what they serve. For breakfast, broth is generally something!! Is this for those who had a stormy day the previous day?? For men, the portions are generally scanty, it saved that the children ate poorly, their portions were finished. Butter for 7 people 3 pieces!! I have to run around asking for cutlery, there are no napkins at all.
In short, everything is calculated for what you will order for an additional fee, but there is only fast food!! For kids on vacation, pizza and French fries, according to the administration, are probably the healthiest food.
5. I do not know how in other buildings we have foam mattresses in all rooms, already laid out, on large beds though high, but on single beds 8cm thick, in short you lie on an almost bare board.
6. The safe and air conditioning did not work in the room, we contacted the administration, they came up, but everything remained that way. in addition, the staff is not clean on hand, both in the dining room and in the buildings. Forgot things in the room after check-out (I understand that they are too old..) but they asked to find it back - of course, they didn't find it. And things were not cheap!!
7. the absolute lack of social distance is especially important when the region is in the red zone!! outdoors, of course, it is not so noticeable, but the tables in the dining rooms are close to each other. And there are no words at all about daytime entertainment with treats!! huge queues - indoors (closed tent gazebo!! it is closed ) crowds of people queuing for food and drinks. This is something!!
8. the lack of toilets on the territory, that is, you have to run to the room, you agree with the children you don't run a lot!!
In short, the rest left a twofold impression.

We are very grateful to the rest of the staff for organizing the rest. Including the other guys at the counter. 4 stars only because of Alina's rudeness. Otherwise, I would have put 5.

At the moment I'm in Discovery-Borovoye, there is a very good hotel here, there is a kettle in the rooms and you don't have to take mugs with you. There is also Wi-Fi in the rooms. Here you can rent bicycles and scooters (of course for money), a cool Aqua Park. In the evenings at 21:00 they play guitar near the campfire, and after that there is a disco. There is a shop, as well as a cable car. In short, I like it very cool here.
