We live in Sirius, so as not to go back and forth, we were looking for a hotel for the night. The price and quality were very pleased. Everything is clean and tidy inside and out. The layout is thought out to the smallest detail. The furniture is solid, the mattress is not depressed, in addition to the bed, the room has a sofa, wardrobe, table, chair, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner,dryer and coffee table. Toilet, shower, hot water in the room. There is a basin for washing, and you can wash it in the machine for a fee.
The closet is next to the bathroom, and the air conditioner does not blow on the bed - it is convenient and comfortable. There is no kettle, boiling water can be taken in the dining room. But we have our own hair dryer and travel kettle. The bed is clean, the linen, the towels are clean, the videos are not super new, but high-quality.
There are no warm blankets or blankets, but we didn't need them.
The rooms are not worn out, everything is fine.Not just after the repair, but not killed in the trash.The maids clean well.
There is a table on the balcony for several rooms, but we had a great dinner in the room in front of the TV on the coffee table.
The yard is pleasant, lots of greenery, flowers, fruit trees,palm trees, a clean frame pool.
There is a parking place. The street is full of shops and canteens.The sea is a few minutes' walk away. Very friendly residents, sellers, well, if you smile yourself and come with kindness.
Breakfast is included in the bill. There are three porridges to choose from, two dairy and buckwheat, sausages, croutons, donuts, tea, coffee, milk, sour cream, butter.
Lunch can be ordered separately.
For a vacation in the style of "seal on the beach" is an ideal option.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This is not a five-star hotel. It's very nice for economy rooms. Toilet/shower in the room, the room is clean. Breakfast is included - porridge portions, coffee/tea. There is Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel. The crystal clear sea is 2 minutes away. A shop with everything you need in front of the hotel. Kebabs, cafes within a radius of 100 meters. There are friendly people around. There is a swimming pool. I want to note the room: clean, tidy, there are bed linen, towels. Everything is new!!!! Administrator Varvara is always in touch, she will always help. In front of the rooms there are tables for dinner, relaxation, evening gatherings. We really liked it! Reading the reviews of vacationers, I wonder what requirements you are asking about, paying 2K per day?!?!? Black caviar? Is The Champagne Washing? Well, it's really funny!!!!

The sea is 5 minutes away, this is the main advantage. The area is clean enough, the staff is normal. We had a rest in Abkhazia not for the first time, we were in the best places, but it's not bad here. Linen and towels were changed three times, the room was cleaned once. We rested for a full 12 days, left for 13. Of the cons: quadruple rooms are considered, and there is a sofa and a bed. Ie, sleeping in twos, it is not convenient for everyone. (Again, for a high price, you can rent a two-room room here.) There are no dishes in the room, there is no kettle, which is completely inconvenient! There is no shared kitchen either. The dining room in the hotel is not bad. The simplest food, not very good looking, but delicious cooked. The chefs deserve special praise).

I was vacationing in a mini-hotel Diva in September 2023. I specially chose a non-pretentious place so that it would be calm and quiet. Without big hotels and crowds walking along the boardwalk.
It is quite good for a hotel without stars in an Abkhazian village.
We met two lovely women, showed them the territory: where the kitchen is, where the kettle is, where you can wash and iron. They gave me the password for the Wi-Fi. They explained that you can book excursions right away. I took two.
The deposit was issued in a special notebook, under the signature. They returned it without any problems.
We were shown to a spacious room. The room was on the second floor, end, with neighbors on only one side.
It was clean, everything worked. TV, clothes dryer. I didn't use the sofa, but the bed is comfortable, it's nice to sleep. The bed linen is clean and well ironed.
It's good that the shower has a high threshold, the water does not flow beyond the shower itself. There were two rolls of toilet paper in the toilet. There was no hair dryer (its presence was not stated in the description of the hotel), but I knew that I was going, in fact, to the guest house, I took my own.
On the first day I ironed my things, I don't have to pay any money for the iron.
Three days later, there was a change of linen and cleaning. I had almost no garbage, a bag accumulated in three days, I took it out myself. Do not disturb people because of this)
I lived for a week, I didn't use the kitchen, but I went there to look : a kettle (you don't need to rent it), cups, dishes - everything was there. I don't like public kitchens, so I always take a small light kettle and my mug-plate with me.
There are several cafes nearby along the road, you can choose what you like. I liked the "Tangerine". Delicious and cheap. Along the street to the sea there are shops with groceries and clothes. Several sightseeing stalls.
The sea is very close. The beach is wide, there were sun beds and entertainment even in early October. The sea is warm, the air was 25 degrees, as was the sea. There is a cafe on the beach, and there, on the beach, they sold very tasty fish).
There is a bus stop near the beach, you can go to Pitsunda. to Gagra, to Sukhum, without leaving the highway, which is 4-5 kilometers away.
I didn't see the owners of the hotel, and they weren't needed. I turned to Lyudmila and Svetlana for all questions. They receive guests, and settle them, and clean, and wash, iron, and arrange excursions. Everything is based on them. They are always friendly and ready to help. When I read the reviews, it becomes a shame for them.
When I came to the room, I saw that they were constantly at work, like bees. I saw them every day, they work seven days a week, or something…
In short, the place is pleasant, the rest was a success.
Choosing a place to relax, you need to understand that you are not going to a star hotel, which would have completely different requirements, so as not to complain later that there was no kettle, cooler, hair dryer and soap in the room. They shouldn't be in such hotels.

Not a bad location..
Lived from September 11th to September 15th..
There are no dishes in the room at all, the kettle was bought in the store opposite, there is no hair dryer in the room..The towels were stained and allowed to be covered with sheets, one had a hole in it..They asked for two days to warm up the food, to which they replied there is no microwave!
And they wrote to the hostess, she said that she could come up and warm it up, but the staff said no! There is a table on the balcony for 2 rooms, in the evening we never sat like we were busy with others, just like in the morning! Breakfast was said at 8:40, they came up and there were leftovers from the food!The air conditioner worked very well! In general, a good guest house, but I would like more services, at least mugs or cups and a hairdryer in the room!

Not a bad hotel, good location, 3-5 minutes to the sea (depends on the walk). Excellent dining room, special thanks to the chefs for the soup for the child in case of poisoning (prepared especially for us). There is a swimming pool for children on site. One of the disadvantages is the lack of minimal dishes in the room, there is not even water to drink from. I had to buy glasses at the store opposite. We asked the administrator for a kettle on the 3rd day, they gave it to us. Of the disadvantages, there are no smoking areas. Our neighbors smoked the whole vacation on the shared balcony, all the smoke went to our room.

I wonder where the positive reviews for the Diva mini-hotel came from. I can't call it a hotel, there is no reception, there is no administrator, balconies - there is a corridor, a balcony, and a place to relax, because the tables are on the balcony (and on the 3rd floor a table and chairs are flooded during rain, because there is no roof over the recreation area). They populate ( but do not meet . building. There was no hot water all the time, at best 35 degrees, the light was turned off constantly (there was no light all the time at night), there was no cold water peridically either, there was no cold or hot water, they wanted to take money for extra money. The maids are very arrogant, which you do not ask for, they always did not spend the last day with dissatisfaction, they left themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "HOTEL"

Those who are used to the service will not like it very much. The food in the dining room is for two. Porridges are very sweet, without salt, undercooked, on water, liquid. The bed was changed for the 6th day as promised, the towels were changed for the 3rd day. The kitchen is not very good, the staff is unfriendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet. Our family is just used to minimal service, of course there is no hair dryer or kettle in the rooms. There is no free water on site during the day, for example, to drink tea or coffee.It looks like a vacation in Sol-Iletsk, who was there.

We rested from 06/07/2024 to 06/20/2024 with a large company for the second year in a row! We returned to Diva with pleasure! This year we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of food at the hotel! We took breakfast! Everything is very tasty and balanced! The receptionist Lisa is the pearl of the hotel! The transfer, the beach, the hotel grounds, the hotel itself were all super liked ❤️ we will be happy to return next year with an expanded team of Belarusians 🤌💪😂

We stayed at the Diva Hotel from 4.09.23. to 13.09.23.!!! A wonderful place, near the beach, 5 minutes walk, grocery stores, pharmacies, souvenir shops, all within walking distance!!!
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, clean, the rooms are beautiful, cozy, clean, it's nice to go into them!! Everything works, and air conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi, beautiful balconies with sea views))

We were with our family in 2023. Great hotel, I liked everything. Service * maid girls * everything is high. We arrived in 2024. To put it mildly, we were surprised. The pool is in terrible condition and the administration is not doing anything. The dining room is terrible. The rooms smell of sewage. Most of all, I was finished off by aul *Tajiks* who got drunk behind the hotel, went yelling at the whole yard and swam in the pool. The owner of this complex should think about the future existence.

I wonder where the positive reviews for the Diva mini-hotel came from. I can't call it a hotel, there is no reception, there is no administrator, balconies - this is both a corridor, a balcony, and a place to relax, because the tables are on the balcony (and on the 3rd floor a table and chairs are flooded during rain, because there is no roof over the recreation area). The maids check in (but do not meet) the guests. We (Me, my wife and two children of 1 year and 12 years old) arrived on 08.07 at 01.00 at night, it was raining, no one told us where to go. We do not know. We booked the 1st floor, a non-smoking room. They settled on the 3rd floor, the building is 3 storeys high, next to neighbors who smoke constantly, smoke like a steam locomotive and everything pulls into the room (room). In the room (supposedly 4-seater) there is a 2-bedroom bed and a sofa (accordion), well, it is not very comfortable. And our litigation did not end there. There was no hot water all the time, at best it was 35 degrees, the light was turned off constantly (there was no light at night all the time), there was no cold water peridically, and on the day of departure 15.07. there was neither cold nor hot water. It was turned off in the evening and given around 11.00 am the next day. For the entire period from 07.07 to 15.07, the room was never cleaned, the floors were washed and swept 4 times. The linen was changed once and then with a big scandal, they wanted to take money for washing. As explained to us, they change the linen and clean the room on the 5th day and therefore if we want to do something earlier, it will be worth the extra money. The maids are very arrogant (especially Lyudmila Nikolaevna), which you do not always ask with discontent, even you will ask for toilet paper. The kitchen is almost always dirty, to the question why it is dirty, the answer is received: we have self-service, so clean up yourself, there are almost always no mugs in the kitchen, you are going to drink tea and it will not work. Guests drink tea from disposable cups, and add cold water so that they do not melt. On the last day of 15.07. our vacation, the administrator Khachik (videmo Khachatur), who is also the husband of the Manager (Elena), appeared. And I decided to express my comments and wishes on staying in their "hotel", that there is no hot water (the temperature is no more than 30 degrees), that the room is not cleaned. But he started to get indignant and yell that we were making it up (to put it mildly). As a result, he almost took our things outside, because we were leaving that day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "HOTEL" - A DUMP!

We had a rest in August 2023. Overall, the hotel is not bad, the rooms are well furnished, the air conditioning worked, there were problems with the TV sometimes hung up. Wi-Fi does not catch in the room and there is almost no Wi-Fi on the street either . but! The staff is bad, they don't clean. Everything is PAID! Barbecue, washing machine, iron, you have to pay for everything! There are few parking spaces, and those who managed to buy sneakers. It's scary to go into the kitchen, it's dirty, the stoves don't work, one kettle for the whole hotel, there are no cutlery (one fork, one spoon....) There is no air conditioner, there is a smell and it is stuffy. Children are constantly being told that they are shouting and splashing in the pool (and what should be done there!?) I don't recommend this hotel for that kind of money!

Nice hotel, close to the beach. We had a rest in July 2023 , the rooms are clean , the TV was working , the Wi-Fi in the room does not catch .it flies out on the street , you can say it's almost gone. Everything is ruined in the kitchen, there are no accessories. The toilet broke down - no one helped with this case, they flushed it with a basin. Towels are changed every 3 days. cleaning 1 time a week (if you arrive for 5 days , do not count on it , but yourself . where to get a broom they will tell you) They take an advance payment of 3000 rubles, if something is broken, they do not give the deposit. for example , for a broken room key ( not our fault , but because it just rotted away from time - they gave 1500 rubles ) . But it was especially striking that the administrator Elena (or the hostess? they never understood it) she didn't even bother to talk to us personally. Although we called and wrote to her. All communication was conducted through the staff. Naturally, they are not responsible for anything and do not solve anything. As a result, I repeat that with a paid reservation, we stayed on the street and were forced to go home in the heat and look for housing. With a child. There is nothing to say about the hotel itself. He didn't look impressed. Well, with such a customer-oriented approach, I categorically do not recommend it.

We didn't like the village itself. There is nowhere to walk, the street is a roadway without sidewalks, cars and people scurry back and forth. They don't clean up near the embankment, it's dirty. The beach is wide, the sea is clean.

A disgusting hotel. They escaped from it after 3 days. Parking is small. The room on the ground floor, although spacious, smelled of mold. There is a table outside for 3 rooms and it is always occupied. It is impossible to dry the laundry on the street because there is not enough space on the rope. Laundry is paid. The bed linen and towels are stained and damp. There are no blankets. It's a little dirty in the room. Wi-fi in the room does not catch, only on the street. There is a small swimming pool on site. It was very noisy. The kitchen was not used. There is no kettle in the room. The rest was ruined. I don't recommend it.

We are now in this hotel, the most terrible hotel in my life. A shared kitchen is claimed, but dirt and lack of dishes make it unusable. The Diva Mini Hotel is located at Tumanyan 46, the address is slightly incorrect here. We rested from September 6 to September 13, during this period there were no water and electricity outages (including in the entire village). They seem to indicate that the power supply is autonomous. The water pressure in the shower is good, the hot water is really hot. The room is normal, for an overnight stay. In the room: a double bed (a tolerable mattress), a sofa, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, a wardrobe (the doors practically do not move) with two compartments: under hangers (there were a couple of hangers) and shelves, air conditioning, blackout curtains, I did not catch a TV in our room, there is no hair dryer in the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but there is a shared balcony with a table and chairs in front of the room. There are clothes dryers, also shared on the balcony. Upon check-in, we were given two bath towels, two for the face and one for the legs. They covered themselves with a waffle blanket, which was not very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen, we used only a microwave, which practically did not heat. There were like 20 rooms in total, there were no vacancies. There is a swimming pool, the water is quite cool, for all the time only once we observed that two men swam there after chacha) There is a slide and a swing for children. There was no cleaning in a week. Most likely, you need to ask, since the keys are probably in one instance. The staff and hosts are pleasant. You can also buy local drinks there, but they are more expensive than in the store. The sea is very close, there are several canteens nearby. There is a shop and a public transport stop opposite, it rarely goes, but it's better than nothing. The cost in 2022 was 100rubles per person.

The hotel will do well in general. The stairs are very steep, it is not comfortable to climb to the 3rd floor with a child in your arms, especially after the rain. There are fewer tables on the floors than there are rooms, which is not very comfortable. And when people drink under your windows, it's not very pleasant. The rooms are clean. It's not very far to the sea, but there are no sidewalks. Cars are driving down the street. It's okay for adults to rest, but traveling with young children is not an option. It is better to choose another locality.
