For the chicken soup, thank you, it's delicious, the basic pancakes with bacon are fine, I liked the bagel with pork, scramble with bacon, except for the hair on the tomato.
Terrace: the kitchen is not working, I heard from the bartender's explanation that the cook had gone somewhere, he would be in an n-th amount of time.
I do not know what standards of behavior are established in this institution, but I think that working with an earphone is somehow disrespectful to the guest. And in the future, I will advise her to take the tubes in the middle, and not over the edge, because it is from the edge of the tube that the guest will drink, especially since she works without gloves.

We ordered alcohol with my wife and a hot dog to warm up.(the price tag is of course like that of a top institution, with which they position themselves)
As a result, even though the dog is cold, just a badge is not even "warmed up in the microwave", none at all, I came up and told the cook (Inna or Inga) about it, she was sitting with headphones on, and did not even get up. After that, I just threw it in the trash and didn't stay, we ate somewhere else.

My mom is a big fan of coffee, she had a dream to try it made in the sand, and she was really looking forward to going to Dzhezva. Today (05/19/25) we came to this place on a recommendation, we heard that it has the best coffee in the city. We liked the coffee in the end, but the service of the girl at the counter (with dark hair, who recently works here) leaves much to be desired. At first, she misheard our order, although she nodded while listening to it, but forgot to accept one coffee and croissant. It wasn't a big problem, different things happen. The problem started to arise when the girl started to prove that it was our fault, because we did not correct her when she repeated the order to us. That's a mistake in itself, especially since she didn't repeat it. We didn't feel like a croissant anymore, so we just ordered our forgotten coffee. It would seem that the conflict has been resolved, however, for some reason, the girl arbitrarily decided to add a croissant to us, which she did not write down the first time, without notifying us about it ... Once again, she did not repeat the order aloud. After that, she started giving us sideways glances while we were sitting on the table. I don't know what to say.
In the end, the coffee was good, but the impression was terrible, the mood turned out to be spoiled. My mother can rarely be offended by anything, but the disgusting behavior of the girl who took the order upset her incredibly. All this unpleasant situation was smoothed out only by the girl Karina, who treated the incident with maximum understanding and professionalism.
