I took an 11-month-old child for an ECG. After a similar procedure in a state institution, I had nightmares. I was afraid that the child would scream again, break out and the procedure would not give any sane results. We are currently undergoing a medical examination for the year, and what can I notice:
1. Only in this private clinic was they asked what time is convenient for me and my child, and not what time is convenient for them. It pleases me.
2. There is a corner for the baby, a parking place for the stroller and even a place where to leave the dog with water bowls (I was pleased with the attention to such trifles).
3. There are very polite girls at the reception, thank them very much.
4. Irina Ivanovna Zhuk, the nurse who took the ECG, is just a miracle. My daughter not only did not scream, but did not twitch at all, smiled and was interested in the process. Irina Ivanovna is very affectionate with children, polite and attentive! Thanks to people like you, my child has stopped being afraid of doctors!

It has been the 5th year with this center and, unfortunately, I can say that the quality of service has deteriorated very much.
The receptionist seems to be looking at the patient in parallel, this can be seen in everything: the tone of communication, the look, the answers to additional questions. There is simply no desire to visit the medical center, there are specialists for whom you have to sacrifice your sense of comfort (as a consumer of the service) - Alice Gatskevich (therapist) and Irina Bystrimovich (neurologist), I single them out for their professionalism and sensitivity.

One star only for the beautiful reception. Trotskaya Elena Nikolaevna is an absolutely incompetent ophthalmologist. I made an incorrect diagnosis, prescribed serious hormonal drops and ointment to the child at 2 months old! I took money for a non-working device! I incorrectly checked the fundus, scaring with a terrible diagnosis. As a result, we treated the child for a disease that he does not have! Now we are treating the consequences of her prescribed treatment. There is only a complaint to the Ministry of Health about such a doctor.
As a result, we gave 75 rubles to "cripple" the child.

This was not mentioned at the conclusion of the contract. Even in banks, you can change the PIN code via SMS. We'll write it down as a minus, a big minus. It is necessary to eliminate this misunderstanding.

I've been to the clinic a couple of times with different doctors. The opinion is very contradictory. The floor itself (where the clinic is located) is clean, beautiful, everything can be found quickly. The doctors are friendly, the prices are acceptable. But there are 2 bold but. In particular, I'll start with the main thing, this clinic does not inspire confidence at all (I applied there with frivolous questions), because everything gives the impression that everything has been done here. For example, people at the reception are constantly busy with their questions (talking loudly about life topics, drinking tea, etc.), this is not bad, but these are also doctors, and they look more like people who are not related to this industry in any way, 0 prestige out of 10. Next come the doctors, namely their qualifications, uh, well, actually once I got to a fairly experienced doctor with normal experience, but his actions and in general (speech, used words, etc.) were clearly not like a qualified specialist, he also did the treatment himself uncertainly and slowly, the second time I got in general, at an appointment with a student doctor, a girl of +-25 years old, without a good education and experience, was slightly afraid for herself (there was no control over her actions or the correctness of decisions by more experienced doctors). Also, the clinic itself is located in the building where the grocery store is located (not a small shop, but a direct store on the floor of the complex). It's very subjective, but damn it, how could you make a clinic here? Competitors have completely their own separate plots, from small buildings to entire houses occupied by clinics, but when you go to the doctor passing by a grocery store and a floor with a barbershop, then you already start to feel uncomfortable. That's how it is, I won't come here anymore, I came, because the questions were not serious and close to home, but even so, pay attention to the kokurents, their service is clearly better, well, I would also think for the doctors.

It was not the first time I visited this medical center and there were no comments, but my last visit was not very good, to put it mildly. There are no administrators. At the reception, I announced that I had previously been to their center under a different name so that the doctor could look at my previous appointments, but my last name was not changed in the card, which is why the conclusion was given to the old name. An unpleasant aftertaste remained from the doctor's appointment, they did not help me from the word at all. After the doctor gave me the phrase "where have you been before?" I just fell into a precipitate. I will not recommend this medical center to anyone else and I will not visit it myself either.

Cardiologist Natalia Vladislavovna Feoktistova belongs to the worst doctors of the clinic. Rude, arrogant, she collected her medical history carelessly, did not make a diagnosis, even a preliminary one, did not prescribe treatment.
Olga Alexandrovna Maysak (endocrinologist) and Oksana Alexandrovna Belaya (pediatrician) are wonderful doctors. Sensitive, polite, always adequate prescriptions of drugs and tests.

You need to go up to the 3rd floor, BUT there is an elevator for the disabled / children / elderly.
Pleasant atmosphere. They did an ECG for the child. Everyone we met from the staff and doctors was decent.
It was normal to wait in the corridor with a 2-year-old child, there are toys, a table for drawing, etc. Quiet music is playing, nature is shown on TV.

Today 02 11.2003 I went to the reception of this center on the issue of removing a mole ..I was booked for an appointment at 19.40 and was told 70p would be more than enough .. At the oncologist 's appointment , KOZHANOV Nikolay SEMENOVICH informed me that the operation would cost 60 rubles .
