I always took pizza to take away and was generally satisfied. But today we decided to stay in the institution and drink warm tea, we ordered, we are waiting. We were given 2 cold drinks of Lipton tea. When asked if it was possible to cancel the order, because they were about to leave, the girl refused. She said that she could additionally make warm tea, we refused. She refused to return the money on the pretext that when we ordered tea, we indicated to give Lipton. Question: the stand does not say which company the tea is brewed from. As a result, she made hot tea with a dissatisfied look and took the drink away. I had to pay attention 2 times to the difference in the price of these products and that she should return the difference in money. Apparently, she wasn't going to do it initially.
In general, I do not advise you to tear your nerves and prove something there, it's easier to go to another institution.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the service. I came with the children to the opening at 11 o'clock. The girl at the checkout was sleepy, she couldn't really answer anything. I ordered a Ham and cheese pizza, I also wanted to buy a glass of juice for the children, but it turned out that you can only order a package. The seller decided to sell me 2 bags of juice. This was sorted out, we went with the children to the nursery to wait for the order. After 5 minutes, the cashier girl came running, no longer sleepy, but outraged. I made a remark that the children are very noisy, and there are other visitors here. It's very sad! It generally shows the attitude towards children in our society - don't run, don't scream, don't laugh, be comfortable, obedient, inconspicuous. The visitors, moreover, did not complain about the children's laughter. But my mood was ruined. We quickly finished the pizza and left. By the way, children love Dodo pizza very much, but for me it has a very thick dough.

In addition to pizza, they make, in my opinion, delicious desserts and good coffee here. Promotions are often held. There are no complaints about the delivery either. Everything is delivered on time, plus there are no difficulties with the delivery of hot drinks, unlike some other chains. The child likes to find a sticker with a city in Russia in each order.
