On Tuesday, we decided to come to a new institution. We ordered a 35cm pizza, etc. At the end of the snack, the Dodo Tuesday campaign was noticed. We realized that we can get the 2nd pizza for free. We went to the cashier, said so and so, took 35cm, is it possible to get a second one for the promotion. To which cashier Anastasia (if I'm not mistaken) I answered: Sorry, but it's late, the pizza had to be selected at the time of ordering.
Question: Shouldn't cashiers inform guests about their promotions at the checkout during checkout?
