I've been eating their pizza for a long time (about 3 years). The pizza is delicious (9/10 - there are pizzas that are made tastier by competitors), the promotions are excellent. I order mainly by shares and therefore get the best price/quality ratio. I got into conflict situations several times and the administration solved them quickly enough:
They gave out someone else's pizza at pickup - after 15 minutes they called and about 20 minutes later they delivered mine. As a result, I had 2 pizzas instead of one :)
They also brought pizza once after 1.5 hours and then issued a coupon for a 36 cm pizza - which is very profitable, because my order cost less than the pizza I ordered using the coupon. Therefore, I even like it when they are late, because the free pizza covers it (I can't speak for everyone, but I once ordered pizza from another company and it was delivered to me after 2.5 hours, and as a result they gave a coupon for pizza 30cm when ordering FROM, that is, I needed something else buy....)
