There are no questions about pizza, it's delicious. There are claims to the Mirinda drink. Both of them are absolutely not sweet, as they should be, strongly diluted with water. They also did not give a postcard that should be with the order.
We ordered pizza for the first time, we expected the ordered pizza with a bonus, since the promotion when ordering from 23p pepperoni pizza as a gift and another plus to this, since for the first time we order pizza ham and mushrooms as a gift. But only one pizza was delivered to us, which we ordered for 26.40. When ordering, there was no field in the basket where to enter the promo code, after the pizza delivery, the field appeared. Maybe there was some kind of tech.a glitch, but the operator did not even offer to order more pizza for us, accusing us of making the order incorrectly.
A good place to have a snack with friends, kind helpful staff who will help you if necessary, fast service, and most importantly a large selection of food and drinks.
The worst service you can experience. Forget with this pizzeria what is on time. We made an order that was supposed to be delivered at 00:42 but it was not delivered. When calling their short number, no one answered the phone. We contacted them independently at the beginning of the second hour of the morning and told them to expect another 1 hour. No, with such a service, eat pizza yourself. And leave this "there are a lot of orders, we don't have time" to the management, it's not for me to say this, but for my superiors. I did not send myself an SMS with the time 00:42, but you, thereby signing an offer agreement with me, you did not fulfill your obligations and safely take the pizza to where you cooked. And this is "we issue a certificate if we do not deliver on time" I do not need it, I needed to receive my order at the designated time. I do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone, and the courier also called back at 1:08 and said that there could be consequences, as I understood the hints about the blacklist and they say they will then refuse to order... apparently, the guys do not know what the Ministry of Commerce is and what happens for an unlawful denial of service.
There was a Dodo Pizza at several points. I'll tell you why it's still 4 stars. The pizza is excellent, everything is very tasty, the coffee is excellent, but the problem arose directly with the promotions. I am not an avid fan of freebies, but if I constantly catch sight of some profitable promotion, I will not miss the opportunity to take advantage of it. One day we decided to try out the advertised promotion - Pepperoni as a gift for the first order through the mobile app, while at the food court in Dana Mall. The application was sorted out, when suddenly an unpleasant surprise - that's where the promotion is not valid. However, nowhere does it say that pizza as a gift can be received at certain points. The trick of the point in Dana Mall is pizza in 7 minutes. I think there should be a choice. Either bystropitsa, or waiting and action. The next time it was Tuesday. I received an alert that the 2nd medium-sized pizza is a gift. Dusted with hungry excitement, we decided to order pizza for the evening, on Uruche, when suddenly the application gave out - make an order after 21. Is it necessary to place an order in the morning in order to receive it by the evening? (For a second, they wanted to pick it up in an hour and a half. We were hungry : (We left at 19. The third time it all worked out, because I'm stubborn, but the sediment still remained. I repeat, there are no complaints about the quality, everything is on the level👍

A small pizzeria, right behind the bus stop. There is little space and a lot of people. They cook quickly. To come in and have a quick meal is the very thing.
I love this place because of the speed of service and normal delivery, the pizza is on the level, there are a couple of other things that you can eat there besides the pizza itself, but in general, the restaurants are cozy

Dodo pizza IS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. The order was expected for 2 hours, the manager finally said that the courier had given it to another person. As a result, he agreed to wait another half hour for his order. We brought ONE pizza instead of 2 (one of them with a promo code as a gift)
The manager, when I logically asked what was the matter, said "there is no such action now"
Moreover, on the day of ordering, a dodo Pizza promoter approached me and offered to specify a phone number to receive a promo code for free pizza today, which came to me in the form of an SMS to my phone.
The result waited 2 hours, the pizza arrived with an obvious underweight and instead of two pizzas I got one. I have not received any feedback!
Good afternoon. We order constantly, but the day before yesterday they brought the raw one, left a complaint, no one called back, did not even apologize, it turns out the money was thrown in the trash. The pizza is delicious, but in principle we will look for competitors!)
After an extra 20 minutes of waiting, I tried to get through. Calls are simply ignored. The 5th time was answered: "we don't know when the delivery will be due to the lack of a courier." Question to the management: if you can't organize logistics, why do you accept orders?! After 40 minutes of excessive waiting and 5 attempts to dial, they called me back and told me: either a cold order in 10 minutes, or re-order and wait another 30 minutes. The result: on September 1, the child's condition is spoiled. Thanks DoDo! Good luck in sales!
By the way: in such cases, at least they apologize to the client.
Summary: disgusting, I do not recommend it because you will stay hungry!
