An amazing clinic
The first time we came to this clinic was with an emergency.
A dog on a walk inhaled ustyug (a thorn from the grass).
It was necessary to get it under anesthesia.
The dog is difficult (English Bulldog). They don't tolerate anesthesia very well.
We were terribly worried when we were in this clinic for the first time (the endoscopist in ours was on vacation).
But Alexander Alexandrovich (surgeon and anesthesiologist) and Bogdan Vitalievich (endoscopist) they coped brilliantly.
The human attitude was especially striking. We were so comforted and supported.
There are also great girls at the reception

Thanks for the excellent work of the staff, on the 13th we were at the castration of Axel, the cat benefited. He's as calm as a boa constrictor now, the stitches are gone, everyone is happy. My special love and gratitude to the head physician Alexander Vasilyevich, who helped in a difficult situation (the cat was mangy, I was afraid that they would not accept us and wanted to do so at first). But fortunately, the Hero was in time, we were also promptly examined by a dermatologist and the cat fortunately turned out to be clean, (Axel was mangy as a result of street fights) we were prescribed drops (may the doctor forgive me for my ignorance as a hostess, it was a shame). Veterinary running around, a shop and all these funny things, uniforms with animals and bones I really like)) People love their work and their patients, it shows. Finally, the vet with the red beard is very handsome. (I'll just note its attractiveness) Good luck to everyone and smile more often! ❤

I brought the kitten from the street for inspection, he was sluggish and did not eat well. They wanted to treat the parasites immediately. The doctor listened to everything, weighed the kitten, said that with a weight of less than 0.5 kg it was not necessary to process and told to gain weight. I prescribed prebiotics.
After prebiotics and a change of food, the kitten became active and began to gain weight and grow.
A week later, they were brought for a second examination, treated with drops from parasites.
The staff are polite and attentive, answered a lot of questions, thanks to them.

The staff is friendly, the specialists are professional.
One of the disadvantages is that the payment is not complete.
When accepting the cat, they stated one amount, a day later they sent a report and a second amount, in fact, when they took the animal, a third amount was formed.
Apparently a staff shortage.

In this clinic, Akbota's doctor almost killed the dog.
I fed the dog, which was brought for gastroscopy, so as not to engage in this examination.
She silenced the radiologist, who nevertheless saw signs of a foreign body in the pictures, in order to persuade her to take tests that did not coincide with the symptoms at all.
After 3 X-rays and two ultrasounds, they could not determine the presence of a foreign body. They begged them to do an additional examination - a refusal.
Doctor Bogdan, although a young specialist, is the only one who did not harm the dog.
We have been looking forward to the analysis for brucellosis for 1.5 months. Although it is assigned only because of the cost.
The dog's nickname is Batyr.

I bought a Maine Coon kitten, my dream) the baby was three months old. On the day I picked it up, the Breeder said that I needed to be vaccinated, gave me pills for worms, said give me pills tomorrow and vaccinate in a week. We arrived home, the cat went to the toilet at night, the stench was all over the house, she said that this happens. The smell was alarming and when I stroked the cat on the tummy, I felt the intestines, I even thought that there was some kind of tumor, but after going to the toilet everything goes away. I asked the Breeder what it could be, she said it was normal, and I calmed down.
We have been vaccinated. After the vaccination, the kitten became sluggish and two days later we went to the vet.We went to the clinic, did all possible tests, ultrasound, X-rays, put an IV drip on us and sent us home to observe. I woke up at night, and my kitten is practically without feelings. I've got him in my arms and in the round-the-clock vet.the clinic. I brought him to Dog Premium, the guys immediately accepted us, did an intestinal infection test and put the kitten in the hospital. We fought for the baby's life for three days, his digestive tract completely failed, and eventually his heart stopped. Although my baby did not survive, I want to thank the entire team of doctors in this vet.the clinic, the guys were always in touch, I called constantly day and night, the doctor always talked to me, explained everything, told me in detail what measures were being taken. Thank you guys.
The breeder sold me a kitten with gastrointestinal problems, and vaccination and moving to a new place aggravated his illness. It was then that I found out that it is impossible to vaccinate immediately after moving the animal (The breeder does not contact me because she knew about the kitten's problems!
The Dog Premium team did everything to save the kitten. Thanks again to the whole team!

The clinic is good, there are doctors of different profiles. But they impose unnecessary examinations. I treated the dog, a small abscess formed. Before the operation, it was necessary to undergo an ultrasound of the heart and a test for anesthesia. All this came out in the amount of 45,000 tenge. In another clinic, they did it for 9,000, without ultrasound and examinations.

До недавнего времени была хорошая ветклиника. Я отвозила туда на стерилизацию, кастрацию и лечение многих своих животных и бездомных тоже. Но в последний раз, когда привезла кошку на стерилизацию содрали с меня 6 500 за тест на чумку. По телефону проинформировали, что стоимость будет 15 000 за стерилизацию и за лекарства, а на самом деле врач обманул и сказал, что сейчас якобы они не принимают животных без этого теста. После стерилизации кошки я снова задала вопрос является ли тест обязательным или нет и мне ответили, что это добровольно. Тогда я попросила вернуть эти деньги. Мне пообещали рассмотреть этот вопрос. Пообещали только, никто со мной не связался. После повторного моего обращения я получила невразумительное объяснение на счёт того, что этот тест они стараются делать и т.д. и тому подобное. Я говорила, что ведь он по желанию делается и тогда они не должны были с меня этого требовать, но зам директора никак не хотел идти на компромисс. Видимо, они совсем не дорожат своими клиентами, 6 500 для них важнее. Да и честно сказать, сейчас врачи там не такие большие профессионалы. Цены очень высокие не соответствуют качеству обслуживания. Не советую обращаться в эту клинику. Обманным путем обдерут вас как липку. Заранее обговаривайте цены, не позволяйте вас развести. А лучше избегайте эту ветлечебницу. Если для них деньги на первом месте, то животные тогда на каком?

A dog weighing 14 kg was injected with 14 ml of B12 (500 mcg per 1 kg of weight instead of 500 mcg PER ANIMAL). This is a dose, 14 times (!!!) exceeding the recommended amount. Horses are given no more than 4 ml. At least they didn't even want to try to neutralize it somehow. The head clinic said that once such a dose was rolled into Griboyedov, so that we would go there. I don't care about the animal. I don't care about the reputation of the clinic! And this is without a diagnosis. The diagnosis can't be made for a month and a half. Bogdan Bogdanov was at the reception that evening.

Отличная клиника , круглосуточный прием и вежливый очень приятный персонал. Врачи грамотные , все рассказали , объяснили , сделали назначения. В общем клинику рекомендую 👍 и что не мало важно разводить на лишние анализы там точно не будут 👌🏻а мы прошли много клиник на своем веку и есть с чем сравнивать.

Почитал отзывы, не хотел ехать, но дело было ночью, а круглосуточных нет. Контора не дешёвая, но работают профи. Доступно объяснили , кота отремонтировали. Трепетное отношение к зверушке, диагноз, лечение и прочее нормально на листе распечатали. Хоть операция дорогучая была, но в нее вошли и лекарство и прочим побочные. Что врач, что хирург оставили положительные оценки. Да сама клиника в глуши, но прям уровень прям, как в президентской. Ещё там рентген есть, что очень удобно. Ну короче, если вопрос стоит о качестве, то сюда. По деньгам сделали уступки, в рамках разумного. Хоть кот дикий и поймать ещё раз мы его ещё не успели, но уже не гниющий и уже не будет разносить инфекцию на наших домашних зверушек.

Отличная клиника. Недавно первый раз обратились в эту клинику. Большой плюс - работает круглосуточно. Современная клиника , с современным оборудованием. Мы приехали со своей собачкой около десяти вечера сделать рентген. До этого нашу собачку мы лечили в другой клинике, где нам сказали, что у нее рак и метостазы уже в легких , надо усыплять собачку. В клинике Dog premium, совсем молодой врач , который делал рентген, опроверг диагноз, поставленный в другой клинике. Никакого рак не было. В пищеводе застряла косточка. Врач нам объяснил, показал и посоветовал клинику, где можно сделать операцию.Вот так за несколько минут был поставлен правильный диагноз!!! А в другой клинике протянули время , целых 5 дней не могли поставить диагноз. Теперь будем обращаться в клинику Dog premium. Цены приемлемые и качество на высшем уровне!

Обращалась не один раз в данную ветклинику... Чаще езжу в ту что в Жулдызе, так как она ближе, но особой разницы не заметила, ветеринары очень ответственно относятся к работе, доходчиво объясняют, и обязательно переспросят всё ли понятно по приёму лекарст или же о заботе над животным.
Позавчера сделала стерелизацию кошке, и как они предупредили о состоянии всё так и получилось... В общем я рекомендую данную ветклинику ни разу не пожалела

Здесь работают хорошие люди русской внешности, хорошо знают свое дело.
Принес щенка, сразу все посоветовали и помогли, вышло, конечно, дорого.. но сейчас все дорого, а здесь ещё и качественно.
Так же я иногда захожу на их второй филиал, что мне ближе. Хороший ассортимент, очень радует профисионализм и доброта.
