I made an appointment with a doctor on December 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. on a phone call on December 15, 2024. During the call, the receptionist informed me that I would be contacted to confirm the appointment on December 20, the day before the appointment.
Today is December 21st, lunch, and so far no one has called back or confirmed my entry. This is unacceptable and causes me serious inconvenience, as I was planning to come from another city.
I demand an immediate explanation of the reasons for this attitude and measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
I ask you to understand this situation and take measures to improve the quality.

On the topic. I have been free for almost 5 years now. There is no alcohol in my life and it has become much better, believe me. I drank very heavily, went on terrible binges, and almost died twice. I've been drinking for 10 years, my family and the environment were already preparing for the worst. 8-10 times I "sewed in", gave hot injections, went for money and so on. But... In 2018, I tried not to drink myself (and I succeeded, I didn't drink from August to December), but I realized that I definitely couldn't cope, there was a terrible craving for a drink. In December 2018, I found out about the Skvira center (or rather, I found out much earlier, but I didn't think it was so close), and a real MIRACLE happened. WELL... That's what I call it. This is important, since any consultation is limited in time. My problem is panic attacks. Sometimes it covers. Mikhail gave detailed instructions on how to live a PA. I brought my mother for a photo shoot , I thought they would whisper , poke , inject an injection and go home , but it turned out not to be like that .. in the beginning, there was psychotherapy, not with my mother one-on-one, but in my presence, by the way, this is a plus, the doctor said everything is accessible and straight, not just drink a drink, but just total brainwashing and cleansing in an accessible language, then only when the person is ready to be framed.
