If you want to have a delicious meal in a very authentic setting for half the usual price for the center of Samarkand, then come to this family cafe. If we lived next door, I would have breakfast, lunch and dinner here, everything is so delicious. And cheap. Thank you! 😎

It's a great place that's hard to find, but some guidebooks have it. Your efforts will be rewarded with interest. A colorful place, lots of locals, a cozy and delicious atmosphere. Everything that was taken is delicious! The most delicate shish kebab, the softest bamaza nokhot (chickpeas with meat), homemade apricot compote, hot flatbread with green tea and all this, if you're lucky, to the music of Dutar. We were lucky!) And of course at a normal price)

I don't even know how to describe it correctly. This is not at all a tourist place where you can taste real Uzbek cuisine. There is essentially no menu, there are several (literally 3-5) dishes to choose from - they are all great. The portions are large, you can eat absolutely anything. I really liked "kefir" (katyk).

A local cafe, if you are tired just right. Tenechek and tapchany. There is no menu, there are 4 dishes to choose from. The shorpa is delicious.
