We ordered a cake on 30.12, for the boy's birthday. We agreed, recorded with the seller that a New Year's theme or something "boyish" themed was possible. We called the company from the point of order, clarified the possibility of manufacturing!!!! The cake was "custom-made" 2kg, they left a phone number "if you have any questions"!
We didn't save money, we didn't look for cheaper places, we were ready to pay extra to get a cake for the child for the holiday.
And what is the result? The usual rose decoration of the red carnation cake and the inscription "happy birthday". The cost is 70 rubles, which is not a small price for a cake. Was it really impossible to at least draw a Christmas tree from the same cream? This is an individual order! I'll make a reservation right away that there are no complaints about taste.
But! How much does everyone care!!! There is no individual approach, there is no desire to at least take a small step towards customers. With this attitude, the desire to place orders at this enterprise in the future is discouraged.
Unfortunately, with good product quality. You are stuck in the "last century", your company does not seek to attract customers. You're not trying to be competitive.
The impression is ruined. With "cosmic prices", the attitude towards people is "no"!

Yesterday I bought bread from the Builder, Yakovlevsky district, Belgorod region, hearth bread "Borodinsky favorite", the Belarusian company Domochai. The taste is so amazing that with black coffee without sugar, for breakfast, I didn't even want to add milk or cream to the coffee, or eat jam or butter along with bread. Bread has a bright and self-sufficient taste, which you do not want to muffle with other shades and smells. This is a real separate dish that can really be eaten separately from other food. The soft and delicate structure of the product, even despite the distance it traveled on the way to my table, is beyond praise. I bow low to you for such bread.
