When handing over the car, they credited me with excess fuel. An honest refund of the deposit minus the cost of washing, overrun and toll roads. Everything is within the framework of the agreement. These are the advantages.
Among the disadvantages, I would single out an agreement in English, in which you do not immediately see the condition for returning the deposit 30 days after returning the car. And employees refer to this point when you ask about the return period, although in conversation they promise a refund in 21 days. In fact, the deposit was refunded after 24 days due to the weekend. What I was worried about, but as it turned out, it was in vain.

station - the guys needed to pick up the car early, offered a discount and a free car wash, they took it from the hotel themselves, everything was on time by the clock. I didn't have to take a taxi once again in the heat of 42C.
-car tuning did not leave others indifferent, many people came up with cars to take pictures in the Dubai Mall))

Good technical condition, competitive price, many payment methods (you can pay directly with crypt, which is very convenient), it is possible to take a car without collateral (very convenient when there is no card, or there is no way to freeze extra money). Excellent and fast communication, all issues that arose were resolved promptly. Separately, I will note the manager Sergey, delivered the car to the airport and held an excellent briefing, told about local traffic regulations, fines and other nuances of local behavior on the road, so as not to get fined once again. I came to Dubai for the first time in May 2024, and had never been to the UAE before. It immediately became clear that this is a city for motorists and you will not be able to enjoy your vacation without a car. I decided to rent a car, but I didn't have an international visa, and without them you won't rent a car, at least without risks :)
I accidentally found a DonCar company on the map (it was close to the hotel where you lived). This is the second time I've applied. The first rental is from 05/03/24 to 05/06/24 Hyundai Sonata car, the second rental is from 01/06/25 to 01/11/25 Dodge Challenger car.
What you liked:
1. When I first applied, I was given an IDP for a period of 3 years in pdf format remotely for 250 dirhams within an hour.
2. The possibility of renting without collateral (it was important for me).
3. The possibility of paying in cash in any currency, bitcoins, transfer to a Russian card in rubles. At the same time, they recommend the most profitable option from the point of view of the course. For the second time, they honestly warned that the exchange rate of dirhams to the ruble is not profitable now and it is better to pay in foreign currency.
4. The Russian-speaking team. Correspondence with the administrator and personal communication during the reception and transfer of cars greatly simplifies understanding. They explained to me all the nuances of driving rules in the UAE, which helped me to avoid fines.
5. I did not find any pitfalls. After the first rental, no fines were charged, I paid only for the toll road and the car wash (about 3 thousand rubles). The cars were all in good working order, the delivery of the second car was delayed for one hour, and on the way to my place, they found a beat in the steering wheel and called the service to fix it (they edited the disk), while I was warned and kept informed, even a photo report was made. Nice.
6. The second time I contacted them, they gave me a very nice bonus, which allowed me to rent a cooler car :) in general, there are a lot of goodies for regular customers: discounts, no prepayment, etc.
7. Managers (I've had Sergey both times) are always in touch and ready to help with anything, such as paying for parking.
And I can't single out any disadvantages, both times everything was perfect.
The team is clearly working to return customers, and they are succeeding.

At the end of October 2024, I rented a Ford mustang 2.3 in Dubai for two days. The car was brought and picked up by the manager Sergey, told about the nuances of driving rules in the UAE, answered all questions. The car was clean and in good condition. In this service, I liked the opportunity to take a car without a deposit the most, since I do not have a foreign card to book a deposit on it. After 21 days after the rental, you will be billed if there were any fines, paid parking, toll roads, etc. during the rental period. You can also pay with a Russian card. I only had rides on toll roads for 14 dirhams, I paid by transfer to Tinkoff. Very convenient.

The deliveryman Sergey explained everything in detail when handing over the car, as for toll roads, how to refuel at gas stations and how to pay for paid parking, advised using the Waze navigator - which is very convenient on foreign trains, as it warns about the speed limit and cameras on the roads. The staff is always in touch and answers any questions within five minutes via messengers. Plus, there is an opportunity to pay (suddenly it happens) fines from Russia, which is also a good plus. The cars are new, clean, a huge selection. There are no pitfalls, everything is explained in detail, exhaustively consulted at any stage of car selection.
Quick registration, deposit and payment are possible by ruble (!) transfer, the deposit was returned without any problems, everything was fine. In addition, on the last days of rest, as a bonus, we were offered a car two classes higher without any overpayments.
They explained what kind of free navigator to use (there is no way without it in Dubai), told how to avoid toll roads, etc.

I took Suzuki Yertiga because there is climate control and 7 seats.

I rented a Suzuki Ertiga on 01.2025 via localrent.com . The staff speaks Russian, the booking manager and the delivery manager are very friendly and courteous. The car is in excellent condition, clean. Mileage at the time of rental is 50t.km.
There is a delivery to the hotel and the possibility to check in a car at the airport (I checked in Sharjah). Also for an additional fee.the fee can be paid to a car without washing (~60AED).
Upon receipt, manager Sergey told about the nuances of the traffic regulations and the contract (the time of return of the deposit and liability in case of damage to the car).
I handed over the car without new damage, but they said that minor damage can be overlooked, and scratches are repaired with local tints, if possible (which is much cheaper than painting the part).

I found it by chance in Yandex maps, the manager responded to the request very quickly. Russian Russian communication is possible to pay by transfer to a Russian card. 2. convenient and really flexible options with collateral for those who do not have working bank cards abroad.
3. offered assistance with remote payment of parking in cases where payment is impossible without a bank card;

Of the minuses - you need to wash the car before returning. Taking into account the advantages above, this is not a minus. In the shopping center in the parking lot, the car will be washed for you while you go shopping. The main thing is that you don't forget about it)).
Summary: they work honestly, they do not enter other people's damages when returning a car, the deposit was returned. A well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5.
