I came with the hope of servicing the bike. From the first minute they started to breed me. They said that everything was bad, it was necessary to change the chain, fork and half a bike. They categorically refused to change the consumables - only the entire nodes. They said that there are no bushings in Belarus, they are not going to order them, and it is I, not they, who should go to China to get them. They did not explain why it was necessary to go to China for bushings for a purely German bike. Then a bullish-looking peasant said that they were not interested in it and they did not want to earn money. I left them for another service. Two thirds of what they tried to breed me for turned out to be unnecessary here. The consumables have been replaced. You don't need to change the fork - you just need to tighten the spokes of the wheel. Conclusion - do not go to this store! Illiterate crooks work here!!!

I bought a camera (DURO 700c), which burst at the moment when I pumped up to 3 atmospheres. I returned to the store within an hour with a receipt, a box and a low-quality product, in order to replace it. Without looking at the obvious manufacturing defect of the camera (burst at the seam), the seller refused to replace it, explaining that I have "crooked hands" and "modest" experience in this difficult task. and even he, a specialist with 15 years of experience, does not always manage to carry out this manipulation efficiently. at the same time, listening to the seller about his incompetence, he received comments from other employees (they did not take the camera in their hands), allegedly there was little experience. Well, anyway, the client's price is 12 rubles. a rhetorical question (this is when an answer is not required): how many years of self-improvement do you need to install a bicycle camera efficiently?
