Probably the best hotel we've been to in Turkey))) Very beautiful, very comfortable, very tasty)))

On the territory of the same hotel there is a "five" Dream hill: a large building is 5*, houses of 2-4 floors are 4*.
We liked the houses much more)))
The main restaurants at the hotels are different, the beach and most of the infrastructure are shared.
We checked in 15 minutes after arrival, before that we were offered drinks.
We ourselves offered a room of the best category, which did not have to wait (2 rooms, 2 balconies, close to the restaurant, we really liked it). Moreover, the guys said that we do not need to pay any specific amount for it, we can leave any tips, even symbolic / very small ones.
In honor of the birthday, they presented a bottle of fruit wine, macaroni cakes and decorated the room with flowers, although we did not talk about the birthday, we looked at it ourselves on the passport at the hotel.
In general, the service is very good, everything is thought out, everyone is very attentive, they try to help, smile, say hello, drinks are brought in restaurants and lobby bars (although you can go for them yourself).

The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well-organized. Everything is close and convenient.
Lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers, the whole area is a well-maintained garden, you can take beautiful photos and just admire.
The 4* hotel houses are very well located, cozy and have a beautiful view of the green garden and flowers from the balconies.
Plus, there are a lot of trees and houses so that there is shade almost at any time.

Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere: in the restaurant, in the lobby, in the rooms, on site, by the pool, on the beach.
It works great in restaurants. Videos and whatever you want, no problem.
It doesn't work very well in the rooms, then it's fine, then it's not at all.
On the beach, when a lot of people work only near the restaurant (we usually occupied the sun loungers there, at the same time walking close for drinks))).
In the evening, when there are few people on the beach, there is generally enough for the entire area where there are sun loungers, the Internet is excellent.

Beautiful beach)))) Everywhere there is sand, good sunshades, a beach bar from 10-00 to 17-45, a restaurant on the beach from 12-30 to 15-00, + tortillas, doners, cookies. Water and ayran in the refrigerator - take it yourself, it's very convenient)))
We didn't come to the beach before 10-00, but we always found sun beds for the family.
There is a comfortable bus to the beach, you can drive in the shade and with a breeze in 3 minutes.
The bus goes to the beach more often than the schedule and does not stand and does not wait, if you get on it, then you go right away - it is very convenient. According to the schedule, the bus is once every 15 minutes, but we waited for it only 2 times longer than 5 minutes.
It's actually very close to the beach, but we took the bus so as not to listen to the child gundit every 20 meters that it's hard for her to walk)))
From the beach, go uphill, if you walk along the sidewalk, past the shops (as the bus goes).

A delicious varied menu, a lot of sweets, ice cream every day, delicious and different meats, vegetables, lots of fruits, grilled, delicate pastries. We don't really like fish, so we didn't take it, although we also had it.
There is a lot of food in the restaurant at any time, everyone brings what ends. At least come at the very end of dinner / lunch / breakfast - everything will be fine.
The waiters are super polite and arrange everything quickly, including clean tables))
There are enough tables and dishes, everything is very comfortable, beautiful and convenient.
There is a fuss and few tables only the first hour of dinner (there is no fuss at breakfast and lunch), but we went either right to the very beginning of dinner or an hour after the start, when there are fewer people.
Everything is fine in the hotel's kitchen, there is always something to choose from, we have not tried everything, we just couldn't, everything is very tasty)))

In the restaurant on the beach and in the snack restaurant near the pool, you can have a full lunch from 12-30 to 15-00 (or so) and not go to the main restaurant. The menu is simpler, but there is plenty of food to choose from.
There is beer, wine, soda at the beach bar.
The pool bar and lobby bar are also preparing cocktails.
There are refrigerators with water and ayran everywhere.
Gozleme by the pool and gozleme on the beach, ice cream by the pool, a pastry shop in the hotel and doners on the beach are open at certain hours.
The lobby bar is open all day (plus it is open for a fee after 24-00).
There is enough for everyone, we have tried everything, the working time is convenient everywhere and it is enough.
We didn't stand anywhere in queues of more than 3-4 people, although those who want to stand sometimes create a queue)))
By the way, the mini-bar in the room is also included in the all inclusive. Water without gas, mineral water, iced tea, soda, everything is replenished when you drink.
In general, everything is very good with food and drinks at the hotel and everything is included in the all inclusive))).

Of the features, maybe for someone these are disadvantages:
1 - Mostly Europeans are staying at the hotel - Germans, Danes, Poles, Dutch, ...
When we were on vacation, there were almost no Russians there.
As a result, the staff does not speak Russian (or we have not met such people). Almost everyone speaks German and most speak English.
We spoke in English, we didn't care.
2 - There is practically no animation in the hotel.
Apart from the evening show (all days except Sunday) and a mini disco for children before the show, we saw only aqua aerobics and some kind of game on the beach.
The hotel is designed to relax without noise and fuss, the public is also mostly older or families with children.
There is even a "relax pool" in the top five, where only 18+ swim (no children and no noise))))
We don't like animation and fuss, it was just wonderful for us)))
3 - Due to the very shallow entrance, there may be quite strong waves on the beach.
It is normal for adults to go into the sea on sand (it is not pebbles, it is comfortable to walk), but small children themselves cannot go in when there is a strong wave.
Our child rode the waves beautifully in armbands (she was even upset that some days the waves were weak), but we helped her quickly run / swim to where the wave no longer knocks her down).
My husband and I were satisfied with the waves, the child is also a great entertainment)))

By the way, while we were walking, we walked to the "promenade" towards Side. There are a lot of hotels on the first line that are much more expensive, but there are big stones in the water. It doesn't suit us, especially with a child.
Although there are places for swimming where there are no stones, but at the same time there is very little room for swimming, and further into the sea and on the sides there are stones.
In general, we looked at the hotels around and were glad that we chose this one))))

Good evening, we arrived from vacation today. I was with my daughter for 21 years and my son for 12 years. We have been to this hotel 2 times. There are fewer Russian tourists and fewer Russian-speaking staff. But this does not interfere with communication with the waiters and at the reception. They try to understand and communicate in English. The hotel is attracted by the number of pools and the beach, where there are sun beds under canopies and you can always find a place and an entrance to the sea. The food was good, as in 4. The waiters were selected for 5+: uniform, smiling, courteous, especially I say hello to Erai at the reception, who speaks Russian and to the waiter Diyar. Keep it up guys, well done!!! Thank you all for a good rest!!!

The hotel is good, we were in four-star cabins, the food was OK, the child had something to eat, good animation. Now from the cons: poor cleaning, bed linen was not changed in 10 days, the towel is unclear, it may have been changed every other time, the mini bar was replenished every 2-3 days, but tea and coffee were not put down, they took it in the dining room themselves. Also from the cons, but it may be a plus for someone, most of the Germans are vacationers, so the program is completely in German, animation for children is also in German, the staff knows Russian poorly.

Everything is very cool. We are resting now in the year 2024 in the month of June. It's three minutes to the beach, slowly, the beach is just super, music all day long, alcohol flows like a river into your mouth, which is just not there. The room is large, with two sofas and a bed. Cleaning every day, always clean linen. The kitchen is good, lunch and dinner are without complaints. Breakfast, of course, was tired by the end of the first week, eyes do not look at eggs. I don't eat porridge, I don't eat yoghurts. We recommend this hotel to everyone, 10 points out of 10. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

We went in September 2023 for a week, my husband and daughter and I for two years. In general, we really liked the hotel, everything was fine and excellent except for the noisy room, read more further.
Food. The hotel is combined with the five-star Dream Hill hotel, thanks to which the service, infrastructure, staff and cuisine from the top five, which is very felt, everything is fine. The food was very varied and good, everything was delicious. There is a great variety, there is always a lot of fruit, there are a lot of desserts. There was often a lot of fish, there was always good meat. drinks are also no problem. There was even something on the grill, there are also different pictures in the hotel, even on the beach there were fruits, shawarma. The only time for lunch was not very convenient for us because of the children's sleep, all meals in the hotel take an hour and a half. There is alcohol, we did not drink, but I saw that people drink beer, wine and so on. Soda juices are also all there, juices by the way were some bad, well, ordinary divorce.
It's great that there is a free minibar in the room, there is water daily, juices, soda.
Sea beach. Everything is fine, a nice sandy beach. Strong enough waves. The sea itself is wonderful, not too salty, no wildlife, no algae, a little muddy water because of the waves, but good. The entry into the sea is long enough. There are a lot of people, but no one really bothers, except to take a photo, it's impossible without a bunch of people. The deck chairs are good, free, always found free. The chaise longue is quite tight, but it didn't bother me. Separately, I was very pleased that there are canopies over all the sun loungers, so that you do not need to move behind the shade of the umbrella, and in general, it was very comfortable for us for a child to sit in the pull. If you want to sunbathe, go to the sea or to an open place, sun loungers without shade could also be found.
The hotel is located on the 2nd line, but it's really 5 minutes to walk to the beach! At the same time, the bus from the hotel goes back and forth for free, so getting to the beach was not a problem at all, I've been to hotels on the first line, where they settle far away and it's much more difficult to get to the sea there. The bus does not travel all the time, it has a lunch break, and in the evening it is up to six. It turns out that going back to the hotel is uphill, which at noon can be quite difficult, but absolutely nothing unreal, it's really very close there.
Pools. As far as I understand, there are three of them, we always bathed in one. Everything is fine, there are always places too. I would be sorry for a pool with a smooth entrance, all pools have the same depth around the perimeter.
Water park. Separately, I want to mention the slides, which are very cool! My husband and I enjoyed riding, there are quite calm ones, and there are quite scary ones right there.
Children. There are a lot of things for children, a shallow pool with a slide and a dome, there is a playground, there is a mini club (they didn't go to it, my daughter is still small). In the children's pool, the only thing for some reason was very cold water, there was water splashing around, which my daughter didn't like, so we didn't play there in the end, but the older children were happy to run and play. Also, the children were happy to ride in the water park who is older or with their parents.
Towels. They are issued free of charge, but not very convenient systems, you can get towels only until 11 am, and you need to hand it over before 19 pm. That is, you cannot come in the morning with yesterday's towel, hand it over and take a clean one, as it usually happens. But this is a small problem, I think, here is such a nuance.
Number. We got a Family room instead of the standard, which is very cool, there were two rooms, two balconies. Everything is good, decent clean. There were some problems, the phone and shower did not work, they were changed to us within an hour after the request. Cleaned every day. For some reason, there were no blankets at all in the room, there were only thin bedspreads, we asked for blankets, they were given.
They gave us a cot, but for some reason only after the third request, when I was already very insistently telling us to go to bed now, and there is still no bed.
There is free water in the room, there is also a teapot and a cup of tea.
The air conditioning in the room is kind of stupid, to be honest, it was very annoying, for some reason it turns on when it comes to mind, at the end of the rest we found that it was somehow connected with the opening and closing of the balcony, we tried to clarify at the reception, but we could not help anything. That is, I turn it off, because it's comfortable in the room anyway, but for some reason it turns on and gets cold.
WiFi. A separate big plus is that free Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the hotel! I think it's very cool. The beach does not work, the beach is far away. But it works in the room, you don't have to go to the lobby, pay for something, sit next to the reception desk.
Noisy room. It is very important for me that the hotel is quiet, so that you can sleep peacefully at night and during the day with your daughter, at the reception I asked for a quiet room. As a result, we were settled near the water park! That is, during the lunch break, slides and a bucket were included, which overturns every minute on the children's pool, so that it would be very noisy. I asked to change the room, but they showed me a diagram and said, look here, the road here will also be noisy, there is another pool here, it will also be noisy here, we have “people on holiday” here, it does not happen quietly.. As a result, I often slept not only in earplugs, but also covered the second second ear with another pillow, I'm just very sensitive to this. For me, this minus was the main thing in this hotel, and so I would definitely go back there.
Infrastructure. The hotel is nice, the reception is from a five-star hotel, that is, the dream Family Club does not have its own separate lobby and so on, but it's all conveniently organized. The territory is not very large, pleasant, well-groomed enough.
The hotel is funny because it goes down the hill, and it turns out that at the reception you enter as if on the ground floor, and you go down to the restaurant on the 2nd floor and there you go outside, that is, much lower in level. Or, for example, in one house there may not be a balcony on one side because there is a Slide, that is, the balcony would be underground. Going downhill is not a problem, it is not felt.
Animation. The hotel has animators, I saw games on the beach, aqua aerobics, in the evening we heard that there was some kind of program, but we did not go, since we have a small child.
Staff. The staff at the hotel is excellent, everyone is very friendly, always ready to help. Everyone speaks Russian badly, keep in mind.
Tour operator. We went from tez tour, everything is fine, except that on the way to the hotel and to the airport for some reason they bring you to a stop for 15 minutes, although it is absolutely not needed, that is, it's just an excuse to drag you to the store. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport, plus more time to take people to hotels. And I really didn't like that our guide when we were driving didn't know where the hotel was, couldn't find it, it was very stupid. In the hotel itself, the guide is good, I liked that, they did not offer excursions at all. The prices are huge now, for example, to go to the aquarium in Antalya for half a day, the three of us goes for $ 200, that is, almost 20,000 rubles, it's very expensive, I think.
Weather in September. We went from September 14th to September 22nd, it's just perfect for a vacation with a child! It was completely warm, including in the morning and evening, there was no coolness yet, but at the same time there was no ash-burning heat during the day, we were never burned.
Near the hotel. There are different shops around, other hotels, there are probably places to go, but we haven't gone very far, because again, a small child has its own limitations.

We are resting in this hotel now.
We stopped by on 06/10/2022 at 22:00, hoping to eat after the flight, to which they spread their hands, saying that there was nothing left, dinner ends at 21:00, we ended up hungry until the morning.
There is practically no Russian-speaking staff, you have to communicate through a translator or using gestures.
They gave us a room right next to the pool and bar, the audibility is wonderful, music and screams of children in the afternoon, drinking in the evening)
Room cleaning is superficial and very often it is cleaned at 13:00-13:30, when we go to bed, which is why we refuse to clean ourselves.
I can't say that the food is diverse, in fact all of the same type, breakfast is exactly the same, rice porridge, 2 types of omelets, boiled eggs, fried, buns, yoghurts. Lunch - 1 type of soup, nuggets, French fries, chicken, several types of meat, side dishes, vegetables, fruits.
You can also have lunch on the beach. They also bake tortillas and prepare a dessert on the beach.
The only thing that upset the hotel was poisoning, at the moment I am lying in the hospital, I did not swallow water from the pool and the sea, I only eat at the hotel, what could get in and from what products is unknown, I sin against sweet rice pudding, because two hours after lunch (just when I ate the pudding) trouble began.
The hotel is clean 4*, there are such hotels that you want to return to, we will definitely not return to this hotel, we will look for a higher level

We had a vacation in August 2021 with a child (12 years old). There are several pools on the territory, three for adults, one with high slides, two small ones (one of them with slides) for kids. There is enough space for EVERYONE, including sun beds. Excellent WF throughout the hotel, including on the beach. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea, there is also a bus that takes and brings people from the beach. The beach is sand . Children's animation every day (animators speak all languages (German, Russian, etc.) children understand them anyway)). The Russian-speaking managers of the hotel walk around the territory, who immediately pick you up that you are new and immediately (which is very convenient) tells you what, where and for what))) . Not intrusive!!! (probably because the hotel is good). We went with the child to the hammam at the hotel and to massage sessions .In terms of food, I did not bother at all what to feed the child. And of course shopping is ten out of ten!!!

About the hotel, the territory is unclear, two large pools, one for children and with big races, everything seems to be fine, but we are in a room where the basik is under the windows - this is normal, but.. In the evening, there is a laundry room under our rooms, we are on the second floor and in the evening and at night we are like in a centrifuge, with noise and vibration we lie on the bed and vibrate, I imagine who was settled on the first floor. Minus-now there is a toilet near the pool, but this is also from the cattle who are resting, the Poles are now steering, depending, there are urns where they need to throw, apparently not everyone knows. Everything is fine at sea, except that there are not enough slopes, because the hotel is very busy and overcrowded, we decided to get into a pandemic, everyone is sitting on top of each other here. The reception is awesome, they really don't care, the bosses said we squeeze it to the fullest, so it's necessary. We're leaving tomorrow, we asked to extend the room, they said they couldn't because a large flow of people was coming. I took a trip to this hotel according to reviews, I will not be fooled anymore. The food is worthless, as everywhere at 4 o'clock, although our room was well cleaned, and my friends' room 1820 is not fantan, and also the family room where the grandchildren and their daughter lived is not eager to clean, and their hearing is terrible. In general, I will not come here anymore, for such money it is better to go to Cyprus.

We are resting now, the seventh day, with a child of 2 years old. We cleaned 2-3 times, the bed was never changed. 2 small trash cans per room, considering that today is the second day without cleaning, I put the garbage in the hallway. There is one large 5* hotel and small two-storey 4* houses on the territory. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator, and it is problematic to climb with a wheelchair. The room is passable, the old laminate floor catches the eye. The room is stuffy, there may be a problem with ventilation, the air conditioner blows only frost at any temperature. The area for two hotels is very small, only the pools. The playground is also small, old, and half-broken. I have not seen large water slides working, only children's ones. It's hard for a child to sleep during the day, because the music is screaming. There are many locals, Russians, a few Poles and Germans in the hotel, almost all with children. The food is very poor, there is little meat, often dry or spicy. It takes 5-6 minutes on foot to the sea, there is a bus. The beach is normal, sometimes there are cigarette butts, at 11 o'clock tortillas with stuffing are fried on the beach - the queue is large, from 12 lunch with snacks, I took a chicken once, one skin on the bones. In general, the impression of the hotel is not the best.

We had a rest in late August and early September. I really liked it!
We arrived just in time for check-in and almost immediately (as soon as we could get through the huge crowd of Germans at the reception) we got a room. To our great regret, we no longer got to lunch, it lasts only 2 hours and everything has already been cleaned in the restaurant. I managed to have a little snack at the pool bar.
Quiet cozy houses. Instead of the standard, they gave a two-room femeli room at no additional cost.
Cleaning is done every day and of very decent quality. Frequent change of linen and towels (every day or every other day), swans were twisted for us several times and fans were constantly folded on the beds.
The family room has 2 balconies with tables and chairs, but only one has a dryer (3 small twigs), which is very small for a large family. The three of us didn't have enough and had to hang things on chairs and railings from which everything flew away a couple of times. On the next trip, we will take a rope and clothespins so that we can build a dryer ourselves.
The sea is very close and there is a descent downhill to it. The way back (to the hill) with my child took 11 minutes from the sunbed on the beach to the room on the 3rd floor! If you are too lazy to walk, you can use the hotel bus, which runs every 10-15 minutes.
There is excellent Wi-Fi on almost the entire beach.
Unfortunately, smoking is allowed throughout the hotel (except for the restaurant) and on the beach. This causes very great inconvenience to non-smokers, because the Germans, of whom 80 percent are in the hotel, at least, love this business very much (((
In the evenings, there is a mini disco, in Turkish, German and a little English, in Russian there are literally a few words. (The rest of the hotel staff speaks Russian. Then there's an adult entertainment program.
The food is quite decent. A good assortment of dishes, everything is always fresh. A separate bow to the confectioners - such masterpieces, of course, are created! It is simply impossible not to eat!
In general, we had a great rest! You can safely recommend to your friends and return to relax at this hotel!

I liked everything except the animation, the hotel is designed for Germans, the animation is in German and only in German. The sea is just right for children, sand. People write about pools, why do I need them? I'm going to the sea. Otherwise, everything is written correctly. I forgot to add, watermelons and melons are cut with a crust, melons suck 10 percent of a piece are edible, you won't starve to death for sure))) In general, don't set foot here anymore.
