The first thing that angered me was that they paid for it, they said that only lunch was included, and you couldn't change it for dinner. I have been to Dubai many times, this hotel is the most unsuccessful of all that I have been, even 3 arrivals are much better. One of the advantages is a good private beach and swimming pools. The territory is normal, but it already seems outdated.
In general, the hotel does not pull in 5 stars, I know what 5 stars are in Dubai and this is not about this hotel.
Firstly, the breakfasts are weak, and they are also located in some kind of outdated room. At first, we were put in a dead room, the water pressure did not work, it was dusty, no one ever cleaned the balcony at all and the air conditioner did not work well. They moved to a more normal room.
Also, for the first time in more than 20 countries, I was faced with the fact that you can not eat and drink your own food and drinks on the territory. It was only from them that it was unpleasant when you were told every time that you should not drink your coke, etc. Although I don't want to buy from them, it was somehow unpleasant. Also, at the entrance, we gave 1000 dirhams for early entry into the room and paid the fee, but the change of about 700 dirhams was not returned to us until I asked why. That is, without even notifying them, they took all the money under the pretext that it was a deposit that could be spent on the territory. Not without a claim, but the money was returned, because I didn't need any deposit.
In principle, the attitude towards the guest as for a five-star hotel is not very good and the atmosphere is bad
So choose other options, this place is not worth the money.

Great hotel! I was surprised by the staff service, before you know it, they've already brought it. Our stroller broke down, the time was about one o'clock in the morning, we asked at the reception for a bolt, and they sent us a master to the room who repaired the stroller himself within 5 minutes. The girls in the restaurant were always greeted with a smile, played with the kids, brought sweets. I would like to mention the girls Sandia and Mora, they are the best, and no babysitters are needed. When we came for breakfast and lunch, they could feed our children themselves, then pick them up and entertain them. We ate quietly, of course it's super, I've never seen this in any hotel. The girls at the reception are also smart Aika and Kamila solve all issues quickly, they speak Russian perfectly. The territory is clean, there is a lot of greenery. Let's come here again! ❤️

I really liked the hotel, quiet, few people. I was extremely pleased with the beach, a beautiful bay where there is no one except the hotel guests. Great food, excellent service, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Nearby is a chic super market with a variety of fruits and lots of everything.

Excellent family hotel, 5 stars, very beautiful and green hotel grounds, polite and attentive staff, most importantly, Russian-speaking staff is always present in the main lobby, you can ask any question - they always find a solution. A variety of food, the rooms are always clean and constantly cleaned!!!
There are heated pools, the child was happy and happy to swim in warm water))) Definitely recommend it 😍👍

Everything is fine) Spent a great vacation with my wife at this hotel)
The location is excellent, Dubai Mall is 15 minutes by taxi, the same distance to Dubai airport, shops, cafes, markets are all within reach + free transfer to Abu Dhabi (when buying a ticket to one of the amusement parks), pick-up/drop-off point near Dubai International Airport.
The beach is cool, a small coastline (bay), 3 pools with cooling water.
The staff is friendly, solved all the questions that arise.
The room in the villa is lovely, but I advise you to book rooms with a balcony if possible)

The rooms are very old, the sofa holds together, not all drawers close, there are no shelves for clothes, something falls out, the switches are sticky, in general, there has not been a repair for 20 years. The staff does not respond to requests, they nod their heads, but the result is zero. The tennis court is free for vacationers, but take your rackets, the ones that are rented are the same as the hotel's rooms, which are dead.

The hotel meets all our expectations with my wife. First line, cleanliness everywhere, excellent staff, in every way. Good breakfasts. Three pools with cooled water, a lot of sun loungers, umbrellas, shady places on the territory, you can choose for every taste. We were at the hotel from 17.06.23 to 25.06. To the center is close by taxi, not expensive, to Dubai Mall 500- 650 rubles. in terms. Near supermarkets 5 minutes walk a few, cheaper, more expensive. Who needs a liquor store, McDonald's. By the way, alcohol prices are not more expensive, and even cheaper than in Moscow, elite, wine, but beer is more expensive. I liked the hotel, we recommend it.

We vacationed at this hotel in 2006, and this summer we vacationed at the neighboring new Hyatt Centrik hotel and it turned out that they share a beach with the Dubai Marina hotel. Previously, the beach was gorgeous , the waves were more than 2 m., but now everything has been ruined because of the construction!

Cool place, next to the largest free beach. On the first trip, for some reason, we swam on the beach of the hotel, then we found this cool place. The hotel has very nice villas with several rooms, Russian-speaking staff. There are many great restaurants, but outside the hotel, directly opposite, there are also a lot of various restaurants and fast food for every taste. I really liked Fridays, the Argentine cafe on Jumeirah beach and the seafood restaurant opposite. The hotel itself has a nightclub that is open a couple of times a week. The main attractions are 15 minutes away by taxi.

We visited this hotel in early March.I liked the area very much, the room is on the ground floor in building 16 without a balcony, so things were drying very badly and it was noisy from the main building.During the rain, the water flowed all the way to our door, keep this in mind.The breakfasts are good-there is always something to choose from!The service is very decent!The beach is nice, private and it means a lot, but the water is getting cold in early March... We liked the location of the hotel:there is no fuss like in the Marina, but it is quiet, but at the same time there are cool discos.There are good restaurants, an exchange office and an alcohol store nearby on the street.I recommend the hotel for people over 30)))since young people probably won't miss the movement here!

Great location, not far from everywhere. Its own beach, small but quite clean, several heated pools, food - without any serious complaints.
We stayed for two days, there was an early check-in around ten - we were kindly accommodated for free at this time instead of 15 hours. At the check-out, however, they did not extend it for free, but we actually did not expect much. The rooms are tired, but there was nothing radically terrible.
In the evenings, on-site receptions were constantly arranged in the restaurant - it was fun.
In general, it is quite a normal place to stop, work and relax.

A wonderful hotel, cozy, the territory is licked, lots of greenery, water murmurs, fountains. The rooms are comfortable, There is enough furniture, not a minimum., Russian-speaking manager daily. The beach is very clean, there are more than enough sunbeds, towels are provided. No fuss. The breakfasts are good, the time is enough, from 7-00 to 11-00, there is no jostling. On the 2nd floor of the restaurant there is another one - fish, very decent, good cuisine. The nearby area is not crowded, there is not much place to walk, but a taxi is close to the center of 15-20 minutes away. The staff is friendly, all issues are resolved immediately. The overall impression is good, a good comfortable hotel.

The hotel consists of many 2-storey villa buildings.The territory is very green, it is really not typical for the Emirates, this is also an advantage.
Rooms.
They put me in a standard single room - it's terrible. The window is in the wall, it's just torture - HOW such a room can be in a 5-star I can't understand. After the complaints, they were moved to a superior room with a balcony - it was fine there. But the hotel is really not new, something is happening somewhere (bath/sink/toilet/I forgot to clean up...)
Infrastructure.
There is nothing nearby - in front of some small-town restaurants, a supermarket, a little further from the shopping center "local tailoring", a pharmacy. Nothing worthwhile. It's not far to go to the Dubai Mall, but the prices are 35-42aed in one direction, a total of around 3k for a taxi - well, that's it. Last time we stayed at the Marina, it was much nicer and more diverse
Meal
It's very monotonous. No fish, no choice of meat dishes. You can always find something to eat, but not too far away
Staff
Very polite, there is almost always someone who speaks Russian. Indeed, they are trying to help as much as they can

Expectations were high, but in fact it is beautiful only in the picture, there is a lot of free space that there was nothing to fill, not a cheap bar, prices are very biting.
We settled in the basement, the windows looked only to the top, but the rooms are not bad, very large pillows and excellent beds on which you can really sleep.
The sea legushatnik (hot puddle) swam mainly in the pool.

The hotel is absolutely identical to the level of 4* hotels in Egypt. The best thing about the hotel is the beach, with good white sand, a gentle entrance. The water does not smell of the sea, as the hotel is urban, but the plus of the hotel is the location. There is an opportunity to walk in the evening along the pleasant, but almost empty La Mer embankment, where it is lively only during the day, on the beach.
Apart from the Spinneys grocery supermarket and several restaurants, there is nothing else nearby.
To Dubai Mall by taxi 10-15 minutes, the cost is about 30 derham.
Breakfasts at the hotel are characterized by regular monotony, and a small menu., moreover, spoiled products were served twice in 9 days:
smoothies made of sour coconut milk with chia, and sour boiled beetroot.
Dinner was paid for in advance - I think this is a mistake, since we served a "complex" dinner for 10 evenings. I didn't even know that it could be…
Set: hummus, eggplant, green salad, chicken kebab, lula for 10 dinners!
For a 2.5-year-old child, there was soup with milk ... and chicken🙃, boiled sticky rice and cold mashed potatoes.
The room has old plumbing, a clean and pleasant bed, an insanely creaky sofa, on which I had to sleep, since our room category was high, the room was two-room.
My height is 170 cm, my legs hung over the edge of the sofa, which was still not horizontal, but with a slope.
When leaving the room in the "garden", I myself collected the "chinariki" from the ground, since my child was playing there.
There is also a small children's pool with heated water, everything would be fine if the water was not openly chlorinated.
Chlorine is very dangerous to health, but in this hotel everything is in high economy mode.
I think the price for the hotel is too high.

A very nice place for a seal holiday:)
Its own clean beach with sun beds and canvases (plus 2 adult basikas with cool water), an extensive breakfast, cozy 2-storey villas surrounded by greenery (and beautiful birds, you feel like you're in an oasis!), friendly staff, expensive but decent restaurants inside, generally very pleasing that closed area without extra people.
Of the peculiar disadvantages: tired plumbing and a local administrator who "knows Russian" (it is better to communicate in English or wait for our admins).
