Everything is very cool. Both the bungalow and the service. I couldn't find a way out for the first 2 days. Navigate by bridges and fountains))

A great hotel on the first coastline with its own beach and a very beautiful green area. Friendly staff, clean, quiet. There is no metro nearby. We traveled by taxi. Our room was small, but with everything we needed. The air conditioner works well. Drinking water was brought every day.

The food is average, without frills, but quite edible.

The hotel is not bad, despite the fact that it is not new. The service is on top, cleaning and linen change every day, they do not save money on cleaning, shampoos and various hygiene products are in abundance. The territory is not small, there are three swimming pools for adults and even for kids - you can relax with a family with young children, there is also a playground, your own private beach, there are enough sun loungers and soft sofas for sunbathing - everything is free. According to nutrition, there is enough of everything, they cook delicious, but the monotony of breakfast confused. Also on the territory there is a spa, a medical clinic, a tennis court and various marine entertainment. A rich cultural program in the evenings, various kinds of events are held on the territory, there is a nightclub, alcohol is available. The territory is clean, sultry, well-groomed, the hotel consists of small separate villas, no one bothers anyone! There is a beauty salon, meeting and business halls, lounge areas, with excellent service. In the end, I liked everything - I recommend it

The hotel is absolutely identical to the level of 4* hotels in Egypt. The best thing about the hotel is the beach, with good white sand, a gentle entrance. The water does not smell of the sea, as the hotel is urban, but the plus of the hotel is the location. There is an opportunity to walk in the evening along the pleasant, but almost empty La Mer embankment, where it is lively only during the day, on the beach.
Apart from the Spinneys grocery supermarket and several restaurants, there is nothing else nearby.
To Dubai Mall by taxi 10-15 minutes, the cost is about 30 derham.
Breakfasts at the hotel are characterized by regular monotony, and a small menu., moreover, spoiled products were served twice in 9 days:
smoothies made of sour coconut milk with chia, and sour boiled beetroot.
Dinner was paid for in advance - I think this is a mistake, since we served a "complex" dinner for 10 evenings. I didn't even know that it could be…
Set: hummus, eggplant, green salad, chicken kebab, lula for 10 dinners!
For a 2.5-year-old child, there was soup with milk ... and chicken🙃, boiled sticky rice and cold mashed potatoes.
The room has old plumbing, a clean and pleasant bed, an insanely creaky sofa, on which I had to sleep, since our room category was high, the room was two-room.
My height is 170 cm, my legs hung over the edge of the sofa, which was still not horizontal, but with a slope.
When leaving the room in the "garden", I myself collected the "chinariki" from the ground, since my child was playing there.
There is also a small children's pool with heated water, everything would be fine if the water was not openly chlorinated.
Chlorine is very dangerous to health, but in this hotel everything is in high economy mode.
I think the price for the hotel is too high.

A very nice place for a seal holiday:)
Its own clean beach with sun beds and canvases (plus 2 adult basikas with cool water), an extensive breakfast, cozy 2-storey villas surrounded by greenery (and beautiful birds, you feel like you're in an oasis!), friendly staff, expensive but decent restaurants inside, generally very pleasing that closed area without extra people.
Of the peculiar disadvantages: tired plumbing and a local administrator who "knows Russian" (it is better to communicate in English or wait for our admins).

A very nice hotel with a long history. Slightly worn out by time, but that's only if you look at the little things. Excellent beach, very fine and clean sand. The sea is clean and warm (but it depends on the season). The breakfast is delicious. The maids are friendly and tidy, they do their job well.

The staff is the only thing worthy of 5 stars.
The hotel consists of many 2-storey villa buildings.The territory is very green, it is really not typical for the Emirates, this is also an advantage.
Rooms.
They put me in a standard single room - it's terrible. The window is in the wall, it's just torture - HOW such a room can be in a 5-star I can't understand. After the complaints, they were moved to a superior room with a balcony - it was fine there. But the hotel is really not new, something is happening somewhere (bath/sink/toilet/I forgot to clean up...)
Infrastructure.
There is nothing nearby - in front of some small-town restaurants, a supermarket, a little further from the shopping center "local tailoring", a pharmacy. Nothing worthwhile. It's not far to go to the Dubai Mall, but the prices are 35-42aed in one direction, a total of around 3k for a taxi - well, that's it. Last time we stayed at the Marina, it was much nicer and more diverse
Meal
It's very monotonous. No fish, no choice of meat dishes. You can always find something to eat, but not too far away
Staff
Very polite, there is almost always someone who speaks Russian. Indeed, they are trying to help as much as they can
Beach
Its own beach, very small and not deep. But if it is important to have your own beach, clean sand, and even with sun beds and towels - that's the thing. There are also several pools, also with sun beds/towels, everything is fine with this
In general, the hotel itself would be rated at 4-, but collectively only 3.

Hello everyone We are leaving this hotel today. Impressions are ambiguous:very helpful and nice reception staff, help with everything. I explained my personal circumstances, we were given a room of the category above, thank you!!! I left my purse at the bar, found it and returned it, thank you, the staff of the Tavern restaurant for the excellent cuisine and service, thank you. But on the last evening, the mood was spoiled by dinner in a restaurant on the second floor. Instead of dinner for two people, we were given one dinner for two... they answered my questions in bad English that it was supposed to be one ice cream for two. After complaining to the reception, they cheated and informed us that we left without waiting. The human factor is everywhere. Beautiful, elegant men are ready to deceive vacationers even in such trifles. Disappointment in the whole hotel…

We bought a tour at a tour agency, almost without looking, came home, read the reviews and got a little upset. Many wrote that the hotel was "shabby", with torn towels, etc.
So, either I was lucky with the room, or the hotel management took the complaints into account, but everything was just super! The furniture is good, the bed is comfortable (although it could be bigger), towels and bathrobes are as new. Cleaned every day, without reminders, and cleaned well, even the clothes scattered folded (shame on me))). All consumables such as water and toiletries were brought within a couple of minutes upon request.
The staff is friendly, do you have problems with English, there is a Russian porter.
A fairly large green area with streams and mini waterfalls, rooms in small two-storey villas. For me personally, this is a plus, it's better than living in a 25-story glass house, but it's a matter of taste, of course. In the morning, birds sing and the muezzin, the mosque is right across the street. She didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room closer to the administrative building.
There are several pools with cool water. We were in July, in the heat, it was comfortable at the pools. Good sun beds with mattresses, towels are provided. There is a small private beach with white sand, a cafe, tennis. The beach is very clean, cleaned every morning.
We only took breakfast, they were delicious. The choice of dishes is good, there are fruits. There is a Spinniz shop across the street from the hotel, there is an exchange office and a good cooking with ready-made food, you can save on a cafe, thanks to the porter Ivan for pointing out this place on the first day!
Of the minuses, I can highlight the location. There is not much within walking distance. You'll have to take a taxi to get to all the interesting things. From walking places near La Mer beach.
We really liked it, if we ever go to Dubai again, most likely we will choose the Dubai Marina hotel again. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful vacation!

Now with my husband and friends we are resting in this hotel ! We are frequent guests of the hotel and we like to come back here ! If possible , we come twice a year . The hotel is an oasis in the desert , surrounded by greenery ! Pools , fountains , streams , private sandy beach with good access to the sea . There are many restaurants on the territory , there is a bar on the beach . The hotel staff is friendly! I would especially like to express my gratitude to the best manager of the hotel Ruslan ! There are no unsolvable problems for him ! I would also like to mention Alfonsos working at the beach bar ! You make me want to come back !!! 1. Cleaning only on demand, as we learned on the 8th day of our stay at the hotel, 2. Access to the sea - a small beach and a view of the construction site, although 500 meters away there is a free La Mer beach, which is cool even just to walk
