The cool thing is that you can buy a drunk there. Sometimes you come, but your time is over. You can't buy it in a bivouac. And there is a restaurant in Dudinka. And the place itself is good there
We were going to have a wedding in the big hall, as it was perfect for us, but not everything is so simple.
Disgusting customer service.
I'll start with the fact that the person who is responsible for recording and booking apparently scores the maximum for his work. The meeting went strangely, as we did not sign a contract and did not leave a deposit. Our date was successfully booked and they said that after the new year (a couple of months after the meeting) they would call and discuss the payment. During the call, it turned out that they had signed us up for the wrong date, although we dissuaded exactly the right date and month. But it doesn't matter, they fixed everything and told me to pay the deposit by March. A month later, they called and then the fun began. It turned out that one of our relatives called and refused to book (did not refuse), and our date was immediately occupied (apparently by thieves, relatives of the administrator, or for a bribe), to the persuasions of three people that no one refused, the administrator constantly came up with something new, changed the legend, in general, she fell as best she could. Clients are treated like cattle, no one will admit mistakes, they will not enter into the situation.
I advise you to stay away.
I also read that this is not an isolated case, there were similar situations in people.
I can't say anything about the hotel, as I haven't used these services.
A review about the provision of a manor for a wedding. Everything went badly from our first meeting with the administrator: the administrator signed up for the wedding on one date, and a couple of days later we called, and it turned out that we had been transferred independently to another. After the call, they recorded it again for our date. Since we booked the date in November, we decided to call in January and clarify about the prepayment. We were told that the prepayment is due in March-April. At the end of February, we decided to call again and check if we were recorded correctly (because at first we were transferred to another date). During the call, it turned out that we were simply CROSSED out of the reservation and another couple was booked for this date. When asked why we were blacked out, we were rudely told that it was because we had cancelled the reservation ourselves. Then we began to find out from them when and who called and canceled the reservation. To which we were told that they did not remember our last name and phone number at all, and doubted that we had called and clarified when it was possible to make a deposit. But we insisted that they find our phone number in the call history (as confirmation that we called and clarified about the prepayment). After they found out that we had called, they came up with a new story.: that the bride (I) called and did not ask about the prepayment, but canceled the reservation. But this did not happen, and as confirmation of this, you can provide all contracts with contractors that were concluded on the date of booking the hall. But all my arguments were answered shouting and in a rude way, although I am the client, and in such a situation, client-oriented establishments offer some compromises, and do not accuse the client of non-existent actions. After this unsuccessful conversation, the groom called them, who was told that it was the bride's mother who called and canceled the reservation due to a fire in the house (there was a fire, but the wedding was not canceled). After that, the mother who arrived at the estate was told that the groom had such a dubious voice that he canceled the reservation. Thus, they blamed all the clients who communicated with them (the groom, the bride and the bride's mother).
If you want to save your nerves, time and money, then please don't even think about calling there, much less signing up!!!!!!!
Everything is great! The only audibility in the room) the location is great, in a logging area, it's great) but you can't get there without your own transport or taxi. The price could be slightly lower)
