We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Every day we were updated with personal hygiene products, including toothbrushes, and slippers. The breakfasts are awesome! National cuisine. Very tasty. New dishes every day. The staff is attentive. One of the features is the layout of the hotel. We had a windowless room in the conventional sense. One wall was completely made of glass.There was also a door through which we entered the room and which opened onto the gallery of the courtyard. I had to close the curtain all the time so as not to embarrass people passing by) and turn on artificial lighting. It's good that we spent most of the day on excursions. But there are rooms with three Windows!))
A cozy, clean, beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, mugs, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar, toothbrushes and paste, slippers. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts, the assortment is extensive. A wonderful hotel!
The hotel is located at a distance from the historical center of Bukhara, walking in the heat is not great. Therefore, only a taxi. Using Yandex GO is fine, inexpensive. The hotel is new, but there are shortcomings. The air conditioning in the room constantly worked wonders (the temperature does not change and does not turn off - before the icing of the residents), I had to contact the staff, who had to be searched because the reception is constantly empty. Breakfasts leave much to be desired (a little poor) and rarely put food on. It turns out that whoever got up first got his slippers. Who comes to breakfast later, there is less food. Coffee from a coffee machine for extra money - well, it's a lie! Gentlemen, we have never seen such a thing in any hotel. Either take away your brewed coffee or make it free. In general, there is something to work on and improve the service!
