Unfortunately, it was not possible to enjoy the evening and understand the atmosphere. The level of organization of the reception leaves much to be desired. I booked a table by phone. With an indication of a specific location. Upon arrival, it turned out that they could only put us in front of a TV with a set-top box. A lot of fuss and, in my opinion, the lack of professionalism of the staff. Even in solving a jamb with armor. The first thing the hostess tried to do was to shift the responsibility onto me, saying that I had explained to her badly which table needed to be booked. I listened to the recording of our conversation after all, I admitted that she was mistaken. However, I couldn't do anything about it. As a result, we left the institution.

There is no menu, the limit is 2 hours (it immediately repels) there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, it did not smell very much on the veranda. The hookah is mediocre. No offense, but it's not the right place. The interior is cool, but that's not the main thing.

A great place to relax and unwind. Hookah is one of the most delicious in Minsk. The little things that are thought out here are pleasing: the employee's call buttons (hookah, drinks and bill. This is just a godsend! It's easier for employees who don't have to run from table to table every minute and easier for visitors. The seemingly nondescript structure hides an atmospheric institution or, if you like, a space with a chic interior, comfortable armchairs and a spacious terrace.
I am not a big fan of hookah, or rather, I am not a fan at all, since I have been to a well-known Minsk network once and did not expect that the service in this type of establishments could be so excellent.
The receptionist will meet you at the hotel, explain the rules of the hookah bar and take you to the place. If there are free places from the PlayStation, then no one will charge a single ruble for this — you can play on a curling iron, smoke a hookah and relax for your pleasure.
Hookah masters are incredibly friendly, ready to tell, explain and, if necessary, show all the subtleties of their business and will pick up a hookah for every taste. We have been to this hookah bar three times and tried something new each time, and once we decided to try hookah on cigar raw materials, but overestimated ourselves and, despite the pleasant taste, stupidly could not smoke it. At first, the master set up the same hookah to make it easier for us and at first it really was, but then again the tartness made itself felt. As a result, we were ready to order a new hookah, as we decided to take a chance and lost, but the master said that nothing needed to be ordered and just added new raw materials, which made the hookah ideal for us. Low bow and respect! The guys are clearly getting a kick out of their craft.
It is also impossible not to highlight the delicious author's teas and lemonades. Lemonades are generally a dump of everything. We haven't tried cocktails, we still have to.
The restaurant also has a pleasant 20% discount on all menus (including hookahs) from 12 to 16. The only thing is, it is not always clear how it works: usually if there is a similar promotion somewhere and you made an order for your table before 16, then everything you order after that time the same will happen with a discount. And it happened twice. But last time, we ended up with two checks: one with a discount, the other without. The receptionist said that this is due to the fact that all orders after 16 go without a discount. Maybe it is, but it seems to me that this was due to the fact that we changed tables after 16 and new orders came with a new receipt. But it's just an observation.
Yes, it should be noted that there is no kitchen in Dout, but you can use food delivery from any service (except drinks). We haven't figured out how it works, but nevertheless there is such a possibility.
There is also a loyalty system in the department, but it is not particularly advertised and the administrator has never told about it during three visits. And even though we downloaded the application after the first trip to the Blow and registered in it, we somehow forgot about it, so it's not very clear how it works. It seems like some kind of cashback is coming from the receipt, which will eventually be able to pay for the order.
Something like that. I highly recommend this hookah bar and we will go to it repeatedly!

We always went here with a company of 3 people, to smoke and play (sofas with PS on the 2nd floor), there are places for three just. the next time we ordered a table for 6 people and we were put in the same place! There will be 4 people sitting there and it will be inconvenient. I don't know how to get there in six. (4 stars for this).
Today I called, ordered a table for 3 people, tried to get tables on the ground floor where you can comfortably sit only two... They say if a chair can be substituted (for this 3 stars).
Please change this policy, and the place will be gorgeous
