They asked me to think for a couple of minutes. At this point, 10-15 minutes of our arrival had passed. After these 10-15 minutes, the administrator came up, put a sign "Reserved" and said that the place was occupied. It's unclear what it was: did you forget to put the sign up earlier? did you just not notice that the seat was occupied at the time of booking by someone on the call? An unpleasant impression remained.
