We ordered 5 interior doors from them on 12/30/24 and an entrance door on January 5, 2025.
As we wrote below, the measurer arrives quickly, the contract is concluded quickly, we paid, but then everything wonderful ends.
The interior doors were ready, we got a call, but the installation only took 2 weeks. This was explained by the workload of the craftsmen, who have a schedule for 3 weeks ahead. Of course, this was only reported upon the fact that our doors were ready! Is it really difficult to contact the customer and sign up for the installation on the eve of readiness, so as not to wait so long for the installation? The service certainly leaves much to be desired! The only plus is that instead of Friday, the guys called us on Wednesday morning and offered to install on Wednesday, because other people had doors with a marriage.
I would like to note separately that the guys are professionals in their field, Evgeny and another guy, I don't know the name, have installed 5 inter-rooms from 12:00-18:30.They provided high-quality doors and operating recommendations. Everything was clear here.
The situation is also with the entrance doors... 10.03.25 I called more than once "the standard answer is that the masters are overloaded" they will dial me and sign me up for installation....as a result, 14.03- lo and behold! I was signed up for the installation, at the end of next week, before 03/21/25, I hope they will install it.
The miracle did not happen. The doors were not installed. Moreover, until they started calling the day before, no one thought to come to us at all, because there was nothing to install. 19.03 calling the manufacturer personally, I was told that I had not received an application. People run away from there!!!!

As of 1.04, I would like to add a review.... how we got our 50% advance back (out of the kindness of our hearts, we contributed more than we needed). Which was greatly regretted!
one week before the end of the contract period (60 working days). It became obvious that no one was interested in our order, the payment was received, the funds were not used according to our contract, and the logistics department offered to extend the terms of the contract without explaining what was wrong with our order! We wrote a Complaint to the director, where we began to demand a refund of our advance payment and termination of the contract. It was sent by registered mail with a notification. According to the law, they have 7 working days to return. The director of the Company behaves extremely calmly, no apologies, no explanations, excuses that there is no such amount, etc. The company withheld the money until the very last day. Moreover, they submitted an application to the Administration of Pervomaisky district. The last straw was a visit to the store and they demanded their advance payment on the spot, otherwise they called the police and opened a criminal case on fraud. The money was returned on the same day. It was necessary to go to the Legal address, and not to the place of registration of the contract (Mstislavets, 3).21st century, for the first time we faced such a horror, we could not even imagine that such a thing could happen!
If you want to get your money back, all the terms of the contract have expired, WRITE a CLAIM, unfortunately your rights need to be protected, and beat all authorities. Because this is a clear fraud!

Further, after the promised two months, if you don't call yourself, then no one will remember... they bring the doors, but not the ones you ordered, the answer is: oh, the production was wrong, we have to wait two months again... we wait two months again and of course we write all the official documents, letters, so that it would be confirmation of everything. Two months later, the answer comes, unfortunately your doors cannot be made at all, the measurer did not place the order correctly, we do not make this... we agree to those doors that arrived at the beginning. As a result, during installation it turned out that the hidden door cannot be hidden, because there is no reverse door in this model. In the end, I just had to accept everything, because we were very tired of them and the repair could not continue, because we had hidden doors and then we had to wait another 60 days for a refund, and the money was paid in full, because when the doors arrive, you need to pay, and you can't open them only when the master comes ... As they wrote below, the masters also have to wait a month, you need to call and constantly swear with everyone in order to achieve something! Don't believe the good reviews, they're obviously writing it themselves!

As a result, at first they allegedly broke down the car in which the doors were traveling, they promised to overload and deliver the next day, but the next day their driver called and said that the doors were not the size we ordered (we paid for the measurement), we wanted to return the money is an advance payment and the rest of the amount, since the term of the contract with them has ended, and we do not want to wait until the doors of the right size are made, we were offered to write an application for a refund, we wrote, waited for the transfer, we were fed breakfast, as a result, we were asked to write a second application, allegedly the first one is incorrectly written, we wrote the second but again there is silence, they don't take the money, they don't take the phone, they wrote the third one by registered mail, they promised to return the money within 7 days and every day they give you breakfast, they promise to transfer the money before 18.00, then they say that the money was transferred, but there is still no money, I had to contact the police, so AVOID THIS THE ORGANIZATION!!!!

People, run away from here!!Before signing the contract, you are promised golden mountains, which will be installed in a week or two, the amount for installation is said to be one, but in fact it turns out to be twice as much. As soon as we signed the contract, the company disappeared, stopped answering calls, we came to the store ourselves to get at least some kind of answer: no one could say exactly when the interior doors would be delivered and installed; they were transferred to the master, then to the logistics department, then to the store. As a result, after two months of nerves and bells, the doors were brought, now they are being installed (even here questions arose, the master did not know that we had an aluminum edge, he called the logistics department why they did not warn, because there is many times more work here and the installation will not take a day, but at least 2-3, they just answered, they say, what's the big deal here). The amount in the dialogue with them in Viber for the installation and on the phone was called 1000 rubles for five doors, in fact it turned out to be 1900. To the question of why: we were rudely sent (if you don't like it, refuse). The installation specialists searched for themselves: the logistics department simply gave the phones of incomprehensible craftsmen who had everything scheduled for two months in advance, and moreover, the store did not even transfer our order to them (As a result: the door deliveryman gave the number of the installation wizard who came to us with the words "all those craftsmen that the store gave you are not reliable and unlikely whether they will arrive soon).A lot of nerves, overpaid money, boorish attitude - that's all that can be said about this store. I would really like the tax authority to visit this store on the eve of the holidays, because again: not a single receipt was given , from where such prices are not clear. We transferred only the deposit for the doors to the company's account, and we handed over half of the amount for the doors, for delivery, and installation, but no one gave us a check.

Disgusting organization!!!
There were already questions at the delivery stage, a date was set and no one called that day until she did it herself.
When installing the entrance doors, it turned out that the door simply does not fit into the opening and you need to pay extra for concrete work "at least $ 200," as the installation workers told me. I'm in shock and don't understand at all how it was possible to aim the door so that it wouldn't fit 5cm!!!! I was warned about additional installation work, but the price was announced to be 100-200 rubles and a completely different amount of work!
Then the showdown began, the measurer called the installers and told them to quit their job, called me and told me not to pay them, I didn't understand what was going on at all, as a result, they broke 5 cm of the walls for me (and I was completely unprepared for concrete work and didn't want to carry it out initially!), and 15 cm of the bar was left in in the doorway))

The scheme is like everyone else's. I was attracted by a 5% discount until the end of the month. We chose a door that was in stock to be installed within a month. They called the measurer, signed a contract, and made an advance payment. Before NG, we weren't particularly worried that the door wouldn't open for us. But after NG, they began to demand their own door. The installation was postponed for various reasons, either the trucks did not arrive, the road was blocked, or a defect in the warehouse. We looked into the reviews and realized that the door would not come to us. After communicating with the staff, they realized that the Door Discounter had a duty to the supplier, there was a door in the warehouse, but they were not being shipped.
If this is such a business, it is organized by uneducated, narrow-minded people. The point is to entice a new customer to charge him an advance payment in order to pay off the debt for orders 4 months ago with a bang.
If this is a fraudulent scheme, then it is organized, on the contrary, very smoothly. It seems like the doors are being sold, they take an advance payment, they don't put the doors to many people, they categorically don't want to return the money. A thorough study of the reviews suggests that the company's goal is not to sell doors, but to extort prepayments.
They began to demand prepayment through a pre-trial claim and an application addressed to the director. The contract has a deadline of 60 working days, meaning you won't get anything out of them before that time. Both documents were sent by registered mail with a notification. Out of their own stupidity, they gave the company a deadline of one calendar month. That is, the documents were handed over to them on February 1, and we expected the deadline for refunds on February 28. According to the law, they have 7 WORKING DAYS TO RETURN. The company promised to make a refund earlier than the specified deadline, but did not. The company transferred the money ONLY on February 28 after our next angry message that if it was not returned, then either the court or a statement to the police on the initiation of a criminal case on fraud would be on our part.
If you want to get your money back, all the terms of the contract have expired, do not hesitate – make a pre-trial claim, there is a form on the website of the City Consumer Protection Society, call there, they will advise you, do not be afraid to file a lawsuit. Don't be afraid to write a statement to the police. Otherwise, it will take a very long time to get your "hard money" back!

After the delivery of the doors, the installer called, agreed on the date, the day before the agreed date, the installer called, but said that it might be changed, I don't know what problems and questions they had, but eventually another installer called in the evening and said that it would work, but the date should be changed, although we have there were already arrangements at work and everything was ready for installation, but as it turned out, this was not the first time when the company's installers changed our plans. On the appointed day, the installer arrived, was late at the agreed time, went about his business, as a result, he did very little work on the first day. On the second day, he also did not arrive at the agreed time, but practically completed the work. After that, he said that it would be necessary to finish the work, but when he did not know, as a result, they could not finish the work for another 1.5 weeks, they did not pick up the phone, they fed us breakfast. Why take new facilities when the old ones are not ready yet is also a question. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from cooperation with the store and its installers. I don't recommend it to anyone.

If you manage to get through, they ask you to wait a week, and then another week, and then another. They promise to provide discounts for waiting, as much as 50 rubles. And if you are still patient enough, and waited for the installer to call (although not on the day you were promised), before during installation it may turn out that the measurer you invited incorrectly measured the doorway, and you, having overpaid 20% of the cost of a standard door, get one small the problem is that your door does not fit into the doorway and you need to break the walls. I can only say good words about the work of installers, although they do not know about any promised discounts and do not give checks at the final calculation. In addition, after a month of waiting, I wrote a complaint in the organization's book, to which I have not received a response so far. Therefore, if you value your time and money, do not contact this organization. If it were possible to put minus stars, I would do it, but it's one star, although for my situation it's a lot.
