Anyway, after each visit, some kind of negative residue remains, it is from the attitude, I am always happy with the haircut. It would seem that a barbershop is a place that should somehow be located, but lately, there has been a completely different aftertaste from visiting.
It seems that everyone earns so well there that they don't really need or value customers, although there are enough competitors in the city and there is a place to go to get a haircut.
There was some kind of joke today. While I was getting my hair cut, my wife was sitting in the waiting area and the admin was sitting with her, who was smoking vape all the time and playing games on the phone.
During the haircut, two clients came in without an appointment, who were refused, saying that everything was busy, although there were plenty of records in the application (I will attach a screenshot that I made two hours after the visit and there were still free entries)
When the second client came in, the admin approached the master, who was also playing games on the phone with the question whether he would take this client, he waved his hand and said no. In general, some kind of game)
When was the last time, the admin did not make a discount for a regular customer and said that he would double it next time. I reminded you about it today and was refused. They said that they could not do this, that it was necessary to show the customer's card last time (although in any institution the administrator always asks about the discount himself, in any Santa and Eureka every cashier asks about the card)
There are such little things, but the sediment remains. Any relationship is always based on small things and the overall impression of the institution consists of small things. These little things are worth paying attention to here.
In general, you will probably get a haircut normally, but the bones will definitely be washed well.
