And it didn't work out. It's a pity for the money and time spent.

You can't guarantee the delivery time - DON'T TAKE ORDERS, you would have ordered something else a long time ago, instead of sitting angry and hungry!
Sometimes I do, I really like soups. This time I ordered Tom yam for the first time.... and no one even warned that it was terribly spicy!!! I almost suffocated on the spot, without exaggeration. Of course, I kind of have to be aware, but the seller could have warned me. I asked the girl if it was always so sharp, she said yes, that it was often asked about. Well, if this is not an isolated case, then please be attentive to the client and report it. After all, not everyone knows. Soup, by the way, 9 rubles went into the trash can..

And there are also problems with the terminal during delivery, several times it has already happened that you specify payment by card, but the payment does not go through, they ask for cash, which is not always there, and you run around looking for, wasting your time and the courier's time.
I agree with other reviews. Everything is very tasty. They offered to try it before buying, the staff is polite. The assortment changes every week, including there is always something to choose from.

Terrible delivery service and support service. Living in the city center, a 7-minute drive from Nemiga, I cannot receive my order, not only on time, but only with a delay of + 30 minutes. The operator sweetly talks about the mythical traffic jams that do not allow the order to be delivered in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also, there is no loyalty, following the example of other food delivery services, for their shoals when the courier is late for such a long period of time. Pay and eat. Apparently, this is how it should be in their opinion, and this is the standard of their service, attitude to customers and service.
I love delicious and unusual soups and polite staff. Everything came together in this place. I will definitely come back.
By the way, the guys at the cash register and at the distribution deserve a bonus!

The food is not bad, but the service is terrible. The website says it is delivered in 20 minutes. In fact, they carry almost an hour to the office 200 meters away, and the operator writes the phrases: "just a little more", "please wait", "literally 10 minutes)))" and others.
And this is not an isolated case...
