We accepted the application, then the master called, said he would come in 2-3 hours. The master did not arrive until the evening, no one called, an attempt to call the number led back to the public phone, where the operator promised to sort it out. No one came, no one called.

On 16.01.2025, I handed over the dryer for repair. Master Rakymzhan said on the spot that the compressor had broken down and needed to be replaced. He immediately estimated the repair at 159,000 tenge, and took an advance payment of 140,000 tenge in cash from me. They promised to repair it and bring it back within 5-6 days.
