I did not pay them for calling the master, as indicated on their website. The fact that the dispatcher says something on their record does not mean that I have to pay, because my consent is not on the record. And best of all, just don't contact them. Save your nerves and time.

Диагностика длилась 1 минуту, озвучил цену 58 тысяч. Озвучили мастеру что для нас это дорого, после чего он предложил за 35 тысяч в обход компании. Это все равно оказалось дорого + смутило что цена озвучена такой короткой визуальной диагностики. После нашего отказа от услуги, мастер начал уверять нас что везде будет конечно же дороже и потребовал 5 тысяч за выезд. На сайте eco service и remstiralmaty.kz указано что выезд и диагностика бесплатна, при звонке нам также не озвучили что при отказе от услуги выезд стоит 5 тысяч.
Мы начали ругаться и его аргументы в виду того что «потратил бензин», «стоял в пробке час» и «вообще никто бесплатно к вам так не приедет» нас нисколько не волновали. Почему этот человек должен зарабатывает такие деньги за пару минут «работы»? Почему если у компании такие условия, это не было озвучено изначально? Мы как работающие люди, ценим время других людей, но если об этом нигде не сказано и человек нагло гнет свою линию и пытается содрать деньги ни за что - то почему нас вообще должен волновать его бензин и время? Наше время тоже было потрачено в пустую.
Надеюсь компания eco service перестанет сотрудничать с этими «ремонтниками» стиралок

Если у вас что-то сломалось из гаджетов, например, смело сюда несите в ремонт, отремонтируют на совесть и еще гарантию дадут, как мне дали, когда ноут приносила в ремонт. А вопрос был вот в чем. Уронил ноутбук и он развалился. Нужно было корпус сделать и сделали. И сделали так, что даже не видно что корпус был поврежден. Мастеру респект за работу, руки откуда надо растут. Да и сервису в целом тоже респект за клиентоориентированность.
Произошла очень неприятная ситуация, около месяца назад заказывала ремонт кондиционера(из него текла вода), был залит фреон и проведена чистка кондиционера, общая сумма 50 000. Но не чек, не акт выполненных работ предоставлен не был, я просила выслать мне это несколько раз. Потому что не понятно, из чего формируется данная сумма! По прошествию месяца кондиционер снова потек. И сейчас после долгих переговоров с менеджером, где меня убеждали что работу мастера нужно оплачивать заново, и я не права, он предлагает мне оплатить вызов мастера 3000 и мастер бесплатно переделает работу. Также на сайте у них написан гарантия от 1 года, а по телефону мне уверяли что только 14 дней. И никаких документов мне не предоставили. Настолько плохие мастера, что их ремонт служит месяц. После всего этого не кому не рекомендую данный сервис. Можно найти качественнее и дешевле мастеров. А на данный сервис я вынуждена писать заявление в налоговую и заявление через платформу по защите прав потребителя.
