I use it often, the service is always excellent, comfortable driving and the courtesy of the drivers. Boarding and disembarking is organized quickly, and stops are provided along the way. Buses are equipped with everything necessary for a long-distance trip, movies (personal screens), drinks: water, tea, coffee. The seats slide apart and the backrest is height-adjustable. There is a bio-toilet, equipped with hand detergent and a washbasin.

Always neat, polite and on time. Comfortable buses, neat drivers. The price is reasonable. It's better to pay a little more and drive comfortably (including with a coffee machine and toilet), rather than running around obscure gas stations and queuing to go to the bathroom for a san. stops. I definitely recommend it.

When visiting the company's website, a sign with the Ecolines application catches your eye. "Of course, it's more convenient this way," I thought, "all the tickets will be in one place." I bought 2 tickets from Moscow to Minsk, and in 2 days we decided to change the date of the trip a day earlier. We arrived at the Moscow bus station, and they told us "there must be tickets in printed form." Of course, I saw this inscription earlier on the ticket, and they were printed out., BUT on the old date, because no one sent me tickets for the new date, they only replied that the numbers remained the same. The bus station staff was not satisfied with this situation, and they told them to print out a PAID duplicate ticket at their ticket office for a new date.............. Secondly, and most importantly, It is possible to change the date and/or time of tickets in the application. As I mentioned earlier, we did just that. Upon arrival, it turned out (AFTER CALLING THE BELARUSIAN OFFICE) that, you see, I can only change my ticket in the application, the rest of the tickets are changed on the website. What?! What's the point?! I have attached a screenshot in the attachment that I see that 2 tickets have been purchased. I could not even imagine such a wonderful thing that I change only myself from the entire order........... If I had a family of 6 people, would the expensive flight have burned down??? That is, I would change it for myself, and my husband and four children would have the old date, like "they have to change it themselves." I don't mind, but WRITE IT IN THE APP!!!!! Why have I never seen this (strange) information in your app while using the app????? It's disgustingly simple! I had to buy a new ticket for my own money, hand over the old one -30%. The company on the hotline said "contact wherever you want," tickets (it turns out) had to be returned on the website." After I said that it was not indicated anywhere when using the application, that I simply did not even have the opportunity to understand this horror, they told me, "Girl, we can't change the ticket anyway, before departure." 2.5 hours." I'M JUST SHOCKED. What is the problem with accepting your mistake and how a civilized modern company can change a ticket 2.5 hours before departure, taking into account that it is solely your fault (the girl on the line did not deny it), remains a mystery to me. I cannot imagine that such a large company allows itself to make such mistakes and refuses to resolve issues caused by its incompetence. The only thing here is to apply to consumer protection and bring this matter to an end with them.
