On September 9, 2024, at 11 a.m., I placed an order for the delivery of a bouquet (for some reason, the moderators did not publish photos of the bouquet that I wanted to order, so I will not be able to compare it) for my wife on the anniversary. The delivery was supposed to be carried out from 18:00 to 20:00. At 17:20, a photo of the bouquet was sent for approval, which was collected by the florist (in the attached photos). For obvious reasons, I said that I was not satisfied with their option and asked them to assemble a bouquet according to the sketch on the website. In response, I was asked if I would like to cancel the order and was informed that the florist had made a bouquet of her available flowers, that the composition of the completed bouquet contained the same flowers as on the website, the color scheme was slightly different. They cannot collect a bouquet the same as on the website, since not all flowers are identical. Then they offered completely different bouquets as an alternative (a disgrace, not bouquets), and then they began to force me to cancel the order, which I did. I do not recommend these florists, wasted time, especially on useless correspondence with a person who does not understand the differences between bouquets in photos.

In this store, flowers were ordered by delivery 5 times (several bouquets each), none were fresh. All the flowers fall off on the same day or the next. The old. On March 8, the tulips were already with glued petals, did not open, and withered the next day. Yesterday we received another bouquet, which immediately looked with old buds, crumbled today. Today I visited your store to choose flowers to congratulate a colleague on his birthday.
Initially, my mood was fine, but, unfortunately, it was spoiled as a result of a conversation with a florist.
The florist started a conversation on political and religious topics, which somewhat disturbed the atmosphere and created awkwardness. She also had some provocative questions and comments in my direction, which made me doubt whether I even want to continue any purchases in your store. Unfortunately, the goods were already paid for and the bouquet was already being prepared and I had to wait until the florist finished his work. But I was grateful to her for the fact that she no longer opened her mouth and remained silent after I said that I no longer wanted to talk about these topics.
She behaved very unprofessionally, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste.

I have contacted this store three times for advice since opening, for the selection of flowers for a bouquet. Twice there was an unpleasant aftertaste from communicating with the seller. Not all people understand colors and their varieties, I would like to serve not from a high and with a puzzled face and grins, but on equal terms in this case. Nevertheless, due to the lack of time to search for alternative options, purchases were made every time. I will probably leave the last visit to this store. I'm not coming back here anymore. Sometimes it's better to stay without a bouquet than like this.

I ordered flowers by pre-order for delivery on 02/13.23, so that they were delivered on 02/14.23, I paid, everything arrived, it would seem without any problems, I handed the flowers to the girl, only made her laugh, they were "tired", on 02/15.23 the flowers had already died.
The review is not about how bad they are, but on the contrary, that after one appeal, the incident was resolved safely within an hour, new, fresh flowers arrived, so it is a decent company if their customer orientation is in the first place, although I am not a media personality at all, and they solved the "flower" conflict immediately and without "excuses"
Although they received a "sediment", but in the future I think I will order from them, knowing that if something is wrong, they will solve the problem.
