It was my first trip and my first hotel. I'm thrilled. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is gorgeous. Everything you need for your stay is available: TV, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, dishes, air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel. The room is warm, even hot for me - I opened the balcony. The bed is simply divine, very comfortable, comfortable (I was afraid that I would not get enough sleep in someone else's place), and as it turned out in vain. You can put 5 rubles for one bed. If you are in Astana, then choose this hotel, you will not regret it. The prices per night are reasonable. The video is not complete, because you can attach no more than a minute. But I figured out the light😊

The hotel is located in a residential apartment complex in close proximity to several consulates.
The price-quality parameter is acceptable.

Cons:
Due to the high traffic, the rooms are already frankly tired. There are also a lot of cracked tiles on the floor and worn sofas and tables with signs of wear.
I would advise you to rent a double room, because At least there will be a view of the square, and not the neighboring windows.

The room is good. A comfortable bed, there is a kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is combined, the toilet serves the full program - it washes and dries. It's very quiet, we haven't heard a single extraneous sound in three days.
Tip: If you arrive at night or early in the morning, please specify the check-in time when booking. We were unlucky, we had to wait from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are benches in the courtyard and it is quite warm.
The girls are all polite and helpful. Thank you all.

I really liked the Cards!!! A beautiful city, a wonderful room!!! I was pleased with the toilet seat, heated, sink and dryer and a balcony with an ashtray))) a gorgeous view of the night of Astana and inside the building, the unusual architecture of the building!!! Clean, comfortable! All kitchen utensils and appliances! Wifi was stupid, they offered to move, the staff is very responsive and friendly! Upon arrival, tenge-local money was not enough, I left a deposit in rubles, changed it in exchange for local ones and paid off, extended the room for several days without problems!!! 28 floors, underground Parking, it is not usual to deal with the buttons and floors of the elevator, especially for the first time to find a reception and then exit the building!!! It's expensive, but it's worth it!!! Thanks to the Ararat employees and the Fraternal people of Kazakhstan, a super trip, delicious, pleasant cafes, everyone speaks Russian!!!

A great option for those who come to Astana on business, and many attractions are within walking distance. Within a week, they sent instructions on how to enter the LCD building, how to find the reception, specified the check-in time, offered a transfer (we really used Yandex all the time.A taxi with a linked MIR card, there were no problems with payment and it turns out to be cheaper). We arrived at 10 a.m., we were immediately checked in, no additional payment was required. It was possible to choose the floor of the apartment, we decided to take the 27th floor with a magnificent view of the city. By whatsapp, you could always write to the administrator, any request was immediately fulfilled (she asked to bring an additional set of bed linen and a spoon for shoes, the maids brought it immediately). The room has everything you need - a stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, TV, iron with ironing board, clothes dryer, washing machine, hair dryer, disposable slippers, toothbrushes with paste. The Internet worked well, I sometimes turned on my laptop for work, there were no problems.
Of the minuses, I note the need to update the repair in the shower cabin and the eerie hum from the pipes, which sometimes appeared, at first I could not even understand where this terrible sound periodically comes from.

The girls at the reception are just a miracle! I tried to book a reservation, but it didn't work out. The price on Yandex was 2 times more than on booking (how so?). I wrote on WhatsApp, the girls helped me make a reservation. The payment was made on the spot. The room was clean, cleaning was offered daily, dishes, shower sets, slippers - everything was and was added during cleaning. Special thanks for the washing machine and the washing gel! My husband gave me flowers, and the girls handed over a jug for them at my request. We helped with the documents. Very nice staff!
The location is excellent. There is a beautiful mosque nearby, there is a convenience store, a cafe, and a public transport stop. If we go to Astana again, we will be happy to return to this hotel!

There was a 4-day business trip in early January 2024. The weather is from 0 g. to minus 25, wind, snowstorm. I couldn't walk around the city. But the warmth, coziness and comfort of the hotel room decorated the stay. Everything that is stated is there. Heated floors and even the toilet lid is heated. Clean white towels. Warm comfortable blanket, fast.linen, comfortable mattress. A working air conditioner.
Equipped kitchenette with a kitchen.kitchen utensils, dishes, microwave and stove for 2 people. Everything is thought out and taken into account. It was very comfortable, like at home.
Polite and trusting staff, all speak Russian, responsive to requests not related to the hotel. They will tell you the right decision in choosing actions. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude towards customers and the cleanliness of the hotel, the level of service. The photos on the site correspond to reality. The city center, you can also walk with children to interesting places within walking distance, and get to any point in the city center by both taxi and public transport.

In principle, I am satisfied. The trip to Astana was forced, but necessary. The Elite Apart Hotel turned out to be a little unusual, but very comfortable and convenient in location. I won't go into details (and I've been to different hotels in Europe and the USA, believe me, it's no worse, and it should be borne in mind that this apartment is a two-room apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub in the other with a shower). I got very decent apps. Room 314. Clean, bright, very well cleaned. There were very nice girls sitting at the reception. We always helped with the issue of extending the room without any problems. The hotel accepts Union Pay cards, but for some reason I was told earlier that they could not accept them. Well, apparently this is a problem for everyone who works with accepting cards in Astana, because wherever I ask if these cards are accepted for payment, they say we don't know and offer to try. The room was cleaned once a week. Shampoo, body gel, toothpaste with a toothbrush are available. Towels are fine too. There are slippers in the room, but I did not see the bathrobe, I did not catch my eye. But to be honest, I wasn't really looking for it. The room was air conditioned and had a balcony. They allowed me to smoke on the balcony and put an ashtray on it. The hotel itself is very well located. Supermarkets are all nearby. There is a beautiful mosque opposite.

The room is slightly tortured, I did not hear extraneous noises from the neighbor in the bedroom from the window, but for me it was not critical fresh air entered the room. The hotel staff is responsive to all requests, they offered another room from behind the window. I don't remember exactly, but there is a good dining room on the 1st floor. Terrible hotel. We arrived for only three nights, there is no hot water! No one warned me in advance. The mattress on the bed is pushed almost to the floor, it is impossible to sleep. There is a smell of chlorine in the room from the sofa, which they tried to wash off some stains. The towels are old and worn. I have never seen such horror in an Elit class apartment. We suffered for 4 days , because we didn't have the strength to look for another place to live and move. The lack of hot water was simply shocking , if not for the business that brought them to Astana , they would have left this place urgently .

A serious drawback is that it is difficult to find the way to the hotel, especially if you go to the entrance with the signature Elite-Apart Hotel, since there is no guard there. I was unlucky, and the receptionist didn't answer the phone for 10 minutes.

The room is large but dirty. The furniture is tired and crooked somewhere. They never changed the towels or cleaned them. WiFi is constantly falling off, and you can only adequately hold a meeting or watch YouTube while sitting at a bedside table with WiFi. The location is good, there is a restaurant downstairs. For that price, I would look for something else next time.
