This is a great hotel. The staff is amazing, polite, and there is even a Russian-speaking girl. The food is varied and delicious. There is such a sense of calm and solitude on the island. The villas were completely filled, but at the same time everyone scattered around the island and it turned out to enjoy the privacy. Beautiful, blooming territory, very clean and tidy. We lived in a bungalow on the beach - a great choice. We had our own beach, a small veranda where you could contemplate nature and drink coffee in the rain. There are a lot of animals in the ocean, the tide is felt specifically, it is not very convenient to swim at low tide. But you can go to another part of the island and swim there even at low tide) In general, we are very satisfied with the rest.

The island is beautiful with live corals, sharks, turtles, many fish and rays. The hotel is mainly occupied by Europeans. Russian speakers are also frequent guests. The service, it seemed to me, is a little faster and better than on the other islands where we rested. The food and cocktails are delicious. The only disadvantage is to get from the airport to the hotel, if the weather is good, then a little more than an hour of relaxation on a boat, BUT if the waves, then 3 hours of horror and farewell to life, and a promise not to come anymore 😂

Good afternoon to all! I would like to share my impressions about my vacation in the Maldives at the hotel Ellaidu cinnamon. The hotel was chosen spontaneously, but after reading the reviews, we decided to visit this hotel (island). I will say right away that we were satisfied with the rest. The flight was connecting Moscow- Dubai-Male. Everything went well. In Male, we were met by representatives of Coral Travel and escorted to the boat (waiting 10 minutes). Others have up to 2 hours . On a speedboat in good weather, we were taken one hour to our island. I will note: there were only two of us vacationers. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cocktail, the registration took a few minutes, we were handed the keys and escorted to the room.(superior with ocean view) I note that these are the coolest rooms - 10 meters to the beach, we had 50 meters to the restaurant) Wow! Keep in mind that here the rest is specific and who is waiting in the rooms chic, no. Everything is concise, very clean (cleaning 2 times a day). From cosmetics: shampoos and body gels in dispensers and soap in pieces. Towels are changed regularly, if necessary, they can be changed on request, there are no restrictions. The rooms are always clean. A large closet - with two life jackets, two umbrellas in case of rain (we needed them). A sofa, a round table and a simple table. There are enough drawers and shelves for things. Mini bar: we have everything included: in the bar - Cola, fanta, sprite, beer - for free. For a fee - Red Bull beer, chips, chocolate and cabinets with alcohol. But, when using something, we must note in a special form what we used and sign, this is done so that local workers do not use it. There is nothing terrible in this, as some dramatize, I took it, marked it, signed it and that's it, they will replenish the bar for you.TV: we didn't have a single channel in Russian, which made us very happy. There was complete relaxation. I can't complain about the Internet, I've always been in touch via WhatsApp. everything was available.However, maybe someone watched movies - we were not up to it. Our room was on the second floor, in the loggia area there was a sofa, two armchairs and a table. When it was raining, we enjoyed our rest there. At the entrance (each room has a separate entrance, which is very convenient), hoses with water are installed to flush sand from feet and shoes. Restaurant: each is attached to a specific table with a number. Your number is indicated on the number, you will always be sitting here. If you don't like it, ask them to transfer you to another table for the whole vacation. Badges on the table are White - all inclusive, blue- no. Nutrition: lots of meat, chicken, beef and even pork. Something different (chicken, fish or vegetables)in batter, cheeses are simple and with mold. Fish every day moderately. Once there was a fish day - squid, shrimp, fish and other sea reptiles - you type raw into a plate and serve it to the cook. They'll cook everything in front of you. Ice cream - morning, lunch, evening in the restaurant is unlimited, take as much as you want: chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and mango. Drinks (we have All inclusive) wine, juices, beer to your heart's content. In the bar, everything is for us, too, anything. In the evenings: karaoke, some kind of performer or other unobtrusive performances. Darts always. After 17.00 feeding of sharks, rays in the designated place. After that, it is better to go to the room, there will be a treatment with muscitol from mosquitoes of the territory. The beach- so that people don't say: "there is no such beauty because of the barriers!" No dear ones, there will be no barriers, you will not have a blue lagoon. They save you from the waves, which, reaching the shore, would raise all the sand and there would be just an invasion of waves with sand and spray. Well, as it was, we enjoyed the blue water and the white bottom. In other hotels where white sand and blue water goes far, everything is so beautiful- but very shallow - there the deepest place will be waist-deep. The mall is necessary. I really liked the tour of the island (didn't want to go, what would you regret) . The essence of this tour is that we were shown the hidden mechanism of our rest (filtration and desalination of water, how the staff lives, where they rest, where they dine (they cook separately, everything is also delicious and pleasant to look at), where laundry is washed and ironed, transformer stations and solar panels. And, of course, our own vegetable garden, the vegetables of which we are fed. But the trick of our island is an ecologically clean zone - household and food waste is disposed of here (compost for the garden). We would like to note separately: Anik is a responsible young man who kept our room clean. Cecile and Nihaa are restaurant employees, very efficient, attentive And, of course, Karina, a Russian-speaking girl who helped us throughout the whole vacation with all the questions we had. She even came to the pier when we left with wishes for a good journey. Karinochka, greetings from room 206! Good luck to everyone and have a good rest! More positive! A delightful hotel. It was my first time in the Maldives, but I more than liked everything. 5 star food! There are breakwaters around the perimeter, which may confuse someone, but during a storm it's what you need. In January 2023, glowing plankton was seen. There is no entertainment on the island (except snorkeling), so there is no sense of missed opportunities. Like a sanatorium, only by the sea! There is alcohol in restaurants/bars. You could buy a bottle of wine and stretch it over several dinners. It is stored in the refrigerator in the restaurant. Very convenient

We stayed at this hotel in November 2021. I liked everything. We got there by speedboat in an hour and 10 minutes, we were greeted at the pier with fruits on skewers, and freshly squeezed mango juice was offered at the reception. We took a bungalow on the water. The room is just purple! An open-air shower with fresh flowers, a comfortable bed, sofas, ottomans, there was a window in the floor, we swam there with a mask and waved to each other. The food is delicious and varied. The wine in the evening was for an additional fee. We went to cocktail parties, where snacks and drinks were free. By the way, a liter of drinking water was given in the room every day. I highly recommend buying a ticket with food and drinks, because there was water on the spot for 15 bucks per bottle. The sea is magnificent. I put on a mask, lay down on the water, swam between the breakwaters - you just won't meet anyone. My friend and I saw a nurse shark. It's scary, but they don't bite, if anything)) There are also a lot of tridacne clams, they are very beautiful. Scuba diving can be ordered directly from the hotel. The prices are reasonable. A friend went for a stone massage, took several sessions, and was satisfied. By the way, upon our arrival in the room, personalized metal fitness bottles were waiting for us. A nice gift from the hotel. They have their own garden/vegetable garden on site, where they take guided tours. Everything is free. Very interesting. We had a great rest!)) The hotel is good. The food is normal. Sometimes they give seafood. Beer, any cocktail — 10 dollars. Which is good. Right 10 meters from the coral reef beach. You can snorkel at least every day. Rent a mask for $ 5, fins — also $ 5. Plus a tax of 26%. Which is bad. There is a breakwater around the hotel. It protects the island from the waves. But it really spoils the view. The view is not of a blue lagoon, but of a concrete fence. The staff is not flexible.

There are a lot of diving enthusiasts, because there is a great reef, a lot of fish from all sides of the island. But the view of the sea on the contrary - the instagrammer will not rock - to protect against strong waves, there are concrete barriers in the water around the perimeter, spoiling the whole view. The food is at the level of a decent Turkish hotel, but far from the best, 3.5-4/5 But in general it is very quiet, calm. The trick of the Maldives is that each island has its own life, and there are no motorways, no random passers-by, etc.

I'm resting on this island now. There are no complaints about the hotel itself at all, the food is excellent, the room cleaning is super, the staff is very friendly. The coolest entertainment is feeding sharks and rays every evening. A specially designated person feeds, and we watch) and so boring, no entertainment, Relaxation, which is typical for the Maldives. I also do not advise you to go in the low season, because the weather is so-so, it rains periodically and not only at night, but during the day. But! Never agree to take a boat from the airport to the hotel! Better overpay for the seaplane. It was terrible, the roller coaster is resting. The boat drove for 2 hours, there were high waves in the ocean and it was shaking and hitting the waves so that I thought we would stay there, in the ocean. Everyone was vomiting, my child was already unconscious. When I arrived, I couldn't even get up ((( back they offered to pay $ 100 extra per person and fly by seaplane.

From the airport to the island by boat for 2 hours, tired of driving, got back into a storm - we thought we would stay there in the middle of the ocean, we recaptured the entire 5th point while we were driving. The staff is excellent, we don't speak English at all - we talked on Google, the staff is very tolerant in this matter))) cleaning 2 rubles a day, at the end they already asked that they only come in the evening)))) there is a lot of food, but it is peculiar- I eat everything on the first day and got poisoned))) no matter how it seems that they mostly eat fish in the Maldives, but they don't really know how to cook. Reef sharks swim right near the shore, as well as stingrays and fish that bite))) We were there for 7 days, it was enough for us, because there is not much entertainment, except for all inclusive in the bar)) the only thing is that in the evenings some kind of smoke blows over the island - from mosquitoes, it made me feel bad.

A great island, a great reef, lots of beautiful corals, a great pool, although it was a little strange that the view from the pool was on the villas, and not on the sea. Entertainment included karaoke and live music. The food is delicious, varied, one drawback is the noise of the generator at night, which interfered with sleep. Maybe our room was in front of him, I don't know how the other rooms are. I liked the tour of the island, which is arranged for new arrivals. In the evenings, you can watch the feeding of sharks and rays. The herons on the island are pacing quietly. We had a very good rest.

I really liked the hotel! We had a house on the water. It was very cool - but there were disadvantages all the same. For me there were 2 of them: 1) there are no stairs to the water from the house on the water from the private terrace. It's very strange why they didn't make it. To get into the ocean, you either had to dive and jump (but you can't get back in, it turns out), or go out and walk across the beach 2) breakwaters. They spoil the view a little, of course. Good day! There are no questions about the hotel, I liked everything. The diving center is a complete disappointment ... you come with a desire to dive. They tell you that the first trial dive takes place on the home reef, then you can go by boat to different places and there are a lot of interesting things there. It's like a check-dive, though at the price of a full-fledged dive. They counted 86 dollars for me. Since there are no other options anyway, of course, I agree. All equipment is paid separately, I tried to get rid of the computer, they sold it anyway, even gave me a buoy (although it is not needed on the home reef ...). Then an hour-long briefing showing where they have what lies and hangs..... There is no useful information. Then, actually, the dive itself from the shore. The depth is about 20-23 meters, you look at the reef, which you see every day, but all the fish stay above your head, closer to the surface. There is a micro-cave where there are 2 statues... I saw a couple of small sharks. 30-35 minutes of such swimming and back. You wash the equipment, assemble the box, put it on the bench (where board 1 is). They say come after lunch at 2:45 p.m. When you come, you are offered to dive on the home reef again, because there are many people who want to go on a boat...... This reef is much more suitable for snorkeling than diving. Or for beginners, for those who do not have a certificate. You sign up the next day- and everything repeats exactly ...... The feeling that the guys are just making money by luring by diving on a boat, but in fact, during the week I have never seen divers taken to other places ... It is extremely unpleasant. And a check-dive for $ 86 ..... With 4-5 drivers, one instructor comes out .... The guys are clearly not particularly worried ... It's a pity that such an attitude.

From the terrace overlooking the ocean, however, we first see the breakwaters, but in front and behind them the most interesting thing is colorful fish and fishes, corals, rays, and—the cherry on the cake— the titan trigger! That's who you can watch for a very long time..but I don't always like it and he starts attacking, driving me away. He has very large teeth and does not seem small in the water. We watched the moray eel and the big stingray for a long time, and the small stingrays live in the pool area. I like everything here, the staff is friendly and courteous. This island offers relaxation, it is small and cozy.If you like an active nightlife, then you are not here.
