Good day to everyone. I want to leave a review about this hotel. We had a vacation with a friend at the end of May. Booked 5 days before departure. We chose the hotel ourselves based on the principle of price , close to the sea, reviews. And they didn't regret a minute. We are not pretentious tourists. We've been traveling for a long time. We have been to many places in Turkey, but we had a full rest here. What they write is all true. The hotel is soulful. The team did well. From the reception to the beach. The food is super, cleaning every day, all the guys are responsive, solve all problems. Maybe we were lucky and the company was good , but the rest was a success. It was a pity to part. We recommend it.

Hello. We had a family vacation from 08/25/2013.09.22.the rest is calm.the hotel is small and comfortable, for pensioners.The sea is two steps away.food for 4 people. A lot of soy. Drinks for two.entertainment for 3s plus. We arrived and passed PCR, everyone is positive, everyone in the hotel has a cough and a Czech.In short, they got sick with a kintaur. I stayed at this hotel from May 27 to June 5, 2023! I've never seen a worse hotel!!! Let's go in order! A maximum of 2 stars for the fact that the beach is nearby.
Services:
1. I met very well at the reception (well, I think it's great, everything seems to be normal). But it turned out to be only an illusion.
2. They settled me quickly, told me where to go and I, with the child and a suitcase, went up alone on foot to the third floor (there is no elevator in the hotel). The room seemed to be clean. I think, well, I'm going to take a shower and that's where it all started! There is no hot water! They told me it would be soon. It soon lasted 3 days until I was relocated. Then they told me there was no sun, no water.
3. The second number was worse. The air conditioner was broken (the batteries in the remote control were oxidized), the wires were wound over the mirror, the room smelled of sewage, the shower barely closed, the sink was broken.
4. You throw the towel on the floor (change it), no one changes it, they clean it so superficially. If something is broken, you will not answer....
5. The hotel is under construction. Bungalows are being built, no one is too worried.
6. Dishes are not cleaned quickly. It can also stand near the pool for a couple of days, so there are not enough glasses in particular. And they just wash their ass! It can stay dirty.
Meal:
1. It will definitely not be possible to eat tasty and satisfying🤣🤣🤣
2. The food is all cold. Only that it's nothing to strangle the servomotor right away.
3. At lunch, you can rarely see meat, only burgers and supercharged and saute with vegetables.
4. In the evening, fish 2 times a week can.
5. Fruits: unsweetened watermelons, apples, orange and pear.
6. Sweets are so-so.
7. Bread is only white and gray, no buns.
8. Colored drinks such as jupi, cola, fanta, sprite often run out.
9. Alcohol wine, vodka, gin and beer! You won't see anything else! And it also happens that there is nothing left but vodka!
10. They forget to ask for ketchup.
11. Cocktails do all sorts of ***! It's better to just have a gin with sprite! *** They don't know how.
12. Water in single glasses. I grabbed her.

While we were there, you could say she wasn't there. We didn't even dance 3 songs with the children, we were the last with the adults with chairs 2 times and that's it. Once yoga, which shocked everyone, and once volleyball. Of course, they were fired on the last day of our vacation... although people complained! Well, it's not a fact that they will come better. Although they were told all the time. But there were ads for the mini club and for everything!! There was nothing.. The kids were going crazy!! How so!!!
The sea and the beach: here, of course, the most pleasant thing. This made up for all the disappointment a little!
1. The sea is close 2 min walk
2. There were enough sun beds (but it became hard to find them when they left)
3. The beach is poorly cleaned and cleaned.
4. After the storm, no one even walked through a lot of mud.
5. It's the same with garbage. The beach is sand with pebbles! The entrance is Pebbles!
Territory:
1. In the greenery. It's a lot, it's beautiful, but you have to watch it or it will dry out.
2. The shops on the territory are cluttered and do not work. Like warehouses.
3. Toilets are dirty everywhere and often there is no paper on site

After initially checking in, I was upset with both the room and the hotel. Then I completely revised my conclusions and came to the following result:
1. Our rest depends on our inner beliefs. Why do you need a cool hotel room on vacation if you came to the sea? It's stupid to focus on the steepness of the hotel, you don't plan to sit in the room for the whole vacation?!
2. Here is the most ordinary pool, and there may be no additional services, but the 1st line is by the sea! This is a huge plus. You can swim in the pool and in the city at home, and not only in summer.
3. The food for such a ticket price is more than decent. I don't know who didn't eat enough here, but for me, it was enough for everyone. Lots of vegetables, watermelons always, oranges, apples, sweets are also always very tasty! There are favorite burgers for children and everything in this spirit.
4. The staff is friendly. We were even given access to Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and there was internet on the beach.
Therefore, I put 5, for its cost, the voucher has fulfilled everything! Therefore, it is necessary to go initially with the desire to relax, and not whining that everything is very bad, I do not like this here either. As they say, whatever day you set for yourself, that's what it will be!

The hotel is full of slag, I have no words, they know Russian well only at the reception, the maids do not understand anything, I have to explain on my fingers. Yandex maps indicates that there is a gym, but there is NONE. wi-fi is free only at the reception where there are always a lot of people. Of the food is a buffet, in which it is impossible to eat half and the grill area there is more, but very greasy. Flies are flying everywhere. The location is out of town, there is only a market nearby, no shops and cafes.Everyone is asking where this 4-star hotel comes from, everything is very simple, apparently the owner gave the coin to the right person, because it is a MAXIMUM of 3 stars. Conclusion: it is better to dig up and choose another hotel

We had a rest in July 2022, 1st line, cleaning every day, delicious food, responsive Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is old, but everything works. There is no hot water at night. I want to note that the entrance to the sea is pebbles, shoes are needed. Near the Water sports beach. Trips to Novamall Manavgat shopping center (highly recommend LC Waikiki and Flo) and a night club in Alanya are organized through the reception. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there are shopping malls (bazaars).

If you want problems, then you are here, the rooms are terrible, the linen is old with holes, the plumbing does not work at all, the water is cold in both the rooms and the hammam, you can get into the hammam from 10 to 14, and then for a fee massage treatments are more expensive than in elite hamams, and the staff is so-so, the problem is listened to attentively, they agree, but they do not solve it.The owner of the hotel does not make contact either. Well, now the kitchen, not a restaurant, but just an off-site military field kitchen, if you couldn't get to the appointed time within 40 minutes, then you remain hungry, since everything ends before it starts and everywhere and they ask you to pay extra for everything. I do not know who writes positive reviews about this hotel, but there were a lot of dissatisfied guests here in the month of May. By the way, tour operators and tour agents do not solve these problems and no one is in a hurry to relocate you.

Do not go to this hotel in any case! This bottom, for one star, was taken out only by the sea on the territory of the hotel. It is impossible to eat anything at all, the same thing every day, super tasteless, I had to eat only pasta with cucumbers all my vacation. From alcohol, sour wine and beer are like water. There is no animation, no entertainment. It is better to live in a tent at sea than in a hotel. The room for the 4th turned out to be for two, the shower is dirty, there is no hot water. The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars. One of the advantages is the beautiful sea and the green area. Minuses: 1. We drove from the airport and back for 3.5 hours, and listening to loud Turkish music from the driver at 2 a.m. 2. The rooms do not match the stated ones, when trying to get the one that was booked (and as in the photo), they are sent away along with the photo and offer to look for another hotel. 3. Everything in the rooms is old and dead, it smells terribly of sewage, they were afraid to use the outlet at all, it was hanging out with its last breath. You can hear everything that the neighbors are doing a couple of floors below, not to mention those who live nearby. The water in the shower is either boiling water or cold, and there is practically no pressure. Barely. 4. Cleaners come into the room without knocking when you are sleeping, starting at 8 a.m. At the same time, some smoke in the rooms right during the "cleaning". 5. Wi‑Fi can only be caught for instant messaging (no longer pulls) in the lobby, on a specific sofa in a specific corner and at certain hours. 6. The food is monotonous and tasteless. There was only decent fish and fried wings once a week. Everyone we talked to had stomach problems, including a one-year-old baby. Vomiting, diarrhea, pain and heaviness in the stomach are a constant companion of all rest for everyone. 7. It is impossible to drink alcohol. We bought at the supermarket, fortunately it is a 5-minute walk through the cemetery)). Food was actually bought there too. They even saw a woman coming into the room with a bag of raw potatoes. It even became interesting)) 8. The slide in the pool started working only when the Turkish children came to rest. 9. In the lower pool, chlorine stinks and eats into the skin so that it is difficult to wash off afterwards. 10. There are very few sunbeds for 3 buildings. And they have been doing everything since the night, including chairs) And the worst thing is the attitude of the staff. Such rudeness has not been seen anywhere else. Questions are not answered, ignored, and sent with appropriate gestures. We are not picky, we have been to different hotels and different conditions. But this has not been seen anywhere else. I was at this hotel in early September with a friend and her daughter.
We got to the hotel in the late afternoon. They settled us immediately, in wonderful rooms with sea views. The apartments are quite cozy, freshly renovated, wonderful beds, new air conditioners. Cleaning is daily. Of course, it's not every day that bed linen is changed, but it's enough to ask the young ladies who clean the rooms – and everything will be fine.
I want to note that I have already lived in resorts in both "fours" and "fives", there is something to compare with. There were certainly more luxurious rooms, and the rooms were much worse. Even in the most expensive rooms, you can find flaws. But is it worth looking for? I was flying for another purpose)
The sea, of course, is magnificent – clean, transparent, with calm the bottom of the buoys is visible. The hotel is not even on the first, but on the "zero" line – the beach is very close. As far as I observed, there were enough sun beds for everyone.There we "quartered" the whole vacation to our great pleasure – may my mothers forgive me! – away from the noisy kids. Sometimes, for a change, we swam in pools (the water is perfectly clean and without a chlorine smell).
The beach is pebbly. For the first three days I endured not the most pleasant sensations, then I borrowed a friend's "coral", and life got better) However, there were few such "sissies" like me, the rest quite calmly overcame the "obstacle course" of pebbles and did not wince.
There is only one bar, but it was quite enough (bartenders work very smartly): I watched a maximum of 5-6 people in the queue at the "hottest" time. Local spirits – gin, vodka, beer, wine, in all possible combinations. That was quite enough for us.
The food did not disappoint me. Thanks to the chef - everything is always fresh. In one of the "fives" in which I rested, fresh vegetables, for example, were often treasured. There is no such thing here. Now, at home, I really miss the amount of greenery that is offered to guests at Elysium - a lot, different, fresh! There are a lot of baked or boiled vegetables – eggplants, zucchini, cabbage of at least three types, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, etc., etc. Meat is mostly chicken. Quite often there was fish, turkey (at our last dinner there were, for example, grilled turkey steaks). Protein, if desired, can be easily obtained with all sorts of omelets and local cheeses. Side dishes are many and different. Of course, fruits and sweets (baklava is very tasty, thank you). The menu was not the same, there was something new every day.
During the day, we threw all our energy into swimming, walking or excursions, so we did not always live up to animation. But what we saw is quite on the level. Foam discos, lots of contests, a Turkish evening with belly dancing, trips to the city to a nightclub – entertainment lovers were not bored.
Personally, it was more interesting for me to go to the Old Town (we took a transfer at the hotel) and walk there without any guide. One of the warmest memories is an evening walk around Manavgat. Hotel guests pass by this town during the transfer, but "from the side" it does not impress as much as "from the inside". Very beautiful, original and hospitable.
The guys from the hotel service are just wonderful. Most of them are young (the exception is probably only Ismail, the colorful "owner" of the beach and a part–time gardener), but all are very polite and helpful, and not for show, but simply because they are like that) I am very grateful to the staff who worked at the reception – they were always ready to meet me halfway.

I stayed at this hotel from 03.09.2022 to 17.09.2022.The first line, good ripe fruits, daily housekeeping, alcohol is not diluted. But the rooms are cramped, the locker is tiny with a broken hanger, all the things are on the bed. The bathroom is cramped, the shower cabin is not airtight, the bathroom floor is constantly wet, there is nowhere to hang towels and clothes, you have to put it on the only stool in the room. In some rooms, the bathrooms smell of sewage, especially in the main building. They give out gray towels, they used their own. The beach is good, but there were not enough sun beds for everyone, we had to go to borrow at 05:00, by this time most of the sun beds were already occupied, but something else remained, by 07:00 there were no free sun beds, only mattresses remained. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were a battle for a place at the table, there were not enough seats in the dining room for everyone, it was possible to sit down at the table and eat only 15 minutes before the end of feeding. They adapted to take a place at the table 2 hours before the start, those who did not have time to mark the table with their belongings were left without a place. There is no animation. It is better not to meddle with people with limited mobility in this hotel - you have to be a fighter here. The staff is friendly.

Terrible hotel. We had a rest in September 2022.The numbers don't match the photos. The rooms smell of sewage, the furniture is all damaged, the tiles are beaten. Food is generally a separate topic. The child was starving all the time . I couldn't choose anything for myself.

We arrived on 25.07 at night , booked from 24.07 , the room was not ready , we were given food while the room was being prepared , after half an hour we were frankly given not a room for 4 ( 3 adults and a child ) but a chest with a small closet , a shower room where there was only cold water and torn linen !
There were no options to change ! We stayed the night , but the mood is ruined ! There are no towels for pools and the beach , take your own !
They gave us a couple of rooms at 11:00, but they are no better !
Only the first line and the beach save the hotel!
There is nothing to have breakfast except boiled eggs , endless stewed vegetables , bread , chicken , turkey, lunch burgers with a semi-finished cutlet , dinner a couple of times the fish was delicious , lunch:The chicken is still the same, potatoes, pasta, rice, sweets, fruits are available for breakfast , lunch and dinner, but sometimes there is not enough! There is no kitchen of their own , they bring food ! It 's hard for an adult to find something to eat for breakfast , let alone a child ! For lovers of beer, alcohol and fast food, you will be fine here! There are no snacks except drinks, only "Breakfast", lunch and dinner!
There are no sun beds at the sea at 8:00 , everything is occupied, there are no additional ones! So if you don 't have time, you 'll have to lie on your towel in the sun!
Paid wifi in the territory does not work normally, there is no signal at all at sea, so just connect your own!
There are no ATMs on site. Payments using the mir card outside the hotel are made only in one store, take the rest in cash!
There are many photos of another hotel here! So do not believe the pictures, what you will see with your eyes here will not match what is in the picture!
Disappointed in the hotel, with children to come from St. Petersburg for 200 thousand and get such an "All inclusive" is of course a kick!

We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to 25. The ticket was taken literally in a few days, so we chose from what we had. I read the reviews before the trip - everything is true. If you are not picky, go to this hotel.) And so, I think, for 170 thousand in a week, you can find a more pleasant option.
The advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the sea. 2 minutes from the room and here you are on the beach.
The rest is all cons.
The room was on the 1st floor next to the main building. The view from the room is on the wall of the neighboring building.) The bathroom is drained of sewage. There is hot water in the morning, in the evening you will wash only with cold water.
The room is dead, the bed linen and towels are already worn out. The furniture is falling apart. Well, the humidity is high, nothing can be dried in the room. There is no adequate hanger on the balcony to hang things, everything was dried on outdoor chairs.
Thank you that the air conditioner worked well. And a TV with a couple of Russian channels. At least some entertainment.
Food. Everything is the same, it's the same every day. I had a lot to choose from. But the young man was very sad because of the lack of meat. But we ate enough vegetables and fruits for a month ahead. Watermelon, however, was always not very ripe.
There are few sun beds. Of course, everyone has been busy since the night before. We have never lain on them, only on our towels always. The entrance to the sea is pebbles and stones, it hurts my legs.
Animation is only for children.
In general, you can live. But the hotel is clearly not 4 stars.

We are currently on vacation from July 16 to 28, 2022. Four of them.
The room was assigned to us on the 1st floor of the family standard. That's a good thing, because there's no elevator there.
Of course, the hotel has a lot of disadvantages. And I wouldn't give him 4 stars.
The furniture in the rooms is not that tired, but just has been replaced for a long time! But it's still holding up.
Room cleaning is unimportant only to make the bed)
The toilet in the room smells. If the door to the toilet is left open, then the room smells (
And very bad Wi-Fi. It even loads text messages every other time, not to mention photos.
In
general, people with high demands have nothing to do here.

And in general we were satisfied with everything.

In case of late check-in, dinner is always left for the guests.
The food is good and everything is in abundance.
The sea is gorgeous and 50m from the hotel. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone.
There is a market with a huge assortment of things and all sorts of small things within walking distance.
The room has a fairly comfortable bed and clean linen, well-functioning air conditioning, shower. In principle, nothing else is needed for a comfortable stay and a restful sleep)
And the staff is very friendly. The guys are trying very hard, they are super good. All the stars that I have set just for them!
Hamam and massage are beyond praise!

In general, as written in previous reviews, if you do not cycle on the little things, then you can relax quite well.
And about
the cemetery, it's across the street from the hotel. In general, it does not interfere in any way, does not frighten and does not negatively affect the rest. It's more of an attraction than a minus.

A wonderful beach, with food not as gorgeous as in the Cartoon, but the price of the ticket is much lower. Their food is imported, the hotel does not cook, but the staff tries their best. For those who want to go shopping, the hotel provides a free bus, there is a market nearby, not far from the cemetery, and in September for $ 10 you can buy any 3 things, i.e. you will bring a whole suitcase for $ 100, but the main thing is not this, but the sea and an excursion to the Homeland of Nicholas the Wonderworker, where the monument stands to him hugging children, where our Emperor Nicholas II and his family visited. They will not raise money for restoration in any way, donations were collected only for the project, but I think the Lord will help! The road to it goes along the seashore, you will be fed a wonderful breakfast in a cafe, not a dry ration, you will see elements of a stone ancient city rising from the bottom of the sea and if you are lucky, then giant turtles, and you will not see, it does not matter, but you will swim in such a bay, where the water is even more wonderful than on the Dead Sea In it, you can not swim, but just walk vertically, as on the ground. Probably from here came the legend that "the Lord walked on water like on dry land." Yes, I almost forgot what a really healing massage and not expensive is done by the hotel specialists.
