The hotel is disgusting. The word "elite" in the name looks very funny, considering that it is a crumbling barn. There are no 4 stars here and there cannot be, not even 2 here.
I must say right away that the hotel is located next to the cemetery, for some it will be critical. In fact, it is overgrown with greenery and does not catch the eye at all, it did not bother us personally.
The rooms are disgusting, everything is old, the sound insulation is zero, you can hear everything from everywhere. There is a constant stench in the toilet, there is no ventilation. Towels are brought according to the mood, they may bring 2, or they may not bring at all. Garbage is also taken out according to the mood. When you are in the room, be sure to close up. The narrow-minded cleaners come in immediately after knocking, without waiting for any answer. They fell in a couple of times when we were naked, and they also stood looking at us.
The kitchen is weak, I do not remember at least one delicious dish during the week of my stay. The queues for feeding are huge, the kitchen always opens later than the schedule. There are practically no free tables. A bar is generally something with something. I liked the drinks, the beer is great, but the glasses are not washed elementary. He swore several times that there were traces of saliva or lipstick on the glasses. Taking into account the coronavirus movements, it is especially "pleasant" to lick glasses after someone. We took a few glasses and washed ourselves.
The staff is friendly enough, but it is impossible to explain anything to the staff, because they do not know anything except Turkish. At the reception, the girl speaks Russian, but the level of politeness is 0. In response to comments about the work of the staff, he pretends to call someone, but nothing changes. Once after cleaning the room, the staff left it open just on the day when we left for Antalya for a day, they do not bear any responsibility and did not even apologize.
The beach is not bad, the sea is gorgeous. But there are few free sunbeds, mainly due to cretins who throw their towel all day and don't even show up. I recommend just dumping them and there will be a place for you. It is easy to calculate such sun beds.
The rest of the services are all expensive. Wi-Fi does not work even for money, even for free. There is a boat station near the beach, but it is insanely expensive there. It's easier to wander through local tour agencies, where you can get 2 times cheaper.
The bazaar and the shops next door with insane price tags, supposedly accept only dollars/euros. Life hack - go to the city on any transport that stops on the highway. Prices there are 3-4 times cheaper and are accepted in lira. There are a couple of shopping centers, for example, in Nova Mall you can stock up on anything well and inexpensively.
In general, strangely enough, all the most interesting things are outside this hotel. Delicious food, inexpensive services, good goods at pleasant prices are located in the center, but not near the hotel itself. Therefore, I advise you not to waste time and go there right away, if you have managed to get here. Well, the hotel is just a bottom, do not listen to your stupid travel agents-advisers.

We had a rest in September 2019.We lived in a family room, as there were three adults and two children.My brother and his wife and grandson are in a regular room.
I'll tell you right away:I read a lot of bad reviews before the trip, and I was upset.But, since the budget did not allow for more, we decided.
And they didn't regret it.
The sea is gorgeous.Clean, warm.The only thing you need are slippers, since the entrance is pebbles.The pools are clean.Our grandchildren did not get out of them.
The territory is not large, but well maintained.
Food-I won't say it's great, but we didn't go hungry.Everyone had enough of everything.I really liked the soups.There were different fruits.
The staff tried their best:it was a Turkish night (dinner was served outside), we fried fish on the grill.There was a foam disco, a beer disco, fireworks, fireworks.
The Animation guys are great.
Massage is just a thrill.
In general, if you do not pay attention to the little things, everything is fine!

There are few places in the restaurant, everything is shabby and shabby. But the guys in the restaurant are polite and friendly. Plus, the sea is nearby, clean and transparent. The animators are doing well, trying their best. The pools are clean. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. There is no security at all. We left for an excursion, all the things remained in the room. We arrived 2 days later, the room is open, we didn't understand why. Okay, nothing is missing. There is a small village outside the territory, there is nowhere to go, opposite the cemetery. I don't recommend the hotel, I won't choose it next time.

We stayed at this hotel after it was renamed Elysium elite spa otel. By the way, we didn't get there of our own free will! At the transfer we were told that our Serena beach hotel is closed for renovation. Of course it wasn't true. Deceived tourists from the Serena beach Hotel were gathered at the hotel. Everyone was outraged and upset! The room turned out to be spacious, but the linen was old, poorly washed. There are only three sockets in the room. The mini-bar is empty. Water is only available at the reception. Internet is also only available at the reception. After staying up all night, I decided to solve this problem with the hotel guide. But we were refused a move to the Serena beach Hotel. The replacement offer was only in the urban part of Side. After all the worries, we stayed at the Elysium elite hotel. Although the hotel has 4 stars, in fact it is only 3. The food in the hotel is imported and warmed up before serving. There is very little fish and meat. But they didn't stay hungry. There are two nice and clean pools. However, there is only one slide. But the children are all very happy! Animation is also weak. But everyone is trying very hard to amuse tourists. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the sea! The beach and the entrance to the sea are just great! The hotel is rated 4 with a minus. But the children were all happy. The sea is beautiful! Summing up all its shortcomings, the child wants to return to this hotel again :))

The seams between the tiles began to turn black. Otherwise, everything is fine. Friendly staff, but poorly cleaned rooms. You won't tell me to change the bed, they won't change it. Although they should do it once every three days. I asked and they changed it for us on the fifth day. We were nine in total. Accordingly, they were changed only once. There was always dirt in the bathroom, because 5 people went back and forth several times a day. They could have taken away the garbage and left the floors dirty at the same time. The food is normal, but monotonous. By the end of the stay, everything was already thoroughly boring.

The only good things are some of the staff, several bartenders, one manager at the reception who does NOT speak Russian, but he has excellent English, he is polite and pleasant, and the sea! The sea is said. The hotel staff speak only Turkish - this is wrong. Room cleaning is not done, as it turned out, it needs to be ordered at the reception. I asked you to clean up for 4 days. Very bad reviews about this hotel, but it turned out not so bad. The food is good, but there are not always cakes, we don't need them. Rooms are cleaned every day and upon request. The rooms themselves are not in perfect condition, minor breakdowns are present in all hotels. They check in ahead of time without any problems and extend your stay too. The sea is nearby, there is only a problem with stones when entering the sea, you can break your legs if the waves are strong. The pools, slides, playground and sauna are all open. There is a very poor choice of alcohol. The Internet is working, but not everyone has enough iPads, it gets fucked up immediately after authorization, you have to restart the tablets.
