As I found out by my example, it is impossible to return the product. Be careful when choosing this company to order spare parts. The order of spare parts is generally good. However, working with order statuses is incorrect. Firstly, the delivery time is not real, you need to add 2-4 days in addition to the specified time. Upon arrival of the goods at the pick-up point, the status changes to "issued", which contradicts reality. As a result, even managers cannot always understand whether a particular product was actually issued. That is, the accounting of orders is not complete. Accordingly, the date of issue in your personal account will be indicated not the actual date of issue, but the one on which the goods arrived at the pick-up point.
All this is radically different from how Emex works in Russia. Once again, be careful and keep in mind that there are risks when ordering spare parts and goods from Emex in Armenia. Perhaps it is only at this point of issue that such problems occur. I haven't checked the others yet.
