Отличная клиника, цены приемлемые. К сожалению пришлось обратиться последнее время не один раз,но благодогая врачам лечение и выздоровление прошло намного быстрее. Очень удобно что работают 24/7. Ночью когда стало сильно плохо(ангина) быстро оказали помощь, поставили капельницу. Так же был сложный перелом у ребенка, быстро и аккуратно оказали помощь. Учитывая что пришлось делать наркоз,все прошло гладко и ребенок не испугался.

Клиника очень понравилась - круглосуточно работает, красивый интерьер, вежливый персонал, особенно понравилась медсестра процедурного кабинета с золотыми руками. Девушки из регистратуры профессиональны и вежливы. Что оставило плохое впечатление, так это отношение трихолога. Маемгенова Г. Н.- понравилась при первой встрече, договорились о лечении, назначила мне анализы. Когда с анализами хотела записаться на повторный прием и начать лечение, оказалось, что она в отпуске и никто не знает, когда она появится. Спрашивается, зачем я сдавала "скоропортящиеся" анализы на 20 тысяч (из пенсии)? Понимаю, что в жизни бывают разные ситуации, нужно срочно уехать и т.д. Но ведь есть связь, и уж если это твой пациент, то можно же было предупредить хотя бы постфактум.

Медцентр расположен в удобном месте. Хорошее современное оборудование, персонал нормальный. Везде есть скамейки и туалет. Все портит живая очередь в кабинеты. Например, у меня был талон к хирургу, где было указано конкретное время приема, но у кабинета было человек 5, и все к хирургу. Парковки как таковой не видел, но пару машин поставить можно.

Клиника отличная, лечилась там и дочь, и знакомые, но вот мне с лечением не повезло...к медсестрам и девочкам из регистратуры никаких претензий, все работают на совесть, врач ,что делал МРТ тоже профи, но вот с врачом невропатологом (Аникбаева Дана Аширхановна) мне явно не повезло... получила от неё назначение на 5 дней уколы и капельницы, прошла этот курс, попутно пропила лекарства в таблетках и капсулах, однако никакого облегчения так и не наступило... прошло уже 3 недели...но приступы боли от ходьбы как были, так и остались.... позвонила в клинику, попросила связаться с врачом, сказали что дадут ей мой номер, но ответа так и не было, причём повторилось это дважды...полный игнор... идти к ней на повторный приём, со скидкой это 5 000 тенге, но боюсь,что опять уйдут деньги на ветер. Сейчас ищу другого врача и другую клинику....

And this is a PRIVATE clinic. The only reason I stayed there was because it was late in the evening and it was the only clinic in the city where I could get an injection. Don't set foot here anymore. I advise the management to reconsider their attitude to sanitary standards.
