I arrived with a problem the engine wouldn't start, I sinned on lambda.I rolled the car into the yard, fortunately there are kind people who helped to roll it. After a day of waiting, the electrician called and said, the job will cost $ 200, but I didn't find anything and I have no idea where the reason for not starting the car is.,,
Naturally, I refused.
I arrived the next day to pick up the car, the car is almost in the same place where it was, it feels like the car wasn't even in the pit. They asked for 60 buns for diagnostics, so the question is, well, okay, the person spent time when he came up with the amount for repairs. Finally.
I drove it to another service station, they drove it to the pit in front of me, they climbed in, and two minutes later the result was, the wires from the sensor on the lambda came off, and in wet weather the fuse was on and wouldn't let me start the car.

I stopped by for an oil change.
The replacement was done efficiently, in about an hour.
But I want to say there is a big drawback, I agreed on the phone for one amount, and as a result I had to pay more.
Allegedly, they added a cost for removing protection, although the phones seemed to discuss this point. Most importantly, I liked the excuse "I don't know how to properly name the person at the reception" excuse me, I was embarrassed to name a smaller amount, they say all people are wrong.
I kind of agree, everyone makes mistakes, but I'm shocked that I have to pay for other people's mistakes.
p.C. the cost of replacement is higher than that of competitors.

I have been working in the automotive business for about 20 years, from spare parts to supervising service stations. I decided to quickly change the oil and the parasitic roller (the roller is mounted on one bolt and is available immediately under the hood). I stayed at the service station for about 23 minutes. The master put on the video for almost 7 minutes. Total: 70 rubles. To my questions why the norm costs 60 rubles at the price, but in fact 140 rubles, I heard a lot of tearful stories that do not relate to the essence of the matter. The oil change was estimated at 30 rubles, and one bolt at 40 rubles. When the order was requested, it turned out that the cash register was not working. But I waited for the check after long calls to the bank and technical support. But how do you work without a cash register?

- In my experience, an electrician is not smart.
- There is no way to order spare parts through them.
By prices:
1. Oil + filter 20+20=40 (since this is not a lot of money for me, but there is a certain price for a certain case)
2. 2 discs rear + rear pads + front pads: 75 BYN.
3. Change the automatic transmission cushion 70 BYN
In the end, what I planned to do with them, after that I did in another service where I was accepted as professionals, nevertheless there is a price list with which you can get acquainted and not think at night, or maybe they took a lot.
The fact that the electrician did not understand the flow meter, that is, he could not say for sure whether the chek (injector) was burning because of it and did not say specifically what value it should be, I did not return there. And a professional electrician, looking for 5 minutes, said what value we are waiting for after we change the flow meter, in the end he showed exactly these figures.
In order not to think that I am a person of some kind of service, I did not write here from which service station I am satisfied. But believe me, I found 2-3 pieces in Minsk, so look for a hundred and a soul master.
