The room cleaning is excellent, the cleanliness is perfect. The location is one of the best, the most tourist center, everything is within walking distance. What I didn't have enough in the room was a toothbrush glass in the bathroom and a mug for tea. There is a kettle and tea, coffee, and paper cups, but I don't like drinking from them in the room. Buffet for 4 balls. Lots of snacks (cereal, chocolate balls). Only sliced and fried sausage is made from meat. In the last days of my vacation, I found the best option for myself - nuts, uraga, various types of cheese, croissants, olives, and before lunch you can walk around the sights. One more thing surprised me, there is no iron in the room. I think it doesn't matter, most likely on the floor, but it wasn't there. I asked the cleaner in English, then in Turkish she doesn't understand what I'm talking about at all. I wrote to the Watsapp concierge and received an answer: "guests are not allowed to use an iron in the hotel. We can take care of the extras. pay or go to the nearest laundry. Overall a good hotel, I recommend it for a stay.
Excellent location, within walking distance of 2 mosques (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque), the Basilica cistern and the large Gulhane Park. We stayed here with my mom, the staff is wonderful and very polite, the rooms have low ceilings, but it even brings some comfort to the room. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary accessories, except for bathrobes. The breakfasts have a large selection of food and drinks, everything is very fresh and delicious. In the future, we also plan to stay here, despite the opinion that there are high prices, here price = quality. I recommend
Nice hotel. Convenient location. All major historical attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram and metro stop nearby. There are cafes nearby, pharmacies, shops, ATMs. The breakfasts are good: baked goods, vegetables, cheeses, sausages, tea, coffee, juices, pickles, eggs, casseroles. You won't stay hungry. The room has a kettle, a small refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, bottled water, slippers, towels. Cleaning is daily. The staff is friendly. I recommend it!
The location of the hotel is 5! Excellent accessibility to important travel destinations - both walking and transport. Delicious and very varied breakfasts (except that the coffee was pumped up - not ice; but that's for anyone). It's a little cramped in the bathroom, but that's more than offset by other advantages.
So if they asked me if I would come here a second time, I would answer yes.
The hotel has an ideal location in the historical part of Istanbul. All the sights are within walking distance, while it stands on a quiet street. There is a tram stop within a 3-minute walk. And 5 minutes away is Gulhane Park, where an atmosphere of beauty and tranquility reigns, with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus.
The Erboy hotel is a wonderful new hotel. All the hotel staff are friendly to the guests and happy to help them. It was very pleasant to sit at a table in the bar and drink a cup of Turkish coffee (I note: from the bottom of my heart and as a compliment to the hotel).
The entire hotel is perfectly clean and smells good. Beautiful new furniture, both in the lobby and in the room itself. Each of the employees is busy with their own business.
We just had breakfast at the hotel. We did not visit another restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet. There is everything you need for a hearty breakfast: 4-5 types of cheese, 3-4 types of ham, sausage, 2 types of eggs (boiled, scrambled or omelet), 2 types of hot, pastries, salad mix, cucumbers, cherry, breakfast cereals, jam, 2 types of drink or juice (I do not know, did not take), tea coffee from a coffee machine, but not very good, for our taste. Wish: to replace the coffee machine so that the guests can enjoy excellent coffee.
Our room was standard. It was small in size, but cozy and had everything you needed: a mini fridge, a kettle with a set of coffee, tea, sugar, a wardrobe, a safe. Bathrobes are available on request, and slippers are available. Gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion - all very good quality. The cleaning is perfect, vacuumed and wet cleaned, towels changed, the bed is made. Plus: 2 bottles of water daily. There was no need to remind or ask for anything. Everything was done and on time.
Thank you very much to all the staff of this hotel for their attention, kindness to their guests and a very responsible attitude to their duties.
We recommend this hotel, you won't regret it. Absolutely corresponds to its 4*
We are very happy with this place. We stayed with friends for 5 nights. The hotel is stylish, clean, calm, comfortable in location, right in the center of the historical part of Istanbul. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly, attentive and caring staff. We were very satisfied. I definitely recommend it!
I am very glad that I chose this hotel. Conveniently located. It's clean, the rooms are well cleaned. The room itself is small, but quite comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff is very friendly. There is a receptionist who speaks Russian and is always ready to help. They helped me order a taxi at the check-out.
Nice hotel in the historical part of Istanbul. Ayasofia is 5 minutes away at a brisk walk, and the embankment is 7 minutes away. There are many different cafes in the alleys nearby.
The rooms are fresh and clean, and the breakfasts are delicious.
I recommend it!
Excellent location- you can walk everywhere - St. Sophia - 5 minutes, Blue Mosque - 10 minutes, restaurants, markets - 5-10 minutes. The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable for 4*, the breakfasts are pleasant.
A great hotel with a great location! New renovation, decent breakfasts, except coffee. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help! If you're going to Istanbul next time, then only to this hotel!!!
A great hotel. Conveniently located. Transport is different nearby. The taxi does not bring you a little, you will need to walk with a suitcase for two minutes. Very close to the main attractions. The breakfasts are normal. The room is super, everything is clean, everything works. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Employees understand and speak English. The suitcases were carried and brought, and they were escorted to the taxi. The transfer was organized. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come ourselves!!!
Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Special thanks to them for helping us find a taxi and making everything as fast and convenient as possible. Plus, it has an excellent location relative to the main attractions.
Very modest breakfasts (I have been to other hotels of this level, there is something to compare)
The room is small but clean.
Of the advantages, the hotel is conveniently located, the sights are within walking distance.
A good hotel for its price. Excellent location, convenient access to the tram line and close to the pier. Unfortunately, the restaurant on the terrace is open only during the warmer months, but there is access to it at any time, which pleases.
Great location. Inside, you are immediately greeted by coolness, attentive staff, soft sofas, and tea. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, delicious breakfasts.

We were in Istanbul in early February. We stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the very historical center. The hotel is clean and nice. Unfortunately, the room sizes are small. It is impossible to turn around to the bathroom until the door is closed. Even a short person can reach the ceiling. The breakfasts are good and delicious, but unfortunately there is no variety. All these disadvantages are more than covered by the location of the hotel, all the attractions are within walking distance.
A decent hotel. They clean every day (it seems), I do not claim, the bed was made. The bed is normal. Breakfast. Normal. I do not recommend sausage and sausages. Our RF is better. The staff is normal. In Russian, Nicht Ferstein. Wi-Fi is everywhere. The bathroom is normal. There are no dental problems and no bathrobe.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Everything is close and very convenient. I definitely recommend it. But there are rooms with tiny windows facing the courtyard. Therefore, if you order a room with a window, then you can be given one with the same, more like a window pane. But it's quiet, because if you take a room with a window on the street, it's noisy, although the street is not crowded. A decent hotel, but not cheap. Like everyone else in Turkey now
Excellent hotel, located in the very center of Istanbul, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Near the Gulhane tram stop, metro.
The interior is cool, cute, and bright. We got a very small room, but enough for an overnight stay. Compact and cozy. A lot of mirrors) this is a plus for me) The room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, tea and coffee, water, a TV, a cool bathroom with all accessories and a hairdryer.
Breakfast is buffet-style, varied and delicious.
The staff does not understand Russian. Which is still a small minus, for tourists like me, We left earlier, at night, and wanted to take breakfast on the road, which is paid for. One administrator seemed to understand us and said that we would assemble OK. But when it was time to leave, the staff changed, and he said that he was not supposed to.. and we already had neither lira nor water with us. It's a shame that this happened. We were hoping for that.
The best modern hotel in Istanbul.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - a woman from 9 to 18 o'clock. She was very pleasant, told me all about the hotel, the sights, and presented me with a map of the city. She also explained that administrators can write to WhatsApp at any time in Russian, they translate through a translator, they will understand. So I wrote to them, and they replied in Russian. Daily cleaning, replenishment of tea, coffee, water, shower accessories every day. All the staff are polite and friendly.
All the sights are nearby. We rested at the hotel between walks.
The breakfast is delicious and fresh.
There is a grocery chain store very close by, where we bought chocolates, chips, and Cola for cheap.
The hotel has free Wi-fi, the Internet is fast. There is always hot water in the shower.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
A great hotel, I advise you, almost like a chain hotel. Very friendly staff, couldn't see the terrace, the view from it should be gorgeous. I hope the repairs will be completed by the season. The location of the hotel is such that you can literally immediately feel the mood of Istanbul. There is a tram stop nearby, which takes you to almost all popular attractions.
A great hotel, we were very comfortable with the child. A five-minute walk to all tourist spots
On a quiet street, the hotel is always cleaned and smells nice
A great hotel in the center of Istanbul. After the overnight flight, we were immediately checked in (at 12 o'clock instead of 14:00). We were so tired from the road, so when we were offered tea or coffee in Turkish, we felt cared for. Delicious varied breakfasts. Clean - cleaning every day. There is a large cozy reading room - in which we were able to wait for the transfer to the airport after eviction ... since it was raining outside and we no longer had the strength to walk).
I recommend it!
Stay for a day at this hotel. All night on the road, it turned out to arrive earlier at 10 o'clock. Check-in at 14 o'clock. They asked to move in earlier, as they were very tired from the road. As a result: at 14.20. And then after repeated requests. I really didn't like it. The staff is indifferent. I don't recommend it.
Back in June 2022, I booked two Standart single rooms, from September 24 to September 30, 2022, for my mother and her friend. The ladies are 80 years old. Upon check-in, the administration, I take advantage of the fact that the girls are a little older and do not understand anything in Turkish, put them in one room. The ladies themselves tried to solve this issue at the reception, But to my surprise it turned out that NO ONE speaks Russian at the hotel. And this is despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as a very good one, located in the city center, which is one of the central cities of the world.
Only 2 days later, we learned from the evushkas how they were settled, they were shy to say before. At the same time, when we started to clarify this issue with the administration, we were told that they simply did not understand them, despite the fact that the ladies had their own voucher on hand, for each, indicating the reservation. It seems that the English inscription "Standart single" is also poorly understood at the reception.
Most of all, I am outraged not even by cheating, but by the ugly attitude towards older women (80 years old!!!), attempts to deceive unscrupulous girls, if we had not made a fuss they would have lived in the same room.
I always used to think that Oriental people respect the elderly. I am extremely disappointed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel!
A wonderful hotel in Istanbul. All the sights are within walking distance. At the reception they gave a map and explained where to go. We had breakfast included in the price. The buffet. Delicious. There is a lobby downstairs where you can sit with a laptop.
Overall, a great hotel for a reasonable price.
