The staff is polite. The rooms are standard, but neat, the bathrooms are without frills, but they are maintained in a neat condition. Practically in the cultural center of the city, away from the noisy avenue.
Excellent location, helpful staff. Kettle, refrigerator. Books to read.
The room has old furniture, old plumbing, wallpaper.
Parking is on the street and on a pedestrian street.

The location is excellent - in the very center of the city, on a pedestrian street. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. We got a two-room suite, but on the fourth floor without an elevator. The interior has been tired for a long time, it's time to update it.
Good location, friendly staff, regular room. An interesting interior in the hotel, a standard single room without any frills, an average breakfast, but you will not stay hungry
The hotel is located in the historical center of the city, many attractions are just within walking distance. A parking place can be found in the nearest 30 meters. The rooms are stylish, the hotel is atmospheric for those who are not offended by their Soviet childhood and youth! And it may be interesting for someone to immerse themselves in this time. It's cool! The room is clean and has a spacious bathroom. We liked it! From the fourth floor, you can see the roofs and domes over which Marc Chagall and Bella "soared".))
It's a very strange place. It is located in a historical building, apparently, there was an attempt to stylize it in Soviet times, but it turned out to be more rubbish than stylish. The rooms are simple, with a minimum of necessities. You will not find a service in the form of a dental kit / dressing gowns and other things.
The breakfasts are good.
An interesting hotel! There are a lot of details, you can walk along the corridors like in a museum! Quiet area. The rooms are clean. The only thing missing is a kettle. The receptionists are friendly, you eat too much breakfast. The overall impression is excellent.
Eridan, a hotel in Vitebsk in the very center of the city. All the sights are within walking distance. We had a junior suite on the second floor. There was a separate bedroom and a sofa in the living room.
The room is clean, as is the whole hotel.
There are a large number of cafes and restaurants within five minutes. There is a deli.
In general, everything is fine! I recommend.
Among the disadvantages: very soft mattresses. You're failing))
Great location! The hotel itself is in an interesting style. The rooms are a bit outdated! But it doesn't really bother!

A hotel that evokes contradictory feelings.
On the one hand, already at the entrance to the hotel, it is noticeable that a lot of money, labor and soul have been invested in the design of public space, in the collection and preservation of a huge collection of Soviet household items, in the maintained cleanliness of all areas and exhibits. On the other hand, there is a Suite room. This, of course, is something with something - creaky (albeit updated), slippery floors (for the proposed slippers), poorly opening old doors (to the bathroom in an inconvenient direction) and window sashes (at least there are grids), dirty wallpaper at the joints with baseboards, sockets falling out of the walls (which are too few), a terrible drain in the toilet (as well as the smell of sewage with the lid open), the curtain in the bathroom is suspended at the wrong height - it simply lies at the bottom of the bathtub, the guests of this hotel have written about the outlet in the water access area more than once before me, the air conditioner is in the living room and it is of use to the entire area the rooms are zero, the curtains on the windows, the paintings on the walls are some kind of misunderstanding. In general, the interior of the room is kind of dark, in places it is unsightly, "maybe it will do anyway." But what is most unacceptable is the ubiquitous musty smell (which, if it is possible to get rid of at least a little, it is only with the windows constantly open (fortunately, the weather was lucky - it was hot with night rains, which saved from the noise of late strollers under the windows, but delayed the smoke from cigarettes smoking on the balconies of neighbors) and off-scale audibility (when "loud "neighbors behind the wall" you become an unwitting participant in all their conversations and "body movements"). It's good that at least the furniture in the bedroom turned out to be relatively new, the linen is fresh (although its "colorfulness" is more of a minus than a plus) and the plumbing, though old, is clean. Another depressing thing is that you buy a room of a high price category (for this hotel) in the hope of more or less decent living conditions, and you get a so-so vacation. I would like to note that the old room and the room thoroughly renovated "antique" is a huge difference, but how much can the guests' pastime and the desire to move in again improve! I would have rated it less, but, damn, "the hand does not rise." After all, the hotel has a responsive and pleasant staff, ranging from receptionists to maids. Would you like to return to this hotel again - alas, NO, an unpleasant aftertaste remained after visiting (especially since there is something to compare in this beautiful city). Something like that.
Pros: location in the very center, or rather 5 minutes on foot to the very center.
Parking is possible right next to the hotel, there are no problems with this, there are plenty of places.
Wi-Fi is stable, YouTube can be watched quite in parallel from several devices, but the return is very slow.
A funny interior with old junk, which slightly hides the overall budget.
It is easy to book even without prepayment.
Payment is made on the spot, the cards are not accepted.
Cons: the decoration is old, the interiors are cheap, and lags far behind modern even three-star standards.
Prices are high, but everything in Vitebsk is more expensive than in Moscow.
Three-course breakfasts, 500 rubles per person.
But overall OK
The location of the hotel is very good - in the historical center of the city. The room has an interesting design and is very comfortable.
The only drawback is that there are two single beds in the room (I would like to have a double bed).
The hotel also has a very good restaurant.
The rooms are clean, there are a lot of antiques in the corridors, the service is kind. The center , all the sights are on foot. There are a lot of catering and restaurants nearby . It's a pity there was no conder in the room, thanks to the staff!
We took a suite, we liked everything. The air conditioner was also used to warm the room at first, since the heating season has not yet begun. Clean, towels, no toothbrushes, take them. Fridge. 2 rooms the room is large, quiet. I am completing the review. We have already stopped there many times, we have to clean up the spiders! On the windows inside and outside, they are giants. And it's always always cold (( the restaurant is super, delicious and inexpensive, the staff is super.
I arrived late to check into the hotel, which I had booked and paid for through this application a couple of hours before. Upon check-in, it turned out that there was no hot water in the room, and if you want to wash, then they can take you somewhere. Naturally, I refused to check in and asked for my money back. But it's not that simple.… The next morning, the hotel withheld a 100% fine for its own shortcomings, and Yandex washed its hands of it. 6,000 rubles were "donated" to people with non-traditional decency. Order YA-2340-0642-3439 Previously, I often used the service. A Level 4 traveler, and in Hong Kong booked through this app… But, unfortunately, it's like that…
A great hotel in Vitebsk for reasonable money! Located in the pedestrian center, very quiet, had a great night's sleep. There is free WiFi, I connected a TV stick and watched my YouTube channels. The interior, paintings, antiques in the corridors create the feeling of a museum! Recommended!
Terrible hotel. The smell is old. We wanted to make a retro style, but it turned out to be bullshit. Soviet furniture, there is a kettle with cups in the room, but there is no tea or coffee. I do not recommend it.
For its considerable cost, I consider 3 points to be fair. Double suite. Soap and shampoo are only available in dispensers. It's very inconvenient. If they don't believe you, then try to shave with this foam from the dispenser. I had to buy a toothbrush (are you serious???) for that kind of money. There is no sign of a bathrobe. The kettle was additionally given, but you need to ask. The breakfast included in the price is very weak. Basically scrambled eggs and coffee . In general, three is a stretch for a comfortable bed and two rooms in the room.
The top five is unequivocal. Price and quality are commensurate. And the design of the hotel is generally beyond praise. You walk through the corridors and it's like you've returned to your childhood, to the Soviet Union.
Not bad, but the price does not match the quality of the rooms. We had a double room, it was a bit empty, as if it wasn't completed. And a single room. Here it is good, it perfectly conveys a retro atmosphere. It's a long way from the historical center. It is cold in the double room, it was in winter, the heating did not work stably, as if they were saving on electricity. There were problems with breakfast, with the serving and the appropriate dishes. In general, I recommend taking a single room for the night to immerse yourself in retro. For a longer period of time, I would look for something else.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I was only on the ground floor in the bar.
The rooms are very cozy, comfortable and informative. The feeling of being in some kind of museum (rather an apartment-museum) immediately covers the visitor.
The service is at the proper level. Prices are acceptable.
Great location! The center is quiet and cozy. Apparently a former dormitory. Vintage is everywhere, sometimes turning into junk. We lived in a two-room room, a large bed, a round table, balconies. Refrigerator, min dishes. I was surprised by the absence of a kettle. The plumbing is tired. There were slippers and shower caps. In general, the impression is good, the girl at the reception, the bartender are just wonderful and calm. A great place for 1-2 nights. Breakfast was not taken. We stopped by late, settled in a moment 👍
The original location). The apartment is in the style of the 60-70s. A lot of old things, it's interesting to walk around and see. I had some as a child). One disadvantage is an extraneous smell, either from furniture or something else. And my husband is just delighted, he says, if we come to Vitebsk again, we will definitely settle there. The staff is attentive, helpful, thank you.
The location is perfect, everything is nearby, the center.
The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are in good condition. Meals are for a fee, but quite at the level. There is a place to put the car, which is important to many.
I will definitely stay here if I come to Vitebsk.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is a 5-minute leisurely walk to the center along the pedestrian street. The second plus is the room price. We booked a standard room for two for 100 bel.rub, very inexpensive. This reconciled with some inconveniences of the room. Whoever equipped it didn't think at all about whether it would be comfortable to live in. The devil is in the details, so I would like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to them. Room 28 on the second floor is not equipped with air conditioning, it is honestly written on the hotel's website. But in the heat, the room facing the sunny side is naturally hot. I would like to at least open the windows, but there is no mosquito net on the windows, and there is no tulle either. In addition, everything that happens in the room is perfectly visible to the residents from the house opposite. So it's not comfortable with the windows open with the lights on. By the way, about the light and furniture... Low bedside tables are located at the head of the beds (2 single beds). There are tiny table lamps on the bedside tables. I.e. it's just dark to read lying on the bed. The TV stands on the same low bedside table in the corner of the room, right behind the back of one of the beds. The TV comes with 2 remotes and a set-top box. So the console to which you need to direct one of the remotes is located on the bottom shelf of this cabinet. To switch the channel, you need to manage to direct the beam of the remote control behind the bed, to the bottom shelf of the cabinet. Of course, you can't do this lying in bed. The bedside table had to be moved to the center of the aisle between the beds, since it is on wheels. And a few more words on the topic of ergonomics. There are 4 hooks in the bathroom, everything is nearby and everything is far from the shower and sink. Take a shower and step to the wall opposite for a towel, leaving wet footprints. By the way, it's not clear where to put clothes, when you go to the shower, you don't want to put them on the toilet, the hooks are occupied with towels. And in the end, a fat cockroach crawled along the bathroom door towards the room. Of course, he did not go far, there was a slipper for him. But they decided not to go to the restaurant for breakfast.
3 stars as stated, but in a suite for 180 rubles there is a shower cabin with a super economy class, but this is not a suite for sure. It was cold in early October, not only in the room, but in the whole hotel. If people are celebrating in a restaurant, then even on the black floor you can hear it very well. The restaurant also prepares the smell throughout the hotel. The restaurant is deliciously cozy and, accordingly, not cheap. The sauna was very pleasantly surprised by the interior, scale and price - I recommend it well (sauna). The hotel is questionable for this money.
The standard rooms are very bad, the rooms are improved by a solid three. The hot water has been turned off now, we were not warned about this. Breakfast is sooo meager. The good news is excellent Wi-Fi, convenient location, the staff are very friendly, helped carry the suitcases.
Convenient location, comfortable rooms, beautiful interior in the corridors and on the stairs.
We should also mention the very friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant.
Thanks!
Three stars and this is a stretch, only due to the fact that in comparison with other hotels in Vitebsk, this one turned out to be more or less normal. There is a clear shortage of staff, they swear among themselves in front of the guests. The price for the room is greatly overstated.
Great location. Interesting interior, especially liked the old photos of Vitebsk and reproductions of Chagall. The room is clean. Not a very good location of the toilet in the room, we had a 2-room, everything is audible and almost visible))) The breakfast is delicious and hearty. The service is excellent.
The hotel is located in a quiet location, the rooms are all cozy (we rented a double suite and a single comfort). The breakfasts are worthy of attention, as is the kitchen of the hotel restaurant. But what I want to focus on is the friendly and decent staff who will help solve any issue and even tell the history of the city and about the sights, for which I am very grateful!
Great hotel. Location, service, food - everything is very good. It is located in the very "heart" of the city on a quiet street. We settled in quickly. The room is fully prepared. In case of the slightest problems, a quick response from the staff. Delicious, plentiful breakfasts.
If you look for disadvantages, then he is alone - the room is cool.
The hotel is beautiful, but by the standards of poor Vitebsk it is magnificent. The situation is fire, the only thing is that I didn't really like the breakfasts, but there is a beautiful park and the Old Town nearby.
Recently I was in Vitebsk and stayed at the Eridan hotel. My impressions were mixed. The hotel is declared as a historical building, with vintage decoration. But the convenience here, as I understand it, is not the main thing. The bed in the room is inconveniently located (sideways to the TV). The TV has a two-gun, it is very inconvenient to use. There is no outlet or lamp next to the bed. The view from the window to the garbage (although there is a booth with interesting graffiti next to the garbage). The paintings in the room are dreary. It would be better to hang photo reproductions of the city of Vitebsk, especially so that there are many beautiful views in the city. There is no elevator in the hotel. Old things and photos are scattered all over the hotel. But all this is done in a chaotic and tasteless way. Only the hotel staff left a pleasant impression.
