The air conditioner does not work (or it turns on with the help of shamanic dances, it did not work with the remote control), disposable toothbrushes, paste are not supposed. However, as well as shampoo. Instead, there is a bag on his head. Apparently, with a hint that you don't need to wash your hair. Of course, there are no bathrobes either. There is no kettle, but it was given at the reception upon request. From the suite - only the bidet in the bathroom. But I don't know how to use it. However, in general, there is no negative aftertaste.

I wonder what for? Due to the fact that there are no sockets near the bedside tables, the shower is very cramped (the curtain constantly sticks to the body when you wash), an old-style mixer with 2 "lambs", there is soap and gel in the dispensers, but there is no toothpaste and brushes, there are no bathrobes either, breakfast for such a price could and include in the price, but not extra, there should be a good repair, not the repair of the masters of the early 2000s, the corridor has a boiling floor, the tracks are trampled, as if the races take place every day. Why are there so many stars? Probably because some kind of "stars" stopped? For 5t.₽. in the Russian Federation, you can live in much more comfortable conditions for a day.

The Eridan Hotel is located in the center of historical attractions and overlooking the beautiful narrow streets.
The room had an interesting organized space near the window: a table, a chair and ... you can pull down the curtains, and then you get a mini area for privacy and admiring the views of the city.
All floors of the hotel are filled and hung with objects from the Soviet era, you can look for those that were in your homes before.
In the morning there was not a buffet, but a choice of four sets with dishes, the differences in them are not very big.
The staff is friendly, everything is clean and cozy.

We booked a suite by phone, upon arrival we were told that some mistake had occurred and instead of a suite we were put in a double superior, they said that they would make a discount as an apology, as a result, we looked at the receipts upon arrival - it turned out to be more expensive than if we had immediately booked and paid for this room on Yandex.
About the room - the living area is wonderful, everything is clean and cozy. It 's getting worse in the toilet - a complete lack of ventilation . The toilet stands against the wall, sitting on it, you press sideways against the heated towel rail. in the shower, the watering can is loose, the stream pours wherever it wants.
The breakfasts are good.
The staff is polite and courteous.

The bed in the suite in which we stayed is a large sheet of chipboard lying on bars, on which a disgusting uncomfortable mattress was glued with Velcro...I drew the administrator's attention to the non-working air conditioner. The answer made me laugh - "You probably don't know how to use the remote control" I had to open the balcony, the most annoying thing is that on this balcony, right in front of the balcony door, they have an outdoor unit from the neighbor's air conditioner, prehistoric, which was playing to the fullest with incredible noise and vibration. Breakfast is disgusting, as they say in the famous song - "two sausages for semolina porridge." During his trip in Belarus, he visited several hotels, did not save money, this hotel turned out to be the most expensive and simply terrible. It's a pity that you can't put zero, or even minus five. In no case do I recommend it here, if the tour aggregator does not offer anything, upon arrival you will find a place to stay, there are a lot of hotels around ..
And more. There is no elevator, the building is stout with high ceilings and, accordingly, long stairs, it is inconvenient to climb to the last floor on foot and without suitcases, and it is generally heavy with cargo... None of the employees here will offer help, so count on your strength and capabilities)

Among the advantages: the best location, a historical building, an interesting design in the spirit of the city (as if visiting Marc Chagall), polite girls at the reception. Perhaps during the peak of the popularity of the Slavic bazaar, it was good, but not now. There are many hotels in Vitebsk and if possible, it is better to prefer a different accommodation. The breakfasts are continental, meager.
