The cinema itself is not bad. But... When you come to the matinee sessions, it can easily be canceled and simply not sell tickets. Why then put them on at all if you don't have people recruited, and for several people the administration refuses to include the film.
They came to the cartoon with the children, but left with a spoiled mood. And then try to explain to the little children, because they were really waiting for this.

The halls are always clean and tidy! The schedule is always posted in advance, it is possible to purchase tickets online, but they charge a small commission. Online tickets will need to be exchanged for paper tickets at the ticket offices! The cinema staff is responsive, attentive, and responsible. There are long queues during rush hours, including in the dressing room. There are men's and women's restrooms, they are always clean!

I went to the Avatar, it was amazing. The atmosphere and the interior are super. Prices are lower than in other cinemas. I didn't buy popcorn. The downside is that I didn't really like the seats in the second cinema hall. The chairs are good, but the neck supports are not enough, the neck gets tired when you watch a 3-hour movie.

We read a lot of negative reviews and were tense when we came here. But it turned out to be not so terrible. Or maybe we were lucky.
The film was held in Hall 3.
There was no queue in the dressing room. 2 cloakroom attendants were doing their job smartly. Polite women, there was no rudeness.
The woman checking tickets at the entrance was also very polite and friendly. Yes, it was a little stuffy in the hall. This is a minus. The hall was almost completely filled, and the film ran for 3 hours. But I would not say that there was nothing to breathe.
The session ended at one o'clock in the morning, after the session we calmly went to the bathroom. Yes, the restroom is not a standard of cleanliness and order. And, as the wife said, there was no hot water in the women's toilet. So we need to pay attention to this moment.
It's a pity that tickets are only sold day in and day out. It is not written on the Ticket, there is no schedule in advance. This is a minus. So I decided to call and clarify this issue, but no one answered the phone, although I called several times.
There are no questions about the sound and picture quality. The film was in 3D. However, it seems to me that it's time to change the glasses gradually - there are a lot of small scratches on them, which somehow affect the perception of the image.
In general, considering that this is a small cinema in a small city, I can put 4 stars. When you treat people like a human being, then you will always be welcome. I do not exclude that we will come again.
