I bought a Huawei phone with an extended warranty from A1. the phone fell and a crack appeared on the screen. The phone started to glitch. They will turn off. I brought the phone to the official authorized Samsung service center on my own. There, the master looked at it and said that it incorrectly shows the battery charge. He sent it to me. After a while, he began to turn off periodically. It turns on and off. Then my glass cracked. I brought it under warranty in A1.
It was sent to the official authorized Samsung service center in Gomel. There, the guys wrote that for a fee it is necessary to eliminate the flaw (glass) and the phone is brought to the warranty condition and Samsung repairs it to me as part of the warranty.
I bring my extended warranty and ask A1 for an extended warranty to restore the glass.
A few weeks later, an ECC employee called me and said that the repair would cost 1450 rubles. I have a certificate for 1000, here's the rest to pay extra.
I asked to make repairs within the amount that is in the certificate, but they refused me. I officially wrote letters on A1, stupid unsubscriptions.
The ECC did not make repairs and sent back the phone with the document (I attach it below). There is nothing intelligible in this document. I was refused repairs and that's it. The reasons are not specified. It is not specified what was carried out to identify a phone malfunction. Calls are answered all the time, we'll call you back, and that's it. Until I dial it myself, the center doesn't itch.
There was a call with an offer, my device is being taken away, and I am offered in a MESSENGER to take any phone that I like within the amount of the certificate of 1000 rubles. The only difference is good, my Samsung S20+ phone is much more expensive than 1000 rubles.
It gets worse.
A very interesting fact was informed to me by the head of the department. Who was supposed to call me back within an hour. They called me back only after I dialed again myself, but not immediately, but in the late afternoon. I.e. within an hour it was during the day. And on the second try.
And she informed me of a very interesting fact. That my phone is being sent to Moscow, because the ESC is not a service center for Samsung mobile devices. Did I clarify why he went to Russia? We have an official authorized Samsung service center in Belarus, the answer killed me, we do not work with obscure organizations.
