Unusual delicious hot dogs with homemade sausages with different fillings, delicious French fries with different fillings too. There is Lida kvass, which greatly pleased me, hot dog buns are also made by themselves, by the way. However, there is only one table outside for sitting so far, but you can sit inside. But definitely you need to try hot dogs)

"Etys": Hot dogs that turn casual guests into devoted fans
General impressions:
Today we will talk about a small institution "Etys", but with very impressive ambitions.
For me, one of the guests, who, as it turned out in the process of communication, went to the Mac, but when he saw the advertisement on the map, turned into Etys, became indicative while waiting for the order. He praised the restaurant for a long time, and already at the exit he added "I was looking for silver, but I found gold." My visit began with such emotions, and it ended with them.
Etys left me with a pleasant impression due to its attentive approach to all aspects — from service to serving dishes. The establishment stands out not only for its cozy atmosphere, but also for its sincere attitude towards guests. The owner personally monitors the quality of the service, helps to make a choice and creates the feeling that you are not a random visitor here. The food was pleasantly surprised: homemade sausages and non-standard dishes like Swedish meatballs demonstrate a desire to offer something more than just hot dogs. The interior, though modest, but cozy, is conducive to enjoying a meal without haste. Each of the three visits that have passed has been a revelation to me.
Service/Maintenance:
The key to setting a starting point in the service of this institution is that the owner of the institution worked in the hall and at the checkout on visiting days. He is a charismatic young man who is happy for his company from the very threshold: he was attentive to the taste preferences of the guests, helped to navigate the menu and choose the right dish; told about the peculiarities of cooking other positions and about the institution itself; did not ignore the hall and other visitors during the issuance of orders, including for delivery I made sure that the hall was clean and maintained it throughout the visit.
A loyalty system is provided as a joyful bonus for visitors who want to return later.
Meal:
A wide selection of dishes for an institution specializing in such a niche as hot dogs will allow you to set the right tone for a meal: hot dogs, rolls, snacks.
One of the key features in cooking are sausages of our own production, which certainly distinguishes each position from the usual dishes of competitors.
Nevertheless, despite the Danish being in the top sales, the hot dog with equal pork has become my favorite at the moment.
An extremely unusual and pleasant addition to the menu was a dish – a business card of the Swedish furniture and household goods store, namely meatballs with meat and lingonberry sauces. It is worth noting that, unlike the shape, the composition will be different: if the meatballs are more meaty, then the sauce will give a sweet aftertaste instead of the classic berry sourness. The receptors will frantically try to find a familiar and familiar combination, but they will be deceived and acquire a new one. Definitely, the dish should not be crossed off the radar.
Cold drinks are represented not only by the classic soda set of any fast food, but also by a wide range of Lidski products. I tried alcoholic kvass for the first time. As a drink to accompany a hot dog, it is a stretch, but for snacks it is quite even.
Lavazza coffee beans are prepared, which is not often found in the vastness of Batumi
Interior:
The restaurant is located on a seemingly inconspicuous street, but attracts attention with a bright yellow sign. Wooden doors and a table with two seats are added to the already narrow sidewalk, which makes the latter more suitable for waiting for an order than for a long meal.
Since the establishment is located in the basement, the descent and ascent can be overshadowed, including in rainy weather, by tiled steps without anti-slip coating.
The hall becomes noticeably more cozy due to the abundance of lighting, pleasant-looking light beige-orange shades in the decoration, as well as sufficient space for seating guests: There are a couple of round tables and a bar to choose from.

Cool hot dogs, we took Hawaiian and American, we liked both, Hawaiian is a little spicy because of the sweet chili sauce)
The buns were very soft, the sausages were also delicious, the cheese in the chicken sausage stretched straight 😍
And the fries with toppings are cool, they brought another hot one, plus the topping was not only at the top, as usually happens with such potatoes)
We will definitely come again!
