The lobby and corridors are perhaps the most decent places in this hotel. There is no declared refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. The furniture is in poor condition. Mattresses have been out of date for a long time. The bedclothes are washed outrageously. The blankets were clearly subjected to some kind of violence ((Towels were given out with a fight. The staff is ready to communicate only in Kazakh and Chinese (!) and insist on these languages for communication.
As a result, the choice of another hotel. Fortunately, the money was returned without a fight.
I do not recommend it.
Friendly staff. The room is clean and tidy. Beautiful bed linen. Breakfasts are not provided, but there are quite decent places nearby where you can eat delicious food. Good transport interchange, Seifullin Avenue, by bus to the city center 30 min., by taxi 19-21min.
Mini hotel for 1-2 nights. The reception staff is friendly and courteous. The room was dead (the air conditioner made terrible noises, the TV remote was missing, the towels were old, the room was very small)
In general, the room does not match the price....
Wonderful people work at the hotel, the rooms are decent, Tatiana is the best!!
Sociable staff, beautiful inside, interesting plants, pleasant rules are not very strict.
I spent the day and spent the night there the other day. Everything is quite decent, administrators are generally gold, sincere people. The prices of 10000 tenge per day at that time were. Quite nothing, not space. In general, a normal option.
Very thin walls, doors. The bed linen is old
You can still spend the night with men, but with family and children, I would advise you to look for another place
The prostitution district, drunk in the morning. Moldy bathrooms. Inadequate reception. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the TV does not work in the room. They let prostitutes in. The sockets do not work in the bathtub. The furniture is old. On the plus side, this awesome mattress is very comfortable.
