This bank is engaged in accounting, no one is responsible for technical lags and non-fulfillment of obligations to the client.
I do not advise you to be a resident of this bank, judging by the reviews, this is a normal practice of stealing funds through ATMs and exchange machines!

I received answers to some of them with the help of other employees, but I scored on some of them, because the only reason not to close the still unopened card on the spot was that I would not have time to change the salary card data to the old ones before the po. Within an hour, you need to sign documents on a tablet, on which there is no possibility to enlarge the text and scroll, this is controlled by an employee. From these documents, I learned that if I have more than $10k in my account, it will be frozen (do you still want to open an account there?). Then they let me fill out stupid papers by hand, on which some of the information is the same as in the files that I just signed on the tablet. Some of the questions are about the employer, although they know my employer, it's a damn he asked for a card. My favorite questions are: previous place of work (??), whether I am a political person and when I leave Armenia. I failed to convince the employee that having a residence permit makes me a resident, because it's like talking to a wall. Let me remind you that all this time the employee was communicating with random people who came up without waiting in line. The quality of the translation of documents into Russian leaves much to be desired, there is no option to read them in English. At the end of the document it is written that in case of disagreements and inconsistencies, the Armenian version should be considered correct. Oh, and the employees giggled at the name of my hometown and the republic. The cherry on the cake is how the employee handed me the card at the end without an envelope, that is, she had access to the cvv))))00((())))
Pleasantly surprised! They came to the bank with their family to exchange rubles for drams. But the bank was no longer working (it was Saturday, there was no light in the hall anymore). We were met by a security guard and another man (probably from the administration). Helped to deal with ATMs. But the most interesting thing is when we, having taken the changed money, had already moved away from the bank, the men called out to us and caught up... It turned out that several coins were stuck in the exchange machine. They caught up with us to get them back!!! Thank you very touched!)))

Do not trust your money to the ewok terminals.
I took the term on early one, came on crutches. At the appointed time, my number is displayed, I go to the window and there is still service for other customers! And a look from the category of well, wait a minute. Then I waited 2 weeks for the result. To give an answer, I need to know the date, the window and the name of the girl accepting the application. After 2 weeks, I was called... no, not to pick up the card. Pay and wait another week. Although I have a long-term lease, a job in Armenia and a normal income. And so I give 75k I ask for a visa and they tell me we have problems, we can only get a gold visa for 150k. In dramas. It's just that we have problems and you pay. The worst bank I've ever seen. 30.07.2022 (Saturday) at the bank branch opposite the Opening Day, they wanted to exchange currency using the terminal. The terminal gladly accepted the bills, but categorically refused to issue a change. A malfunction message appeared in the window and that's it! The guard, who saw us dancing around the terminal, came out to us and offered to come on Monday, because there is no one on Saturday and hardly anyone will help us! Employees do not know how citizenship differs from residency. They refused to open an account for an Armenian citizen due to the fact that the passport was received only a week ago. They offered to open a card as a non-resident for 250 thousand rubles. I'm going to another bank.
