It was already such that they had chips hammered into the receipt and were told that they had accidentally got there. I was waiting for information, everyone is busy. I found out where the administrator is, it turned out that he works at 2 cash desks (where cigarettes are). The receptionist said that they would watch on video what they had punched at the cash register. She told me, "Go for a walk, it will take time." She took the check and left. I followed her, realizing that my time was not counted here. Then the receptionist came out of the security room and said that she had to wait because there was no guard (busy). I said that I was not satisfied with this situation. She made a mistake, but we have to wait, and it's not clear how long. The receptionist told me, "Then don't wait." and she went to the cashier at the other end of the trading floor. I'm just horrified by such disrespect for customers. Then I asked for a book of complaints. She said she was at the information desk. There was no one there.
