The baskets are dirty, the screens at the self-service cash desks are dirty. Self-service ticket offices are located opposite the entrance to the store and a lot of lazy people, for some reason young people, enter the hall directly through the exit from the self-service area, and those who queue in it have to constantly move to let them through. Is it really impossible to put up a sign that there is no entrance there? There is constant smoking in front of the entrance, it stinks. It is unpleasant to go to such a store.

The store is like any other in the "Euroopt" format. But cooking, meat and sausage gives away, it's something! In the refrigerated display case, the products are arranged in a strange way, ready-made-raw-ready, and separated from each other by a transparent partition that does not cover the entire space. Ie, raw meat and salad lie next to each other. Moreover, the seller is the SAME for all three departments! I.e. he takes it all with his own hands, and changed gloves or forgot, you must control! It is not known where the center for hygiene and Epidemiology of the Factory district is looking. Queues at this department, where there should be at least two sellers, are wild at rush hour in the evening. But 3-4 store employees walk around the only seller without hurrying anywhere, they can talk and laugh. The organization of work is extremely low, there is no flexible approach from the management. In short, the store's assortment is like everything else, the organization of trade is zero, from the word at all. In the neighboring shops "Santa" and "Baikal" everything is much better!
The store is bullying the customers! They have removed almost all the cash registers and installed self-service cash desks that do not work. Look at the last unreal ones!
Management, what do you think? The client pays you a salary by making a choice in favor of the store.

Хороший магазин.Купить можно всё что надо.Главный плюс круглосуточная работа.Выбор конечно не огромный но выбрать есть из чего на любой вкус и цвет.Продавцы вежливые внимательные.Есть вопросы по работе мясного отдела.Очередь собирается большая иногда.Работают в отделе в основном 2 сударыня.И пока 1 обслуживает покупателей то вторая может 10 минут шарится туда сюда в поисках стрейч пленки.Или ещё по каким то своим делам.А на замечание по этому поводу начинает хамить и делает такое лицо как будто её отвлекают от решения мировых проблем.Своими хотелками по поводу кило сасисок и куска мяса.Ну а в целом магазин неплохой.И большинство сотрудников вежливые адекватные люди.

Someone on it asked for goods and left, but the cash register was idle. In general, compared to other Euroopts, this one is the worst.

The cashier, judging by the receipt, Olga Alexandrovna Bayrashevskaya, after making the payment, threw me the check and the change like a dog. And then the dog is thrown more respectfully.
I understand that this is not the most serious incident, but it is still very unpleasant to realize that the staff allows themselves to do this.

Нормальный магазин. Круглосуточно работает. Радуют кассы самообслуживания, в них практически нет очереди. Приятные цены. Скидки по дисконтной карте.
Из недостатков, это то что в ночное время не работают кассы самообслуживания, а работает только одна обычная касса и в ней собирается километровая очередь.
Так же в мясной отдел, и отдел готовой продукции мало работает персонала, из за чего огромная очередь

Очень хорошо, что он круглосуточный. Со второй смены когда возвращался, очень удобно. Единственное, что очереди большие, мало касс в это время работает, а касса самообслуживания, как правило перекрыта. Ещё отделы, где на развес мясные изделия ночью не работают. Но и без них ассортимент хороший. Только рыбки вяленой, сушёной, копчёной на развес нет. Большой выбор алкоголя, пиво по демократичным ценам.

Доброй ночи всем! Еврооптом пользовались, но иногда он себя не оправдывает. Почему-то мороженое у них всегда растаевшее, то консервы привозят мятые банки. Вот с мороженым очень странно. Они затовариваются на базе и с базы развозят. Получается у них холодильники на базе исплрчены. За еду деньги берут не слабые, а вот технику поченить или купить не могут.

Ребята которые пишут что ночью не работают кассы самообслуживания, держу вас в курсе как мне ответила горячая линия "евроопта": Если магазин формата 24/7 - то и кассы самообслуживания тоже 24/7. Требуйте от них (работников), чтобы открывали кассы и бонусом запись вносите в книгу замечаний.

Хороший супермаркет в спальном районе. От центра далековато, практически у МКАД. Выбор товаров большой, а вот цены выше, чем в маленьких еврооптах. Хорошая кулинария. Ассортимент и качество товаров отличное. Напомнил наш Ашан или большие Ленты, ОК.
