A normal place to spend time with your family. Celebrating my brother's birthday (11 years old)
On the plus side: it's quiet, there aren't many people, the staff is pleasant, the pizza is delicious, the cake was taken out, we didn't get any bad impressions, we didn't run into rudeness, which everyone writes about. Maybe lucky.
On the downside: for children, the minimum weight of the ball that was found is 7 kg, I would like it to be even smaller.

It is difficult to surprise with bowling now - they are almost the same everywhere. But there are definitely disadvantages in this bowling:
1. A small wardrobe and a place to change shoes.
2. Almost complete absence of small weight balls (6,7,8 kg). There were a lot of children playing on the tracks, perhaps most of them left, but such a situation should be provided for by the institution.
3. The tracks, apparently, are gradually becoming unusable, because a ball of any weight from any player near the pins went to the side.
4. The location of sofas near the paths, which can be rented separately for the celebration. It turns out to be a big crush of people and noisy.
The main disadvantage is the almost complete lack of ventilation! There was simply not enough air.

I highly do not recommend it if you plan to bring a child with you who needs a slide for rolling a ball.
Despite the fact that there are children's paths with sides that prevent the ball from rolling into the canal, there are only three dragon slides.
But the problem is not the number of slides, but the rule of their operation. The slides, according to the administrator, are not assigned to children's paths.
In other words, after your baby has made his throw, be prepared for that,
that someone will immediately come to you to pick up the slide, which you will have to wait a long time later, since there may be many people who want to use the "dragon".
And if your baby can't pick up and throw the ball on his own, then you'll have to pay for waiting for the "dragon" with your time, your own money, and, most likely, the loss of a good mood.

Don't take track 11, you'll regret it (at least because you'll have to deal with a technician. A cramped locker room, strange rules: enter here, exit here,
sign here for 30 points of the rules of conduct and then endure for an hour an error on the monitor that overlaps the score and the screen turns off + the track breaks periodically (we did not initiate the malfunction in any way). They didn't change the track because they came with a big family to 2 neighboring tracks and didn't want to be far away from others.
It is not clear why they continue to hand over this buggy track to people, even though they know about the monitor malfunction and do not repair it. We lost almost ten minutes during the entire time when the game was stopped due to these problems - after a request to extend the time for this, the answer was "a maximum of 5", accompanied by a sour expression and a look into the distance. No minimal apologies for you, no explanations why only for 5 minutes if we waited longer. Man, if you don't like this job, quit and give way to a competent staff.

The worst bowling alley we've ever been to.
We usually go to the proven ones, but it was always scheduled there on weekends. I got this one.
It all started with ignoring our calls for recording. They called back half a day later.
There's nothing to breathe in the hall, it's hot and stuffy.
It felt like one of the two lanes we ordered was uneven, because the ball was rolling to the left with each throw from all the players.
On our track, the smallest ball was 7, and then only 11,12....
When we asked the administrator where our 8 and 9 balls were and how to play, if 11 turned out to be heavy, she brought us two more 7's and the answer was "play with a seven." Everything would be fine, but for 7 days our hands turned out to be small and our fingers got stuck in it.
As a result: after an hour, my arm was already very sore from the weight of the balls, and for the second hour I played without pleasure.
But after reading the comments, it becomes clear that they have had problems with low-weight balls for more than TWO YEARS. What is the problem with buying the necessary inventory in such a time in order to fully provide a service to people who pay money for it and to reduce at least half of the negative reviews is unclear.
All the faces of the staff are angry and dissatisfied, it's better to keep silent about the wardrobe employee altogether.
Never, under any circumstances, set foot in this establishment again.
The only positive note of the evening was the service by the guys from Pizza Tempo. Fast, friendly, friendly. Thank them very much for that.

Tired bowling, stuffy. People are literally standing over your soul while you finish playing. They took it for 2 hours, ordered food, but after the first hour, a redneck with his family comes and says that he is playing here, they say, go deal with the administration.
We came up, the girl said that a mistake had occurred (no problem, it happens), BUT suggested that with all the things and food we move to another track (the other end of the hall).
No one even apologized. They insisted that the administrator solve the problem with the second visitor, not us.

I do not recommend this establishment.
1. The theater begins with a hanger, and so it is here. Wardrobe: the space is small, there are a lot of people. It's cramped, it's impossible to sit down and change clothes. Put 10-15 minutes on the wardrobe at least. It's impossible, it's difficult to pass.
2. The table by the path was not cleaned even after requests. After 30 minutes and the requirements, it happened.
3. Drinks arrived quickly, but snacks were served 10 minutes before the end of the rental and after the reminder. When they were no longer needed.
4. The cutlery and napkins for the snacks were not brought. Playing with fat hands is very interesting, but not for us. What for? The bar provided napkins strictly on the bill - 3 people means 3 napkins.
5. The room is very stuffy, which is not conducive to play and relaxation.
6. At the end, the waiter asked for a tip. What remains a mystery.
No one paid for my 3 trips to the counters out of 60 minutes of the game from the waiter's PO, but I didn't demand it either.

You can come with children, but you need to be prepared for the fact that you will be told to leave.
We had already played for one hour and twenty minutes, the child was in the nursery, then came to us, was under our constant supervision. Then the receptionist came and said, "You have to leave." Without searching for any solutions and compromises, just "you and your child cannot be here." The argument is that she saw a child hit on the head with a ball. We were extremely surprised by this, since the child did not fall out of sight for a minute: he was on the carpet all the time and did not enter the throwing zone. It turned out that it was not now, but to someone once. After objections that the child is completely under our supervision and control and we are fully responsible for him, a new argument appeared: "you are disturbing MY guests from such and such a path." It turns out that there are Guests, but we are no longer guests, we have been crossed out.
As a result: by being here with a child, we violate the rules of visiting the bowling alley, but at the same time they "don't want to spoil our vacation." Which sounds a bit strange in this context.
Okay, rules are rules. There are only a few questions left, namely:
- why were the rules that parents with children should not be warned in advance, before payment?
- why was everything in order for more than an hour, and then the rules abruptly appeared and "you need to leave"? What was it: an initial mistake and oversight and an attempt to correct our flaw, or did we start interfering with Our Guests?
- why, if there are parents who do not look after their children and shift their responsibility to others, do you consider other parents to be the same?
- why, if there was a mistake that for some reason was not noticed for more than an hour, and the child and I, as it turned out, were "forbidden to be on the bowling alley territory", this was reported without observing generally accepted rules and norms of ethics, and in an almost ultimatum form to leave without offering to find any compromise solutions?
And finally, why is it that if other children on other tracks are sitting on the roller coaster for throwing, are in the throwing zone where "during the swing the ball can hit the child", then this is not a violation of the rules and there is no need to leave? After all, rules are rules.
